Seth Lehman was hired in June 2025 as the head coach of Lancaster Bible College's Women's Soccer program. He coached at the high school level locally at Cumberland Valley High School and Northern High School, following his playing career. He is the all-time assists and goals leader at Northern High School, he won 2 national championships as a player for Messiah College, and he also spent one year playing semi-professional soccer with the Chicago Eagles.
