30 as Fuck
30 as F*ck is a podcast made by women for women. Turning 30 has been for me a a quarter and a bit life crisis, I looked back and I thought " what the heck" should't I supposed to have a house, a family, a husband, a career, savings and know what I'm doing?
I will share with you lessons I learned, fear and doubts and we will get through this journey together, head high and proud because where we are and who we are is exactly who we are supposed to be. And let't be honest, we are way hotter that we were in our 20s.

Trust me when I say it is super useful to realize that the trauma your bearing it is not yours but it has been created and bear for so many generation before you. That's why we call them generational traumas. Learning about them and understand them can help you to overcome some feeling and move on pass them.
