Let's Get Naked
Let's Get Naked isn't about getting naked physically.
It's about stripping away the excuses, the ego, the victim stories, the BS we've all been dragging around, and taking an honest look in the mirror.
Every week, Anne Karber sits down with incredible guests—and occasionally goes off on her own—to tackle the conversations most people avoid. Emotional maturity. Relationships. Success. Failure. Trauma. Politics. Parenting. Addiction. Leadership. Money. Fear. Identity. Personal responsibility. Nothing's off limits.
If you're looking for polished interviews full of rehearsed talking points and inspirational clichés...you're probably in the wrong place.
If you're ready to laugh, get uncomfortable, challenge your own thinking, and maybe realize you've been making your own life harder than it needs to be...welcome.
Around here we believe:
- You can disagree without becoming enemies.
- Your triggers are teachers.
- Your past explains you, but it doesn't excuse you.
- Personal responsibility is freedom.
- Fixing your own shit is one of the greatest gifts you can give everyone around you.
Some episodes will make you laugh.
Some will punch you in the emotional face.
The best ones usually do both.
So pull up a chair, leave your ego at the door, and...
Let's Get Naked.
Disclaimer (Because Apparently We Need One)
Let's get a few things straight...
I'm not a therapist. I'm not a psychologist. I'm not a psychiatrist. I'm not your life coach. I don't even play one on the internet.
I'm just a curious human who has spent a ridiculous amount of time fixing my own shit, talking to fascinating people, asking uncomfortable questions, and occasionally saying the quiet part out loud.
This show is full of stories, opinions, observations, questionable analogies, wildly inappropriate laughter, and an unhealthy amount of oversharing. If something resonates, awesome. If it inspires you to look at your own life a little differently, even better.
But this podcast is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or permission to text your ex.
If your life is genuinely kicking your ass, please go talk to someone who's actually qualified. Asking for help is badass.
Also, the opinions shared here belong to us, our guests, and whoever was brave enough to sit in front of the microphones that day. They don't represent our employers, sponsors, families, neighbors, or anyone else who'd probably prefer plausible deniability.
Now that we've handled the grown-up stuff...
Take what serves you.
Leave what doesn't.
And for the love of all things holy...
Fix your shit.

Let's Get Naked
Fuck You: Covid
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Anne Karber tackles the frustration many feel toward the loud, irrational voices dominating today's cultural landscape. We explore why 'common sense folks' often stay quiet to avoid the chaos and how this has led to a distorted representation of what people actually think. Anne shares her unapologetic views on the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on the preservation of medical freedom and the right to bodily autonomy. From the breakdown of community trust to the absurdity of public mask rituals, this is a candid look at reclaiming your power and refusing to let fear-based mandates dictate your life.
What You'll Learn:
- Why the loudest voices in the room don't actually represent the majority view.
- The psychological impact of fear on community and emotional intelligence.
- How to stand firm in your medical choices without feeling the need to explain yourself.
- The importance of staying in your own lane when it comes to others' personal health decisions.
- Why individual autonomy is non-negotiable in a free society.
It is time to stop apologizing for having common sense and start reclaiming the space that the 'ding-dongs' have taken over.

This podcast dives deep into real, raw topics—think vulnerability, triggers, and childhood trauma. But just so we're super clear: I’m not a licensed therapist, mental health professional, or anything close. I’m just a human sharing stories, lessons, and life hacks based on personal experience and a whole lot of curiosity.
So, while you might find some golden nuggets here, this is not therapy and should never replace professional mental health care. If you or someone you love is going through it, please—seriously—reach out to a licensed therapist or healthcare provider. You deserve the real deal.

