In this week’s sports news we talk about the Sixers’ and Flyers’ plan for a new arena, the National Baseball Hall of Fame voting, Temple’s men’s basketball team’s big win over Memphis, the first round of the NFL playoffs, and the upcoming college football national championship.
In our takeaway portion, we talk about how AJ Brown was reading a book by Jim Murphy on the sidelines last weekend about achieving inner excellence and living a life of excellence. This inspired us to dive into what the Bible has to say about living an excellent, or abundant life.
