I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition & Human Performance, am a nationally certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and am an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Perimenopause coach.
I believe deeply in the power of sustainable whole foods nutrition for helping women of every age and season of life to feel better than ever. I am on a mission to help women break free from diet culture and learn to fuel their bodies to be strong and resilient for life.
