Today we are being a little self indulgent and I'm talking you through how I've lost 0.8kg in my first week back after the New Year and how I have enjoyed ever second of it. This is literally the exact method I teach my 1-1 girlies and how they are able to completely transform their lives without even focusing on the scale weight.
