The decision to delay the hearing until the end of June came after horrifying new details emerged last month in the case of his alleged mutilation of 14-year-old Celeste Revis. Now, when he sent this Uber to get her from her home, it is already documented that he was made aware that she was underage. He already had uh was approached by uh investigators way prior prior to that, and they was questioning him and letting him know that, you know, asking what did he know about her disappearance, and he claimed he didn't know she was underage, and they let him know she is underage. So, on top of all the other mountains and mountains of evidence, they literally have evidence that you was with her before and you were warned that she was under and she's a minor, and you still had relationship argument with her and sent an Uber. What juror what jury is not gonna convict your ass?

From so from there, once he ordered all his uh how to not get away with a murder kit, uh, after that, they say the investigators say Burke took horrifying measures to destroy and discard the victim's body. Uh Burke is accused of placing Revis's body into the blue inflatable pool to prevent her blood from making a mess on his garage floor and use the chainsaw and possibly other tools to cut off her limbs, according to documents. Burke also allegedly amputated Reeves' left ring and pinky fingers because a ring finger bore a tattoo of his name, and those fingers would never recover, according to the documents. Reeves' family attorney, uh Patrick Steinfield, described informing her family of the news the most difficult thing he has ever done is 36, 37 years of law. Last night, I had the heartbreaking responsibility of informing the Reeves Hernandez family of the horrifying allegation submitted in court yesterday that David Anthony Burke allegedly stabbed Celeste, stood by while she bled to death, used a chainsaw to cut off her limbs, and bought a burn cage with the plan to incinerate the evidence. Seinfeld said in a statement. Steinfeld, sorry. Um, Revis's body was discovered in Burke's Tesla, of course we know that, which was impounded last September on April 16th. He was arrested after LAPD officers swooped in on a Hollywood Hills home. The singer was staying in. Now, I want to touch on that real quick too. So much happened since that happened. We didn't get a chance to really talk about this and really backtrack. It was somebody on the inside that was trying to hold up this uh this this this this case or this investigation because why did the LAPD have to jump the gun and arrest them in order to make the grand jury come down with the charges?
