Laura Fralich MD
Dr. Fralich is a fellowship-trained Sports Medicine physician and owner of Northwest Sports & Exercise Medicine in Spokane, WA. She serves as team physician for Gonzaga Prep HS, has led medical teams for mass participation events including the USA Special Olympic Games and Boston Marathon, and served as head team physician for the Spokane Chiefs Hockey Club from 2019-2022. Dr. Fralich is an assistant professor at the WSU COM and clinical faculty at the UW SOM. Dual board-certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine, Dr. Fralich is a frequent speaker at conferences and other medical education events. Additionally, she is the founder and past director of the SCMS Women in Medicine conference, founder and co-director of the Sports Performance and Leadership Summit for high school student-athletes, and the host of What's Right With Healthcare, a podcast showcasing the people, programs, and technologies making a positive impact on our lives and how medical care is delivered.
