A joke that lands as disrespect isn’t harmless, especially when it’s aimed at a woman on one of the biggest public stages in America. We react to the viral moment where a fighter calls Michelle Obama a man on the White House lawn, and we don’t let “it was just comedy” dodge the real question: why is humiliation so easy to aim at women, and why does it get waved off so fast when the target is a Black woman?

From there, we get into the bigger pattern behind the headline: misogynoir, boundaries in public speech, and what it says about society when dignity becomes negotiable. We talk about protection in the real world too, including the ongoing crisis of missing Black women and why awareness often feels optional. We also acknowledge other communities that get overlooked, including Indigenous and Native American women, and how dehumanization shows up in stories most people never hear.

Then we shift to the legal and news side with updates on Sean “Diddy” Combs, including his prison release date moving up again and a lawsuit being tossed because of statute of limitations. We break down why procedural details can change everything, why some “wins” don’t feel like wins, and how people can use technology to ask better questions and avoid preventable legal mistakes. We close with wider culture and justice talk, including gas prices tied to global events, sportsmanship debates, and the Carmelo Anthony case conversation that raises a blunt takeaway about self-defense and “stand your ground.”

White House Comment Sparks Outrage

SPEAKER_04

What the hell is going on? What up, what up, what up? Crazy day in the news. We got some Diddy updates today. Update on his time that he's serving. We got an update on a couple other well, another lawsuit where Diddy apparently got another victory. We'll talk about that. Um, and also this crazy story about uh Diddy. I mean, uh sorry, Michelle guy calling Michelle Obama a man in front of millions on the White House lawn. We're gonna dive into that, talk about that, and whatever else the hell y'all want to talk about. How's everybody feeling today? Let's see, roll call. What's going on, Sharon? Elise, Walita, Grandma Kathy, Denise, what's going on, Denise? Congratulations again. After 53 years, you gotta celebrate all week for your New York Knicks. So shout out to Denise and her New York Knicks. This is this the Knicks week. Oh man. So uh what do y'all feel about this? This guy calling Michelle Obama a man in front of millions on the White House lawn. Uh so disrespectful. So disrespectful.

SPEAKER_07

We're having the ball to put some shit like a this this the guy right here. We're having the balls to put some shit like a tumble. Hey, shut up the trunk. We're having the ball of the pussy shit like a thousand.

