PJ Riddell

PJ Riddell has been with 107.5Alive since 2022 and WDAC since 2023. Having played baseball and served as a leader for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, he found passion for combining faith and sports broadcasting at Messiah University as a play-by-play broadcaster for Messiah Athletics. Over the last 4 years, he has spent time with ABC27 Harrisburg, the Harrisburg Senators, and the Lehigh Valley IronPigs before landing in a full-time role with WDAC and 107.5Alive. Currently, in addition to his full-time announcing work for WDAC Radio Company and hosting Beyond The Scoreboard, he can also be heard broadcasting high school sports in Berks County, MidPenn, and Lancaster/Lebanon leagues.

Ben Swarr

Ben Swarr serves with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes locally as the Multi-Area Director for South Central PA, which includes Lancaster, Lebanon, Berks, Cumberland, York, Dauphin, Franklin, Adams, Perry, & Juniata counties. He recently transitioned to Multi-Area Director after initially serving as the Area Director for Berks County FCA. Ben joined Berks County FCA after graduating from Messiah College in 2018, where he competed on the wrestling team and claimed a Division III National Championship for the Falcons in 2016.

Blake Biscardi

Blake Biscardi, an Ohio native, is a sports writer and podcast host with Ohio State sports outlets such as the Saturday Cadence podcast and The Silver Bulletin. He is a member of the Football Writers Association of America and has ties to Pennsylvania as a two-time Graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia. He has experience in ministry as a coach and ministry leader.

Bryan Curtis

Bryan Curtis is the newest Director of Athletics for Lancaster Bible College following his most recent 6-year tenure as the Associate Director of Athletics at Dallas Baptist University. Curtis began his new role in Lancaster in May of 2025. Curtis is originally from Colorado, where he graduated from Clearwater Christian College in 2008.

Caleb Kuiken

Caleb Kuiken is a creative sports videographer primarily working currently with the Savannah Bananas baseball team. Caleb founded his media company, Kuiken Media, following his graduation from Messiah University in 2024. He has used his media skills to produce content for Messiah University Athletics, Army Football & Hockey, the Savannah Bananas, and he has produced an award-winning documentary on missionary work in Borneo, Indonesia. He has been nominated for numerous awards for his work, including Emmy awards, Keystone Media Awards, and a Christian Film Festival documentary/inspiration award. Caleb is originally from New Jersey.

Charlotte Milanesi

Charlotte Milanesi is a rising senior captain on Messiah University's Women's Basketball team heading into the 2025-26 season. She started all 28 games for Messiah in the 2024-25 season and helped lead the Falcons to a 25-3 record which included a NCAA tournament berth. Charlotte is originally from New Jersey and follows in the footsteps of her sister Chloe, who also played for Messiah from 2020-2025.

Dwayne Walton

Dwayne Walton serves in a number of ministry roles, most notably as the Executive Director at Parkesburg Point Youth Center and as Discipleship Pastor at Providence Church in Coatesville. Dwayne studied at Philadelphia Biblical University and regularly connects with Philadelphia sports figures by hosting events, through Parkesburg Point, that give the athletes a platform to share their testimonies with the community.

Ethan Gregory

Ethan Gregory is entering his senior season for Messiah University's Men's Soccer team in the fall of 2025. He saw the field in 17 of the Falcons' 22 games in their 2024 season, that saw the team post a 14-6-2 record that carried them into the 2nd round of the NCAA tournament. Ethan is originally from West Virginia.

Hayden Benner

Hayden Benner is a 2024 graduate of Messiah University where he studied youth ministry and competed on the wrestling team for all 4 years. Hayden recently served for a time with Berks County Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and now serves as the High School Ministry Leader at Carlisle Evangelical Free Church. Hayden is a native of Lititz, PA.

Jason Romano

Jason Romano is the Executive Producer of Sports Spectrum, "Where Sports and Faith Connect." He created the Sports Spectrum Podcast, which shares the stories of various athletes, coaches, and personalities and how they see sports and faith connect in their lives. 


Prior to his work with Sports Spectrum, which began in 2017, Romano spent 17 years with ESPN as an Emmy-Award winning Producer and Senior Manager, where he worked on productions such as SportsCenter, NFL LIVE, Mike and Mike in the Morning, Sunday NFL Countdown, ESPN First Take, College Gameday, Outside the Lines, just to name a few. 


In addition to his work with Sports Spectrum, he also serves as a Board Member for another sports ministry outlet, Uncommon Sports Group.


Romano is from Connecticut and grew up a New York Mets fan.

