But we also got a little update on those eight children that were unalived. Check this out. So I know you probably couldn't hear good, but they were just talking about all the people. There was ten people shot. Eight of them were kids, and eight of them are deceased. Seven of these kids are this young man. This the this the this the guy who unalived these children. Seven of them were his children, one of them was a cousin. And now we are finding out, now we are finding out that they they shot the mother. So a wife and a girlfriend. This is beyond sad. We previously reported on the horrific mass shooting carried out by a man in Shreveport, Louisiana. And I don't even know why we call him a man that left eight children dead. There are now more details. Authorities have now shared the chain of events that led to Shamar Elkins' death in the end. The crime spread started with Elkins shooting his wife, Shanika Pug, in the face at 6 a.m. Then he fatally shot eight children. Jayla Elkins, Shayla Elkins, Kayla Pug, Layla Plug Pug, Mark Marcadian Plug Pug, Sariah Snow, Kendrian Snow, and Braylon Snow. Seven of the eight children have now been confirmed to be his own, with the eighth identified as a cousin. Most of the kids were shot in their heads while sleeping. One was found on a back roof, according to police spokesperson Christopher Bordela. Elkins then went to another residence and shot a woman believed to be his girlfriend. He then took part in a carjacking and ran from officers. Ultimately ending with him being shot or him shooting himself. The cops don't know exactly which one happened. His family says he's been struggling with his mental health and voice, that he was having dark thoughts weeks prior to the shootings. Elkin's stepfather also revealed that he shared his wife wanted to get a divorce and that he was contemplating taking his own life. Man, mental health, dark thoughts, and nobody got this man no help. Or or see, that's why you gotta take this mental health shit serious, man. Gotta take this mental health stuff serious. This guy was having dark thoughts, and apparently, you know, nobody was around to really do something about it. This guy should have been checked into a hospital. This guy needed to be checked into a hospital or something. I mean, man, man, oh man. So the wife and the girlfriend got shot. Shot in the face, and all the kids died. Man, I I sometimes I I hate the news. Sometimes I hate the news. I'm telling you, man, sometimes I just hate the fucking news, man. Just it's just it's just a Debbie Downer. But it is what it is. It's life, and we gotta deal with it. Prayers to the kids, prayers to the family, prayers to to just everybody involved in that tragic, tragic, tragic situation. David is literally being charged with ambushing full as Rivas Hernia Desk. I just realized one of the special circumstances that fall under that murder charge is murder line in weight, which means ambushed. The reason I think this went over my head is because I didn't hear them talk about this in the press conference. I don't know why my mind the whole entire time was thinking like it was the heat of the moment, like he figured out about this investigation and then it happened. But the whole murder in weight is like a whole ambulance plan to get you over there and then on the deal. So here's the document with all the official charges for David, and then it's the he was being charged with continuous testimony of a child, and then it's the murder charged with a special allegation of murder for financial gain. There's another special allegation of murder to prevent testimony, and then the next special allegation is murdered by a lion in a weight, and another special allegation, use of a deadly weapon, and then the mutilation of a court. I didn't really search on this because I never heard from murder lying and wait before, and it says it's a form of first-degree murder involving a premeditated ambulance where the perpetrator conceals their purpose and waits for an opportune moment to attack the victim by surprise. It's where the more that we hear about this, it just keeps getting worse. It is considered a highly predatory act, often classified as a special circumstance that leads to severe penalties, including life without perfect. These opponents of lying and wait include concealment of purpose. The attacker finds the content, which may involve physical finding or a deceptive plan, even if the victim is aware of the attacker's presence. Locking and waiting, the perpetrator waits for a substantial period to lie to a surprise attack from a position of advantage. Premeditation disappeared demonstrates a state of mind equivalent to pre-meditation and deliberation, often making it a special circumstance in states like California. So this is exactly why we saw the grand jury transcript. That said, pre-meditation. They're literally saying that this was a pre-planted and bunch attack. I honestly cannot imagine what we are going to learn when this starts getting into the phase where more detailed information actually comes out because it's so much worse than we