S.A.B.R.E.E. : A PODCAST WITH DR. SONJI FATIMA, LLC.
S.A.B.R.E.E. is more than a mentoring platform—it is a powerful movement dedicated to helping individuals authentically hold space for themselves by Seizing Abundance Because of Resilience, Empowerment, and Edification. Rooted in the belief that healing and growth begin with self-affirmation, our mission is to uplift historically disadvantaged youth, as well as survivors of domestic violence who wish to positively change the trajectories of their lives, by guiding them toward lasting change and self-discovery.
In honor of my beloved son, Sabree Marquis Daniel, and his beautiful stepmother, Mrs. Renay Daniel, I have recently published my first inspirational memoir, with proceeds directly supporting S.A.B.R.E.E. Enrichment Academy, Incorporated, my 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Through mentorship, advocacy, and community-driven initiatives, we are committed to creating system-wide change by fostering a nonviolent, democratic, and productive environment—a sanctuary where trauma is met with healing, where challenges are met with empowerment, and where every individual is given the tools to reclaim their future.

In this episode of S.A.B.R.E.E.: A Podcast with Dr. Sonji Fatima, Dr. Sonji Fatima Harold explores the profound human need to be recognized, valued, and listened to with dignity. The Right to Be Seen and Heard reflects on the experiences of individuals and families, particularly those from historically marginalized communities, whose voices have too often been overlooked in systems meant to serve them. Through a compassionate and justice-centered lens, Dr. Harold discusses why authentic listening is not merely courtesy, but a fundamental component of equitable care, leadership, and community engagement. Drawing from both lived experience and her advocacy work in maternal–infant health, education, and trauma-informed practice, she reminds listeners that visibility affirms humanity and that every voice carries wisdom worth honoring. This episode calls on professionals, institutions, and communities alike to create spaces where stories are welcomed, concerns are respected, and individuals are empowered to speak their truth without fear of dismissal nor silence.
