The New Phone Allegation Breakdown

Um so David met her when she was 11. And uh I'm gonna report about that on my on my uh on social media today. But uh, where is that picture at? I saw that, I said, oh my god. So they say David paid, here it is right here. David paid a thousand dollars. David paid a thousand dollars to little kids. Terrible singer David allegedly met Celeste at eleven years old and later paid a classmate a thousand dollars to sneak her phone after parents cut contact. New details, this is from neighborhood talk. New details come out in court, are raising serious questions. Prosecutors say David allegedly met Celeste Revis back in 2022 when she was just 11 years old. According to authorities, their relationship later turned inappropriate with claims it became sexual in late 2023 when Celeste was 13 and he was 18. Celeste's family reportedly filed missing person reports twice in early 2024. After she returned home, her parents took her phone to stop communication between her and David. But prosecutors say that did that that didn't end things. They alleged David paid one of Celeste's classmates$1,000 to secretly deliver a new phone so they could keep talking to each other. Authorities also claim the two continued seeing each other and even traveled together throughout 2024 with evidence like messages and photos reportedly backing that up. This guy was relentless. And also the family, let's let's not let me let me throw out there the family has been cleared of negligence. So a lot of that talk about the family being in on it, they have been cleared. Um, maybe they haven't been as aggressive because of a language barrier. Maybe they just don't know how you know too many how to handle law enforcement, and it's and it makes it seem like they haven't been doing all that they should have should be doing, but uh they are saying authorities are saying they have cleared the family of negligence, and so they haven't done anything wrong, according to authorities. Um but they cut off contact, they cut off contact, and this predator paid classmates a thousand dollars to get her a new phone so he could continue this illegal, nasty bullshit. This guy needs to be thrown under the under the under the jail, like under the under of the jail. Like to throw him under the jail wouldn't be enough. We need him to be under the under, the under the under the under the jail. Like under the under. How A Minor Could Travel Abroad

He was intent on being a predator. The family tried to cut out communication and he uses money and his empower to influence and paid classmates. They got so much evidence on this jerk. How did she manage to travel with them across the pond to London? Because you need parental consent. Now, SFS investigates touched on this. Minors such as Celeste Rivas Hernandez cannot just travel to London without consent. Here are the laws in UK about minors traveling with an adult that is not their parent. U.S. citizens do need a visa to travel to or through the UK. You'll need to show that your parent or guardian consents to your travel and accommodation arrangements. If you do have to apply for a standard visitor visa, you'll need to identify the adult traveling with you in your visa application. If the person you're traveling with is not your parent, you'll need to provide specific information about them in your application. You can identify up to two adults in your visa application. Their names will appear on your visa. The adult can apply for a visa at the same time, but you must each complete separate applications. So what that's saying is they're saying an adult can another adult, you can put another adult on there, you just have to explain the situation. That's one option. Another option is they steal somebody's identity and use forged documents. Um, but I don't think the parents, it's for the authorities to clear them. I just don't think the parents have any involvement. The authorities have made it a point to clear that the parents have all this investigating have done, they don't have any any any any evidence that the parents were paid off or anything. So we just got to go by the evidence, guys. Because we do know documents can be forged or celebrities can get people to move mountains. I don't think it necessarily means that the parents were involved. I just don't, and authorities have made it a point to say the parents have not, they have been found and not have done anything. So, I mean that we can't, that's all we can say. So the question is, how did they get how did she get consent to go to to go across the pond? Was the people still believe it's the parents? We're getting paid. Uh, I don't believe that at this point. Once authorities said they cleared them, I'm I'm I'm I'm looking in a different direction. But um I'm more or less thinking somebody forged some documents or another adult was put on there and and and they painted a picture like this adult was a family member or something to that effect. That's what I'm thinking. Um, I have some people from the UK told me that um this is from one person that says, I'm in the UK. Uh the only workaround would be if David's family tells customs that she is a cousin, then they may ask a couple additional questions and that will be it. Plus, celebrities can get away with that. So, like I said, it's not is it just to be clear, it's just it you can get over the pine without the parents. So it doesn't mean that the parents uh gave consent.

Celeste threatened to expose their relationship after becoming jealous of the singer's relationships with other women. After that, David called her an Uber to meet at his home, an hour and 40-minute Uber, y'all, where he then is being accused of stabbing her to death. And then we talked about yesterday how he allegedly continued to send text to Celeste's phone to give him an alibi. He allegedly sent a text while in his test of driving to Santa Barbara County to dispose of her belongings. Celeste's U.S. passport was later found by a worker of SR 154 in Santa Barbara County, January seventeenth, twenty twenty six.

