Hi pals.
This episode feels a little harder to put out into the world— mostly because I do that thing where you have the trauma you’re comfortable talking about and the trauma you don’t actually want to address. I found myself having to restart this episode multiple times in some spots due to the nature of the conversation, I struggle with downplaying the things I went through. I feel like there’s more to the story but I don’t know that I’ll ever fully be able to articulate it. Hopefully you can hear my heart in spite of this. Thanks for listening.
🤍Rowan
