30 as Fuck

30 as F*ck is a podcast made by women for women. Turning 30 has been for me a a quarter and a bit life crisis, I looked back and I thought " what the heck" should't I supposed to have a house, a family, a husband, a career, savings and know what I'm doing?
I will share with you lessons I learned, fear and doubts and we will get through this journey together, head high and proud because where we are and who we are is exactly who we are supposed to be. And let't be honest, we are way hotter that we were in our 20s.

here we are again, another messy episode just for you. This week I share with you how after three days of total panic I finally made peace with the fact that I can control only what I can and that be present is the best way to move forward.
