Megan Comfort | Director of Business Banking at Nevada State Bank

Megan Comfort is an Executive Vice President and Director of Business Banking, overseeing Small Business and SBA Lending statewide for Nevada State Bank. With over 20 years of commercial lending experience, she joined the bank’s Executive Management Committee in 2023.

A Las Vegas resident for over 23 years, Comfort is active in the community through organizations like Green Our Planet and Junior Achievement. She is a graduate of Leadership Nevada, Leadership Las Vegas, and teaches in the Vegas Chamber’s EDGE Program, supporting women- and minority-owned businesses.

Comfort was named one of American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Banking: NEXT in 2024, recognized as VEGAS INC’s 40 Under 40 in 2025. As a local small business owner in addition to banker, she brings keen understanding and perspective of what small business owners go through on a daily basis.
