Angela is the Director of the Writers' Colony at Dairy Hollow. A 25+ year seasoned professional in the marketing and advertising industry, with extensive nonprofit experience. She has an activist heart who’s experienced firsthand how the written word can have an extraordinary impact. She’s been described as an old soul with a youthful spirit. A California native, who called Colorado home for over 20 years, her laid back nature will have you feeling at home. Angela isn’t one to sing her own praises. She is a connector of people, who will recede into the background to allow others to have the spotlight. Fluent in Spanish, et un petit peux de française, she prefers to write poetry in Spanish. A fan of Rainer Maria Rilke, Angela aims to…live…life in widening circles that reach out across the world.

Baylee Nichols is a writer, reader, and editor living in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is a recent graduate of Northeastern State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in creative writing. Baylee enjoys many different genres but has a soft spot for reading fantasy and writing literary fiction. She has been published in the Talon Literary Journal and EMerge Magazine, and she was the winner of Northeastern State’s 2025 Visions Creative Writing Contest.

Catherine Buercklin is an Arkansas-based contemporary poet and podcaster. Her work explores the connection between our inner lives and the natural world around us, bringing our attention to small magical moments so we can be more present in our lives. In her podcast, she invites listeners to slow down and create seasonal rituals that help them align with their values and stay balanced in an unbalanced world.

Jessica Neno Cloud was born and raised in Mobile, AL and now resides in Hartsville, SC with her husband Daniel and her two children. She earned her M.A. in English literature at The University of Southern Mississippi. Her poetry can be found online in eMerge magazine, the TEJASCOVIDO project and the online journal Former People. In print, her poem “After the Bath” appeared in Constellations magazine in 2019 and the poem “Stockpile the Sun” was published in the Langdon Review: TEJASCOVIDO in 2020.

John Dorroh has never caught a hummingbird or fallen into an active volcano. He has however, baked bread with Austrian monks and drunk a healthy portion of their beer. Five of his poems were nominated for Best of the Net. Others have appeared in over 125 journals, including Feral, El Portal, River Heron, and Kissing Dynamite.
