We had a three million on Facebook before, and now we have a so it has close to a million on Instagram now, and on TikTok, the same reel has close to 300,000. So technically we're 1.3 million between two platforms.

And it's good because on Facebook, we not the followers really don't matter as much. I know. No, I know, but it's the stuff that's cool.

You know what I noticed also? There's a lot of sharing, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Posting of it.

There's more followers just from my experience after getting, because we got 7,000 followers from One Reel.

On uh Facebook. And uh what I've noticed though, the the new content that we put out, they don't see it. But with Instagram, it kind of seems like the followers matter more.

Not that much, but more than the followers on Facebook. Yeah, there's rumors, there's rumors going on like in social media, which is pretty because I f do digital marketing that they might stop showing the follower count.

Right, and they don't want people and people buy fake followers and all that stuff.

Somebody I just actually that's very interesting because somebody recently told me about someone buying followers.

And that's why they were able to springboard much more quickly because they bought followers to begin with, and then it pulled them a little bit faster.

It actually hurts you because um Facebook uh sometimes they or they at least they used to, but the followers don't matter as much, but they'll go um followers to reaction ratio. So the fake followers aren't real people.

So they don't comment and like. So if you have you know a hundred thousand followers that you bought, you can have zero likes. Right.

And usually maybe they call they're they're not somebody that would call you normally.

Well, I don't know, because now I'm thinking if it was an emergency and if it was really, really important, they could have left a message. I know people don't like leaving messages. I don't love leaving messages because people don't listen to them.

I mean, friends that I talk to all the time that call and don't leave a message. Like, I never leave messages, even when I call you, right? I know. I don't feel like I have to call them back because I know them so well.

I do think that with the cell phone being right in front of you now, people think it's instant like instant. Like you need to call back. You don't have to, right? Like, we didn't always have to call back. Right. Chill. Like, unless it's an emergency, then you know, you text and you tell the pro. I need to speak, you know, hey, can you call me back like in five minutes or whatever? And you do that. Um, I have a question for you. So you know what the bro code is, right? The girl code, the bro code. What is it?

The bro code is it usually has to do with like dating or or guy guys or women you like that, you know, like if if if I'm single, a buddy of mine gets divorced, I don't date his wife. I mean, or even an ex-girlfriend for and if you do, if there's a weird uh circumstance, you ask permission.

There's certain things that uh I'm interested to see how what kind of controversy we get. Because apparently we piss people off there was controversy on the fact that I said that the Statue of Liberty was brown, which by the way, according to Rob and the internet on the government website, they say it is brown, it was brown.

Now I'm a gray with my room, but I love brown, and I think brown to me, I too. I think it's warm and inviting to me. Brown is warm and inviting.

The problem with gray is, and there's there's actually, well, this is like one of the conspiracy theories too, right? Yeah, we talked about last week of a little bit about conspiracy theories, but um, one of the conspiracy theories is that the powers to be suck the color out of everything. And everything's gray. Like a gray hue. Gray floor, like gray tile, gray couches, gray walls. Everything's gray. Remember like 15, 20 years ago?

And uh then all of a sudden, like color, they suck the color, yeah. And would they feel it that like it brought everybody's mood down, like like walking into an office with everything gray and and it's kind of like mundane and boring.

And it used to flicker, like used to get me like sick or something. Yeah.

It is very um, it's not I mean, if you ever saw my classroom, also my classroom is just disgusting.

Like it's just a musty smell.

I walk into my classroom every morning and smells like an old Panera. No worse. And I I say, but I can't um put in a plug-in or anything because you have allergies. And the kids have allergies and asthma and all of that, so like then you gotta fight that. So um it's it's it's it's not for this faint of heart at all. And then when my students leave at the end of the day, I have high school, so you can imagine. Um when I so I I bring my students to the bus, and then when I come back to my classroom by myself, and I'm the only one in the room. Again, I walk in and it assaults me. That is the only word that I can say. Assaults. It assaults me. It's disgusting, it's gross. So, yeah, um, schools really need um different like stuff running through.

And um and I wonder if anybody noticed my book. I'm not gonna we're not gonna talk about it today. Another time we will. Uh the book I've been having for our visual people. Yeah, it says Dibs in Search of Self. My my my my mother had to read this because she was worried about me as a kid. So just Google Dibs in Search of Self and you can see what kind of child I was. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So I'll pull out some quotes first, like in the book.

I commute to where I work, and it's about a 36 to 40 mile a commute in the span of my career. And at one point it was 40 miles, and I commuted with somebody, a guy, and we were such great commute partners. Like we just, you know, when you spend every single day for an hour at least every day with a person, morning and night, you know, to and from work, you better like the person, right? And you better find ways to entertain yourselves because when you're sitting in traffic on the Jersey turnpike on a you know, Friday in June when people are going down the shore, like you gotta find ways to be entertaining.