We've gotten to such a place that the ding dongs are the ones that speak the loudest. And the folks that are just trying to do the right thing, take care of their families, work hard, live their best lives, stay quiet because they don't want to deal with the bullshit that comes from uh the ding dongs, right? The people that are yelling the loudest. So what we have now is an overrepresentation of a the minority of people. Um because the again, the good people don't want to speak up, which feels like bullshit, and also I understand. These minis that we're gonna start doing maybe all the time, maybe sometimes, I don't know, we'll find out. Uh are what I think a lot of people want to say, but just won't say because they don't want to deal with the bullshit. Um, so this is where we're gonna start. My first one is COVID. I'm dealing with the thoughts that I have as it relates to COVID and what it brings up for me. I think, you know, COVID was scary. It was scary for everyone. It was uh a time that was just unprecedented, unprecedented. People didn't know what the fuck to do. Um, they were scared. There's a lot that went into that, and I totally get that. Um, but turning on your neighbor out of fear is really, really, really disgusting. Uh, any emotional intelligence and regulation that maybe people had in the first place completely left the fucking building. Uh, COVID literally wrecked connections and community. Uh, people forgot how to engage with one another, and so now we're left with people that don't even know how to make eye contact or or communicate with one another, uh, which feels super, super weird. Um, I think people really got out of hand during that and continue to do so as it relates to the vaccine. And so this is my this is where my soapbox comes in as far as how my strong opinions on COVID, because obviously COVID fucking sucks, everybody knows that. I think everybody would agree with that. My problem comes in where you have human beings that feel like it's okay to assert their will onto another human being. Uh, this is the shit that makes me my blood boil. This is really what gets me, gets me ramped up. Let's be real. Life doesn't come with a manual, but it does come with chaos. I wrote this book because I got tired of drowning and everyone else's noise and needed a way to fix my own shit. This isn't some sugar-coated self-help nonsense. It's raw, it's honest, and it's packed with tools that actually work in the middle of real life. If you're ready to stop playing small, take back your energy, and get unapologetically you again, this book is your playbook. You can pick up your copy of the Life Pack Playbook on Amazon or on our podcast website, let's get nakedpodcast.com. You have people that don't know how to regulate their own fear, don't know how to process their own feelings about things, and then start acting like lunatics, literally lunatics, to one another about who should or shouldn't get the vaccine or what other people should do. If you don't want to be out and about with other people, stay home. If you feel like you're immunocompromised, stay home. If you want to get the vaccine and get boosters every week from now until the time we put you in the ground, excellent. That is absolutely your business. But fuck you if you think that you get to come in my lane and tell me what I have to inject into my body and the bodies of my fucking children, fuck you. That kind of shit to me makes my blood boil. And I don't think enough people have spoken up about that. We sit and just say, oh, those people are lunatics and like all of the things. Yeah, you're absolutely right. Those people are lunatics. But fuck those lunatics. Again, do whatever the fuck you want to. That's your business, and I'm happy to support you to do whatever that looks like. But the fact that you come over and get so worked up, I just I've never seen more people so just worked up out of fear about the fact that they think that they should be able to tell other people what to do. That feels outrageous to me. If you look at that from the other, you know, put the shoe on the other foot and you say, what would that be like if you didn't agree with something, but I came in your lane and said, you know what? You know what? Let's do it this way. Let's do it so that um whatever it is, I really believe strongly that this is the right thing. I want you to do this. You say, no, I don't want to. I don't fucking care. We didn't have facts behind stuff. They're guessing that was an experimental vaccine at that point. I still maintain, and I don't give a fuck who knows or doesn't know, I absolutely would not get the vaccine. I have people in my family who got the vaccine and people who didn't. I don't give a fuck. Do whatever you want. Do your research, feel comfortable about whatever you want to do, and then do that. I don't get in their lane and tell them what they can or can't do. I didn't fucking give my opinion on that. That if somebody asked me, I'll give you my opinion. But nobody needed that. We were all just trying to do the best that we could. So the fact that people have absolutely lost their minds on one another or ruined families or ruined relationships with other people because they did or didn't get the vaccine, that's outrageous. If you don't want to hang out with people, that's your business, right? But you see those fucking ding dongs that are sitting in a restaurant with a mask on, they take a bite, you know, take their mask down to take a bite, put the mask back on, or they're driving around with their fucking masks on in the car and they're the only ones in the car. Jesus Christ, let the fucking trash take itself out. And that's all we're gonna say about that.