David allegedly used a chainsaw to dismember the body of a teenager he was sexually abusing, then amputated two of her fingers to destroy a tattoo linking him to the girl, according to a court document made public Wednesday afternoon by LA County prosecutors. He cut off her fingers because she had his name on there and he didn't want to be linked to the crime. This is a human being. You cut her fingers off because she had your name on it. You manipulated her so much she showed you she gave you everything, not knowing better as a kid, tattoos your name on her finger only for you to kill her and cut her fingers off. In advance. Los Angeles deputy uh Beth Silverman filed a mini-page brief laying out the evidence she planned to present. In the document, Silverman detailed an abusive relationship between the singer and the young girl, which started when she was just 11, and wrote that Burke had Chainsaw's body bags, an inflatable pool, and a shovel delivered to his home in order to dispose of Hernandez body. Knowing he had to silence the victim before she ruined his music career, as she had threatened very soon after her arrival at his home, the defendant stabbed the victim to death multiple times and stood by while she bled out. Silverman wrote. Man, the purchases from online retailers like Amazon and Home Depot were made under an alias Victoria Mendez. The singer has long been linked to Hernandez's disappearance and death after her badly decomposed body was found in the trunk of a Tesla he owned at the Hollywood tow yard last September. Authorities say Hernandez was last seen at Burke's Hollywood residence on April 23rd, 2025. The two got into a lengthy argument the night before with Hernandez expressing jealousy over Burke's relationships with other women. Prosecutors said. She wrote. Alleged Cover Up After The Killing

Okay, so went over the next year. After he after now, this is after David goes up to the uh to the school, after he had been warned by authorities and investigators that that Celeste was a child, and he claimed he didn't know. He then went to the school, paid somebody a thousand dollars to give her a new phone so they could stay in touch. And then after that, that's when Hernandez traveled with the singer to Las Vegas, Texas, and London, where she met his family. Now, who is his family? And shouldn't they be in some type of trouble? They allowed this stuff to go on. They sat idly by while David running around with a child. Burke's lead defense attorney, Blair Burke, was not immediately available for comment on the filing. She asked Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Charlene Omady to seal the filing on Wednesday afternoon, but the judge denied her request. The singer took steps to cover his tracks in the moments before the killing as well as the days after. 20 minutes after she arrived on the night of April 23rd, Burke allegedly sent a series of text messages to her phone asking where she was, where she was. Prosecutors charged that he had just killed Hernandez and was trying to make it seem as though she never arrived. Wow. He tried to cover his tracks, y'all. That night, he drove to a lake in Santa Barbara County, where prosecutors say he disposed of many of her personal belongings. He returned to the same remote area two other times last May, according to the Wednesday court filing. In January 2026, Hernandez's identification was found off the highway near Lake Cochuma. So that's what this is that night where they were saying that infamous night. That he drove to Length Santa Barbara County. They were at remember, they kept saying that was an infamous night. He drove there to get rid of shit. Hernandez's identification was found off the highway later Nate Cochumba. This is premeditated if I ever seen it. Burke previously said she does not believe the prosecution's case can hold up to scrutiny and push for an immediate preliminary hearing. Preliminary hearing. Defendants have a right to a preliminary hearing in which judges determine whether prosecutors have enough evidence to bring a case to trial within 10 business days. But on Wednesday afternoon, attorney Marilyn Bednarski asked that the hearing be pushed back to May 26th, citing the voluminous amount of discovery in the case. Burke is due back in court today for a status hearing. Silverman expressed some annoyance at Bednarski and Burke's change of heart, noting she already warned the defense team that prosecutors had a trove of evidence to turn over. Silverman said last week that the discovery materials would include the results of a wiretap and searches of Burke's cell phone and iCloud accounts. Law enforcement executed 54 search warrants in the case, according to the court records. The medical examiner's report detailing how Hernandez died was not available to the defense to the defense until last week. Prosecutors have said the transcripts from those hearings were under seal as of last week. We told them that this was what was going to be coming. Silverman argued in reply. As I said in my brief, we send out subpoenas. We've been preparing. We've been telling witnesses to cancel planned vacations. I'm asking Omita to seal the brief. Burke expressed worry it was one-sided and might take the jury pool. The prosecution has appeared to file a rather unusual preliminary hearing brief that appears to be a very one-sided view. In other words, the defense wanted to hurry up and then they got hit with so much evidence. This is a crazy case, y'all. Meanwhile, over in the Ashley Janae case, they're saying that the the the the uh Joe McCann is over there running a smear campaign on Ashley and basically got the whole Tanzanian authorities in his back pocket, allegedly. It just is not looking good in the Ashley Janae case at all. I wish somebody would get their ass over there and represent for the family and represent for Ashley because this is just not right. It's just not right.
