Joel Hoover is the Sports Director and is a sports broadcaster for KBUN Sports Radio in Bemidji, Minnesota, but is a Lancaster County native. Joel studied broadcasting at Messiah College, and moved to Bemidji for the job shortly after graduation in 2015. Joel does play-by-play broadcasting of high school sports most often for KBUN.
