However, the Bureau cited general reasons of release date will be moved up, including for good conduct time, time credits for approved programs and activities, and credit for time served before the sentencer. He will be no longer a judge. This judge knew that there were red flags and did not allow evidence submitted that would have exonerated Carmelo Anthony. This should have been a red flag immediately. This cannot happen in the United States of America. The racism that is running rampant in the court system is absolutely disgraceful.
