Fan Mail
Hey! I love listening to your shows. I listen every morning to get my work day started! I am an Autistic therapist for kids with autism. I have seen insurance deny safety equipment to kids who eat their own body parts, eat raw chicken, and love to play with glass. Unfortunately, kids with both Autism and intellectual disabilities often have no natural sense of danger. This can lead to dangerous behaviors. Most of our clients only sleep a few hours a night. Parents can only stay away so long, and the stress is unbelievable. When support is denied to parents and their children, parents can snap. I have lost 4 clients to this already. The insurance companies only see us as a number.
