We all know sometime months back, we got the we we got the the news that they had found a child dismembered, chopped up into pieces, found in the trunk, the front trunk of a of the test of a Tesla. And we soon found out that that Tesla belonged to a singer, a singer by the name of David. Now, I'm gonna be honest. That was the first time I ever heard of a singer named David. I never heard of him before this horrific, tragic, trifling news. And he was still on tour. After initial announcement, he was still on tour singing his ass off. He was still on tour performing for his fans. Why is this dismembered child in the front of your tesla? And been and and and this child has been there so long. This child has been there so long that it was stanking up the tow yard, and that is how she was discovered. Then we found out the singer David was dating this child statutory, great essay, and then we start digging, and when we start digging, we find out this girl was reported missing, but when she was actually just with the singer David, we found out she that David was dating and having allegedly sexual relationship with this child. And then we realized this guy needs to be arrested. They had evidence of his wingman driving the Tesla, moving it around. He had songs talking about unaliving people, friends, girlfriends allegedly, and before long it became apparent that this asshole did something wrong. Yet there was no arrest. And we were like, why aren't they arresting this guy? And months went by, and months went by. Rumors swirled that his dad was some type of lawyer. And and and had connections and to the court. This happened back in September, October. The grand jury was in February. Even after that, no arrest. So it's September, October, November, December, January, February, March, and finally in April. I had a long day of work yesterday. I had all types of work. My work day didn't end till about eight o'clock last night when I sat down and I opened up my phone. First thing I say seen was Singer David arrested. First person I thought about was Grandma Kathy. The very first person I thought about when I saw Singer David arrested was Grandma Kathy. I said, Grandma Kathy is gonna hit that pool. She's gonna be in that pool like Michael Phelps, back stroking, doggy paddling, breaststroke, butterfly, whatever you want to call it. I said, Grandma Kathy gonna be swimming like a damn dolphin after hearing this news, and I was happy about that. But you know, you know, even David being arrested, there's still something that just shows that he is well connected, and we as the people and the courts got a fight on their hands. Now, can somebody confirm in the comments? Because I saw numerous publications that said David was actually arrested on Tuesday. How in the hell, if this is true, and please confirm it in the comments if you heard this as well. How was he arrested on Tuesday? And we didn't hear about it until Thursday. The Los Angeles Police Department announced the arrest of a 21-year-old music artist whose real name is David Anthony Burke. On Thursday, April 16th, noted VS that he is being held without bail. The case will be presented in the district attorney's office on Monday for filing consideration. The LAPD District Attorney's Office tells people in a statement tells people in a statement that it is aware that of the arrest of David Anthony Burke by the Los Angeles Police Department. The case is expected to be presented to the major crimes division, at which point prosecutors will review facts and evidence to determine whether there is a sufficient evidence to file charges. At this time, additional information is not available. Now, this is what I don't understand, y'all. An LAPD source tells people that Burke was arrested in Hollywood Hills on a probable cause warrant and has allegedly not been cooperative in the investigation. His attorney, Blair Burke, says in a statement shared with people, let us be clear. The actual evidence in this case will show that David Burke did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez and he was not the cause of her death. They add, there has been no indictment returned, indictment returned by any grand jury in this case, and no criminal complaint filed. David has only been detained under suspicion.
