Well, ever since that happened, the family said at first they heard from Joe, but once she was announced unalive, Joe went ghost. Didn't help get her get her body back to the states. Didn't help tell the family what happened, what could have happened, just went ghost. Nobody has heard from Joe McCann ever since the incident, besides, they say the police detained him. We don't know quite what they mean by detained. There were rumors that it was an arrest, those came out to be lies. And now, with the whole world looking at him, we get more evidence that don't look good. Now they finding out that the family is saying, we are finding out that the family is saying she was returned to the States without her engagement ring.

Harry tells TMZ the family has since conducted an independent autopsy. The results are still pending, and they're now planning a funeral service in New Jersey for her early next week. As we reported, authorities say Ashley was involved in a dispute with her fiance, Joe McCann, shortly before she was found. Hotel staff allegedly stepped in and separated the two into different rooms, an incident that remains a key focus of the investigation. They previously told us she was a beacon of light and showed no signs of wanting to harm herself. The family also says they've heard a little. First of all, the family doesn't know if they're being held for investigation. So they did they did speak on that. The 21 year old, however, is facing a decidedly strict set of rules. During his time in Los Angeles County jail, that's the word from TMZ, which cited law enforcement sources in a recent. Report on the case, part of publication. David is said to be living in segregate in a segregated cell, and he's only given shower privileges every other day. He also reportedly facing strict phone privilege terms with the publication sources saying he's only able to make calls in tandem with allotted shower days. Poor David. The report goes on to claim that David is given three hours of recreational time per week with visitors not currently allowed. Additionally, one of TMZ's law enforcement sources was quoted as saying that the withered artist doesn't currently have money on his books. The facility itself, meanwhile, is described as dirty.

Because they say David reportedly placed in segregation following transfer to LA County Men's Central Jail. 21-year-old senior David was transferred to the Los Angeles Men's Central Jail Monday, then has reportedly been placed in segregation. As was reported by TMZ, the LA County Sheriff's Office confirmed that due to the high-profile nature of David's case, he has been placed away from other inmates at the facility. David was arrested in the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Revis, whose decomposed body was found in the front trunk of an abandoned Tesla registered to David last. It was later reported that he was charged with murder seven months after the team's body was found in his car and could face the death penalty if found guilty. Prosecutors have also accused David, real name David Burke, of engaging in a sexual relationship with the team before she was murdered. At the press conference following his arrest, led by Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hockman, it was alleged that David engaged in continuous sexual and loos acts with this 14-year-old. And those Latin Latin, the Latin community want him dead. There are people that are saying he might not even make it out of prison. He might not even make it out of uh so many people from that community want him dead because of what he did to that young girl, allegedly. And of course, the relationship, it just uh we all know people, one thing, one dangerous thing to go in prison for is for some pedophile type stuff, predator underage. That's already something that prisoners are ready to unalive you for that anyway.
