Recovering The Way™ Meditations with Daniel Weicher
RTW™ is a mind-body practice that combines three paradigms for self-healing in synchrony.
- The Yin/Yang paradigm: Qi cultivation via Qigong practice, Simplified Tai Chi Easy™ Taoist Alchemy principles, Acupressure, TCM theory and Qi transmission.
- The Contemplative paradigm – Self-examination of thoughts, actions and emotions using elements borrowed from the 12-Step method* and other self-reflective exercises.
- The Mind/Body Paradigm: Science gives people a simple understanding of how the mind and body relate to each other (i.e., neurotransmitter roles and the nervous system). This gives hope to those suffering from chronic anxiety and illness that they can affect change.
- Why Together?
- Qigong and Zen speak to character refinement but give few practical actionable steps to make that happen. Recovery programs talk about enhancing spiritual awareness but offer few concrete directives. Both have something in common: They are powerful forms of Internal Alchemy that have been independently successful and respected world-wide. Science corroborates and lends authority by virtue of the incredible research being done over the last 40 years on neurochemistry, anatomy, physiology and more.
- Who Is It For?
- For people in Recovery, RTW helps to mitigate the chronic anxiety that has always plagued them. For those who do not classify themselves as addicted, it brings a level of self-observation and healing engendered in a process that has been called one of the most important social phenomena of the twentieth century.
