30 as Fuck
30 as F*ck is a podcast made by women for women. Turning 30 has been for me a a quarter and a bit life crisis, I looked back and I thought " what the heck" should't I supposed to have a house, a family, a husband, a career, savings and know what I'm doing?
I will share with you lessons I learned, fear and doubts and we will get through this journey together, head high and proud because where we are and who we are is exactly who we are supposed to be. And let't be honest, we are way hotter that we were in our 20s.

For many women, sex in their 30s feels significantly different—and often better—than it did in their 20s. This decade is often marked by a deeper understanding of one’s body, desires, and boundaries. Women tend to feel more confident in their skin, embracing their unique beauty and sensuality. Unlike the insecurities that might have defined their 20s, women in their 30s are often more in tune with what makes them feel good and are unapologetic about pursuing it. Most importantly, this stage of life is about reclaiming agency over one’s sex life. Women in their 30s are less likely to conform to societal expectations and more likely to communicate openly with partners about their needs and boundaries. This is a decade where self-exploration, confidence, and control come together to create a more fulfilling and empowered sex life.
