In this episode, I share what’s really happening when you multitask (spoiler: it’s actually called task switching), and why that constant shifting can drain your energy without moving you forward. We’ll also talk about how to create more intentional productivity using simple tools to set boundaries at work, be more focused, and gently get rid of distractions — without needing a total life overhaul.
Just because you can juggle doesn’t mean you always should. With a few small mindset shifts and nervous system-friendly strategies, you can move from scattered to steady, and reconnect with the joy of getting things done in a way that feels good.