all already thought that it was. I also wanted to let you guys know we did not get a direct statement from Celeste Redis' family or their attorney after David pleaded not guilty. I'm honestly not sure what happened. The news media was literally sitting outside waiting for them to come out and give a statement, but it never happened. So I think this is all I'm gonna have on the David case tonight. It says senior speaks out after Valley Forge High School shooting. Police and Parma Heights are investigating the circumstances that led a student at Valley Forge High School to take her own life in a school cafeteria on Monday afternoon. In the call to 911, a school employee is heard telling co-workers and students, guys, I will stay away from the building. Police responded to Valley Forge after receiving a report about a large disturbance in the area of the school cafeteria. And officers found an 18-year-old student with it with the self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Damn, students who witnessed the shooting or immediate or the immediate aftermath are traumatized by what they saw. One person said, I rounded the corner leaving my last period class and unfortunately saw a large pool of blood right after the incident happened. So initially there was chaos inside the school, with some seeking a safe place to hide or finding the fastest way out of the building. According to the student we spoke with, everyone was running. I mean, I was one of the first people to round the corner into that area, heard the resource officer yelling and saw the incident. People just turned and hurried out of there really fast, and the people were, and the people that were up front, especially some of the like younger girls, were visibly distraught. But teachers, administrators, and the school resource officer quickly took control of the situation, and the remaining students and staffs were safely evacuated. Our administrators told us to leave the school. School employee told the 911 dispatchers. It says parents were alerted and were told to pick up their evacuated cure children at the nearby campus of Tri Seek. They were later learned that the 18-year-old student was officially pronounced dead at Metro Health Medical Center from the self-inflicted gunshot wound that has shaken the Valley Forest community. It says, investigators are now hoping the 18-year-olds' family, friends, and social media will shed some light on what led to Monday's tragedy. Students and staff are grieving and searching for answers to questions about why it happened and why it happened in Valley Forest. One student said a terrible, terrible tragedy overall, and I feel bad for anybody who had to be there and see it. I feel bad for anyone who was in the area when it happened, and I especially feel bad for the I especially feel the worst for this girl because nobody knows what she was going through, said the student. Valley Forge High School and Normandy High School in neighboring Parma will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Counseling will be made available for students, teachers, and staff impacted by the heartbreaking story.

Well, we got Channel 12 news says Winston Salem Park mass shooting, two people killed, suspect identified and located as two schools remain on secure lockdown. Two juveniles were killed, and five others were shot in a mass shooting at a Winston-Salem park on Monday morning. Uh, the mass shooting led to two Winston-Salem County schools uh being placed on secure hold, including Jefferson Middle School and Mount Tabor High School, as the park is located near the schools. The mass shooting occurred in the area of Linebach Park at Sally Kirk Road and Robin Hood Road, Winston, Salem. The Winston Salem Police Department said it began as a fight around 9:52 a.m. While officers were en route, the situation escalated to a shooting. Park shooting details. Park said the initial investigations suggest it was a planned fight that involved several young people, which escalated to multiple people shooting each other. Detectives are actively working to determine each individual role in his in this incident. Uh, criminal investigations division said those killed identified in the parking lot of the park. Officers located a 17-year-old male identified as uh Eurobi Romero Medina, uh suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. A second victim, identified as 16-year-old Daniel Jimenez Millian, uh, was located further inside the park with a gunshot wound. Officers said he also died at the scene. Officials confirmed that Million was a student in the district. Five others were shot and were also found in a parking lot, including a 14-year-old girl, a 15-year-old girl, a 17-year-old girl, and an 18-year-old boy and a 19-year-old girl. Preliminary information indicates that some of the some of those uh injured may have also been involved in the shooting. Uh, the incident did not occur on school grounds. It was isolated to the Lineback Park, Burns said. I want to begin uh by offering our sincerest condolences to those we lost. Salem police chief William Penn said.
