Rick Dayton

Broadcast journalism has been my life, but there is more to Rick Dayton than being a TV news anchor or radio talk show host. I have the ability to take complex stories and make them easy to understand. I thrive under stringent deadlines -- even when resources are limited -- while maintaining the highest expectation for accuracy. Many of my broadcast skills translate beyond a television news desk, a satellite truck, radio studio, or the screen of your streaming device.

Every story is different. Personalities are challenging. People don't often want to be part of the story. I have the skill to gently encourage them to share their story and to assist them even when they are uncomfortable. My ability to help people relax in the midst of a stressful situation is critical. I have honed how to unveil the “big picture” without losing track of critical “small details.” My work connects the dots when excuses are not options. In short: Get it right. On time. Every time.
