Elaine Mackechnie is the founder of Maths with Mrs Mack, a thriving GCSE maths tuition business supporting both students and teachers who want to step confidently into maths tutoring.
With 26 years of classroom experience, including roles as Joint Head of MFL, Head of Year, Head of Key Stage and Second in Maths, Elaine brings a rare blend of expertise across subjects. She now mentors non-specialist teachers, helping them upskill, build confidence and deliver effective GCSE maths tuition. Her mission is to show teachers they can thrive beyond the classroom and that maths is absolutely within reach.
