Women Walking is a collection of conversations with women who are in the middle of something — a transition, a reckoning, a beginning, an ending. Hosted by Debbie Ventimiglia and Courtney Park-Jamborsky, the show sits at the intersection of movement and meaning: what shifts inside us when life asks us to change.

Debbie Ventimiglia is a writer, global health professional, mother of 3, and wife of more than 30 years. In the podcast Women Walking, she draws wisdom from the women she has walked with over the years and across three continents. Whether walking the Camino de Santiago, trekking in the Serengeti, or simply walking in the neighborhoods near her home in Rockville, Maryland, she's always discovering how movement and friendship help to loosen the knots around the challenges of raising children, marriage, caregiving to aging parents, and simply living in an often divisive world. Through it all, around mile 3, she finds common ground and a little more peace.