Jeff Bianchi

Jeff Bianchi is a 2005 Lampeter Strasburg High School graduate, where he won the state championship before being drafted out of high school by the Kansas City Royals. Bianchi played 12 seasons in professional baseball, including over 2 years at the Major League level with the Milwaukee Brewers and Boston Red Sox. He is also a silver medalist for Team USA. 


Following his playing career, Bianchi scouted with Milwaukee for 4 years, then served as the hitting coach for the Lancaster Stormers until he stepped away from the role after the 2024 season. Bianchi now operates his youth baseball training facility, Bianchi Baseball Academy, in Lancaster.

Jeff Boettcher

Jeff is the founding and lead pastor of Christ Church South Philadelphia and he also serves as the team chaplain for the Philadelphia Phillies. He plays a role in several church planting collaborations across the US. He has a Master’s of Sacred Theology from Grimke Seminary.

Johnny Shelton

Johnn Shelton serves as the Chaplain and Life Coach of the Baltimore Ravens. Shelton also spent time as Chaplain at Elon University and Virginia Tech as a part of his involvement with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. 


Prior to his time in ministry, Johnny had opportunities in the NFL as an undrafted free agent defensive back with the Atlanta Falcons, San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks and LA Raiders. He also spent 10 years doing corporate work for P&G before entering full-time ministry with FCA.

Kent Chevalier

Kent was invited by Pittsburgh Steelers Head Coach, Mike Tomlin, to join the staff of Athletes in Action and serve as the Steelers' Team Chaplain. He is a Pittsburgh native, former pastor of 22 years, and now spends his time traveling as a speaker. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Student Ministry from Geneva College and Master's in Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.

Mike Miller

Mike Miller has served as the head coach of Messiah University's Women's Basketball Team for 39 years and has overseen consistent success within the program. Miller is only the fifth NCAA DIII women's basketball coach to ever win 700+ games, and yet his focus remains on service and developing Christian character. Miller is also a 1983 Messiah College graduate himself.

Phill Shallenberger

Phill Shallenberger is the head coach of Messiah University's baseball program. He began his role at Messiah in September 2021. In his 4th season coaching the Falcons, he led the team all the way to the Division III College World Series, where Messiah finished as national runner-ups - it was the furthest playoff run, by far, in program history.


Prior to Messiah, Shallenberger was the head coach of Cairn University's baseball team, following previous coaching experiences at Geneva College as a grad assistant, a season with the Savannah Bananas, and with the Park Sports Complex and Powerballers Baseball in the Lehigh Valley.


It's not secret to anyone involved with Messiah baseball that Shallenberger's family is of the utmost importance; his wife and two sons can often be seen joining him at the field.

Reese Harden

Reese Harden recently completed her 5-year playing career for Messiah University Women's Basketball as a graduate student in the 2024-25 season. She started all 28 games for Messiah in her final season and helped lead the Falcons to a 25-3 record which included a NCAA tournament berth. She will now join the Falcons on the sideline as an assistant coach under head coach Mike Miller. Reese is originally from Maryland.

RobertAnthony Cruz

RobertAnthony Cruz, better known as "Coach RAC," is a player for the Savannah Bananas and is well-known on social media for sharing his life as a ballplayer, and how his faith plays a key role in his life. 


RAC played college baseball at UC Riverside and Biola University, and was signed by the Washington Nationals in July 2021. However, after being released by the Nationals, RAC found a new passion in coaching baseball, particularly via videos on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, where the nickname "Coach RAC" stuck. 


It was while he was making these coaching videos that he got the opportunity to play for the Savannah Bananas, and now, according to his website, "RAC's new goal is to become the most impactful voice in baseball, through educating and inspiring the next generation of young ball players. For His glory."

Scott Passerini

Scott Passerini is part of the leadership team at Motocross For Christ, a ministry using motocross as a platform to share the Gospel with kids and families during camps throughout the year. Now in his 50s, Scott has been riding motorbikes since he was 12, and came to have a relationship with Christ about 20 years ago. Now, he's passionate about combining his passion for sharing the Gospel along with his passion for motorsports.

Seth Lehman

Seth Lehman was hired in June 2025 as the head coach of Lancaster Bible College's Women's Soccer program. He coached at the high school level locally at Cumberland Valley High School and Northern High School, following a decorated playing career of his own. He is the all-time assists and goals leader at Northern High School, he won 2 national championships as a player for Messiah College, and he also spent one year playing semi-professional soccer with the Chicago Eagles.
