Ep 2 - The thing is not the thought
This episode looks at how to reduce stress and anxiety by distinguishing between objects and experiences and how we describe them. It's a technique often used in mindfulness practices but is also a core facet of the ability to think clearly and effectively. There is a world of difference between the physical reality of an object and the words we use to name or describe them. It's the latter that often causes us stress.
