Ajay Singh Karayat is an Engineer at Magic Software Inc., based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. He graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from Ambalika Institute of Management and Technology in 2022. Ajay possesses strong skills in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and application support and is proficient in both Hindi and English. Additionally, he holds certifications in Google Cloud Fundamentals, Google Analytics, and has actively participated in tech events such as Google I/O Extended Jalandhar. Ajay is dedicated to leveraging his technical expertise and volunteering experience to drive impactful results.

Amir Nathoo is the Head of Outschool, an online learning marketplace he co-founded in 2015 that connects K-12 learners with passionate educators offering everything from core academics to niche interests. With over a decade of experience in the education sector, Amir has championed personalized learning at scale, helping students access classes tailored to their unique needs and passions.

Raised by two teachers, Amir experienced the power of personalized tutoring early—an experience that sparked both his love of coding and his drive to reimagine education. Today, he combines his background as a tech entrepreneur with his vision for equitable, interest-driven learning opportunities. Anna Haney-Withrow is the Director of the Institute of Innovative and Emerging Technologies at Florida SouthWestern State College. With a rich background in education, instructional design, and technology integration, she is passionate about using AI and emerging tools to create engaging and equitable learning experiences. Anna has over a decade of experience in teaching, faculty development, and educational leadership, bringing innovative approaches to the classroom and beyond. She believes in the power of human-centered learning, ensuring that technology enhances—rather than replaces—the role of educators. When she’s not shaping the future of higher ed, she’s helping faculty embrace AI, exploring the intersection of technology and creativity, and championing collaboration in education.

Chris Hull is the Co-Founder and President of Otus, an innovative K-12 platform dedicated to empowering educators through data-driven insights and personalized learning solutions. A former 7th-grade social studies teacher with nearly 12 years of classroom experience, Chris brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities educators face every day. His journey from the classroom to edtech leadership is fueled by a passion for improving student outcomes and giving teachers more time to connect with their students. Under his leadership, Otus has become a leading platform helping schools integrate assessment, data, and reporting into actionable strategies that support every student’s growth. Chris holds advanced degrees in education and leadership from DePaul and Argosy University and remains committed to transforming education through technology.

Dr. Jennifer Berry is the CEO of SmartLab, a pioneer in hands-on, project-based STEM learning. With over a decade of leadership in education and $100 million in P&L responsibility across the social impact and tech sectors, she empowers students and educators through innovation.

Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Presence, a leader in online special education services, and held executive roles with After-School All-Stars, Quantum Learning Network, and Kaplan.

A passionate advocate for STEM identity and equity, Dr. Berry believes students aren’t born with a STEM mindset—they build it through authentic, hands-on learning experiences that connect classrooms to real-world problem-solving.

She holds a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC, an MPA from Cal State Fresno, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona.

Dr. Lance Cummings is a Professor of Professional Writing at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and the coordinator of its Professional Writing & Internship Program. He specializes in applied learning, design thinking, and intercultural program development, including leading research labs in Krakow, Poland.

An expert in human-AI collaboration, Dr. Cummings focuses on preparing students for technology-driven workplaces through innovative teaching methods and ethical approaches to the creator economy. He also consults on AI operations, helping organizations optimize content strategies.

Dr. Cummings holds a Ph.D. in Composition and Rhetoric from Miami University and has earned multiple awards for his contributions to research and education.

Dr. Heather Olson is the Director of Online Teaching and Learning Experience at Florida SouthWestern State College, where she leads transformative approaches to online education. With a Ph.D. in Psychology and a Master’s in Literature, Heather blends research-driven strategies with innovative technology to create inclusive and engaging learning environments.

Heather integrates tools like Canvas, Notion, Google Learn, Flexi AI, Harmonize, Packback, and Hypothesis to enhance student outcomes and foster self-directed learning. She champions flexible policies and personalized learning experiences through the thoughtful use of AI, making education more accessible and meaningful for all students.

Heather is also a strong advocate for reducing grading fatigue and boosting student engagement. She incorporates practices like upgrading and offers diverse ways for students to demonstrate their learning, ensuring a supportive and empowering educational space.

Lindy Hockenbary is an EdTech expert, trainer, and consultant who partners with K–12 schools and EdTech companies to integrate technology into education effectively. With over a decade of experience, she helps educators navigate instructional technology, from generative AI and immersive learning to tools like Minecraft for education. As the founder of InTECHgrated Professional Development, she offers training, coaching, and resources to enhance digital learning. Lindy is also the author of A Teacher’s Guide to Online Learning and holds multiple certifications, including Microsoft Innovative Educator and Google for Education Certified Trainer. Based in Bozeman, Montana, she is passionate about helping schools and educators embrace innovation in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Matt Dalio is the CEO and Co-Founder of Endless Studios, a game-making studio that empowers young people to become creators, not just consumers, of technology. With a passion for making tech accessible to all, Matt has spent over a decade bridging the digital divide by combining engaging game design with 21st-century skills like coding, design, and creativity. His mission: to give every kid the chance to shape their future through play, learning, and equal access to technology.

Muhammad Atif is a technology leader, educator, and the President and CTO of PureLogics. With a strong background in computer science and emerging technologies, he specializes in designing AI-driven systems that simplify complex problems and improve learning experiences. Sam Whitaker is the Senior Director of Impact at StudyFetch, where he leads efforts to make cutting-edge AI learning tools accessible to students around the world. Passionate about the intersection of technology and social good, Sam is helping prepare students for the AI-driven economy through equitable, multimodal, and multilingual learning platforms.

He has partnered with schools and communities globally—from girls’ schools in rural Uganda to midwifery programs in Ghana—empowering learners to use AI for real-world problem solving.
