Regarding the film, Jordan also revealed that he got a bit emotional while watching it back. He said, I cried during Sinners. He shared before a minute, he also cried during the making of the film. I had a really good cry watching the last season of my hero, uh, Academia, um, when Bakuko, a character from the first season, has his emotional moment where he finally gets recognized by one of his mentors and idols. It's April 9th it's gonna be a huge ass appeal and I think everybody's gonna be tuned in uh to this verdict uh on this appeal it says next big court date April 9th uh location is the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan uh let's see and then they say I'm gonna give you some of the experts of what they say and see this is what I don't like uh this is some of the breakdown of why I'm gonna give y'all some of the uh breakdown of why some legal analysts think this appeal actually has a real shot so uh this is the argument that that that they're saying could help Diddy Diddy team is basically saying the judge punished him for things the jury said he didn't do that centers around a key legal issue called acquitted conduct this is when a judge during sentencing considers allegations the jury already rejected jury not guilty on some on certain serious claims like the trafficking uh the Rico and the judge still use some of those same accusations to justify a harsher sentence Diddy's lawyers are arguing that violates his constitutional rights especially the right to a jury trial now why this isn't a weak argument uh this isn't some random reach even judges and supreme court justices have questioned this practice the Supreme Court of the United States has allowed acquitted conduct in the past but multiple justices left and right have recently signaled that this might be a problem there's a growing discomfort with judges overriding what a jury decided now why this matters in in in Diddy's case uh it uh if the appeal court agrees with diddy's team a few things could happen number one it could be re-sentencing uh which is the more likely victory if did he is victorious they wouldn't free him but they they would cut his sentence down significantly they would have a new sentence uh uh and then also a new sentence hearing same conviction but a different calculation possibly a lighter penalty uh bigger impact but long shot is that if the court goes bold they could send a uh uh uh set a precedent limiting acquitted conduct use that wouldn't just help Diddy it would affect federal sentencing nationwide uh and which would shave serious time off and pretty much to get them home uh so long story short it's like even in the media they are building it's like they almost prepping us to get ready for some shit let me just let me just say it plain it's like they prepping us and I'ma tell you I'm gonna tell you why I'm worried too because as they prepping us with this diddy might get get out or some shit about this appeal it ain't enough noise going on about it and that's how they look you know what I'm saying they looking like people ain't really even in up in arms about it like you know like the Diddy fire has gone down as far as uh the American people the public yeah it has died down significantly so like if they were talking about Diddy might get out and the whole world was screaming about it that would make them back down a little bit ain't nobody really screaming about it.
