Clint Hurdle

Clint Hurdle is a former MLB player and manager, who led the 2007 Colorado Rockies to the National League pennant, and the Pittsburgh Pirates to three consecutive playoff runs in 2013, 2014, and 2015 after 20 consecutive losing seasons.

Hurdle is now in an advisory role with the Colorado Rockies, in addition to his travels around the country as a speaker. He's also authored a book, called Hurdle-isms, a collection of his "wit and wisdom" from his career in baseball. While the book is not inherently faith-based, he does has ambitions to write another book specifically on his faith and testimony.
