Brian Smith

Sports ministry is Brian Smith's passion, as he has been on staff with Athletes In Action for 18 years in addition to his resource ministry website, The Christian Athlete.

Brian has authored several books on the intersection of faith & sports, including Away Game and The Christian Athlete.

Brian went to Wake Forest University, where he ran track and cross country, and graduated with a degree in Communications and Journalism, which prepared him for the writing work in the context of sports ministry today.

Brian and his wife, Linsey, have 3 kids and live in Michigan.