SPEAKER_04

And and and and it's disrespect disrespectful, and it's just it's just not even it's cringe. Like it ain't even like it's not even like something that I'm all bent out of shape about. I'm more cringe than a grown ass man in our society that we we this is what we the way we operate. Somebody says in the comment, it was a it was a joke. It was a joke. Y'all need to wake up and realize left or right, they are corrupt. Um you need to wake up because on this show we we we I'm I'm independent. I don't trust none of them motherfuckers, but if it was a joke, wasn't nobody laughing. And if it's a joke, we got the right to say the shit ain't funny. I don't care if it was a fucking joke. Some jokes are funny, some jokes aren't funny. This joke wasn't funny, nobody laughed, nobody even at the arena laughed. So you can't just say it was a joke. It was a joke, it was a joke in poor taste, poor timing, and a childish joke, and it wasn't funny. Nobody laughed. Trump didn't Trump didn't even laugh. Nobody at the arena, no, nobody at the arena laughed. The joke didn't hit the way he thought it was gonna hit. Uh he being they they he being painted as a clown. Everybody, including Trump, uh uh distancing themselves from that clown, Joe Hawkhead, or whatever his name is. And so saying it's a joke doesn't mean that doesn't deny the fact that it was a joke in poor taste that wasn't funny, that nearly nobody laughed except the person telling a joke. I just think it's a clown ass way to act in general. And every time somebody comes on here, they're talking about it was a joke, wake up, realize left or right. I don't trust none of them motherfuckers. I'm independent, so that I'm the last one that you don't have to give me the news flash. I'm here because I support I'm the voice of the people and victims. I don't get into right and left and all that. I let y'all do that. Whoever into that, I let y'all do that. Whoever do something stupid, whether they on the right or the left, I'm gonna call it out. And that that was just bullshit. That was it was embarrassing to me. Like I I was embarrassed for him. Nobody laughed. Nobody laughed, nobody laughed. Like that, that was the the joke, the joke didn't hit. Whatever the joke he thought, whatever reaction he thought he was gonna get, nobody's fucking with him behind that. Nobody stood behind him, nobody came out and said, Oh, it was I was laughing my ass off. Everybody is distancing themselves from that clown. So the the joke or the statement or whatever he did didn't go the way he thought it was gonna go. And I'm glad it didn't. And I feel I feel a little bit better about our society that that joke fell flat and and and and he just sitting there looking stupid. Call your mama a man and see how fun. Call your mama a man and see how funny that is. Ain't nothing funny. I ain't I I I don't want nobody, I wish somebody would call my mama a man and I was around. It's a thousand bazillion, gazillion, bazillion jokes out here, and and and and you couldn't find one that was funny. Man, I hey listen, I'm not I'm not I'm not sitting up here standing uh calling a woman a man, a man calling a woman a man, I'm not ever fucking going for that. I ain't never going for that. I'm not never gonna sit back and let no man call a woman a man like that in disrespect. I'm not honoring that, I'm not standing for that. I wouldn't let it go, it ain't cute, and anybody passing it off, let somebody talk about your mama or your daughter and stand up in front of millions and call them a call it call your daughter, your mama a man. See how the fuck you feel. That shit ain't funny, and it ain't a man calling another a woman a man. Like, what are you and you and a fighter were talk about the fighters? Talk about you can got plenty of fighters you could have actually talked about who actually can stand up for themselves and whoop your ass. Talk about some fighters, you talking about a woman, calling her a man, like no, no, hey look, this was even even in the chat, y'all get mad at don't nobody all all I know is anybody when I'm in in the presence of anybody, don't nobody have shit to say to me out the way. So I just let people have fun in the comments and and fun on online. I ain't never had a bad word or or or or no nothing disrespectful uttered to my face before. Ain't nobody got the balls to do that, so I ain't worried about that. It wasn't a joke, the joke wasn't funny, and I'm talking to the man. I'm I'm talking to the man, fuck him. Like, I don't I don't go at women, I don't go back and forth dogging women, I dog men because because we don't even play in field. So fuck that dude who said that Joe Hoke, or whatever his name is, and if he had a problem with it, he can he can address it. I I that's how I am flat out. I just never I I was raised that men, I was raised that men didn't didn't didn't disrespect women in that way. That was just how I was raised. You you disrespect any of the women in my family like that, your ass be gone, your ass be fucked up. So that's where I come from. So I don't even understand it. I I never go back and forth and and and dis and disrespect a woman like that. Now, a man, I will check the fuck out of I I I dog a man. If you if a man got something to say, we can look eye to eye and and whatever smoke comes with it, I'm with it. But I'm never going back and forth with no woman, man. But any man, and you can ask about me, I will address you right to your face, and whatever you want, you can get it. But a woman, I just think that's real cowardly for a man to even disrespect a woman in that way. And the thing is, on top of it, on top of it, you know, the statistics is out there, we got more black women missing than any other race. When it comes to black women, it's really like a uh uh um it's really like it's nothing. Like, I don't like that either. You don't call no first lady, no fucking man in front of millions, and then and then you got stupid motherfuckers uh trying to act like it ain't nothing. Bullshit. I think it's bullshit. And I'm glad, like for real, I gotta give society in general some credit because 99.9% of y'all didn't laugh at that shit. So I actually gotta give our society a little more credit because it's only a little pocket, a little handful of uh childish people who who are standing up and acting like that ain't no big deal. You call your mama a man.

SPEAKER_03

Go call your mama a man if it ain't a big deal.

SPEAKER_04

You think I'ma sit up here, you think I'ma sit up here and let I don't give a shit who say what. I'm not sitting up here and letting nobody disrespect no sister like that. I'm just not doing it. I don't give a fuck. This would be the this will be the episode motherfuckers could unfollow me and leave the fucking show. I'm not sitting up here and trying to justify no no man calling no black woman no man.

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely not, absolutely not, and even I seen motherfuckers even talking about the Drewski shit. Not once did he say I am Erica Kirk. Exactly. He said that that was that was a skit geared towards conservative white women in general. It wasn't no specific person, you specifically called out that lady for no fucking reason. So you can sit up there and talk about or you want to sit up there and talk about our people and our culture and shit, but you out there with a fucking iced out chain off. Mm-hmm. Exactly. That's why the culture you you feel? That's our culture. So that that's why he took the chain off. Take that shit off. Like you ain't about to talk about us and then wanna wanna look like us and indulge in shit that we do. Absolutely not. Mm-hmm. And you coming at a woman, I don't regardless if if Michelle was black or not. How you coming at a fucking woman like that? That's what type of shit. What type of man you? You feel like a you feel like a big man doing that? Yeah. Like you crazy.

SPEAKER_04

Why would you? That's what I said. My fact that that you're a bitch for doing that. Like, we you don't never come at a woman. You nah man, and you a fighter. Call out a fighter. Call out a fight. Talk about a fighter.

SPEAKER_01

Like they're talking about playing ignorance. I'm not playing ignorant. So you mean to tell me Erica Kirk, the only blonde-haired white woman to wear a fucking suit? Right. And and do a press conference. No, you don't play crazy. That's what it was. It's just so happened the motherfucker looked like her. And that's who y'all associated the fucking skit with. Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_04

And he did, and on top of it, he didn't call her no man.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, he ain't about it wasn't like that at all. So is y'all talking about? It ain't the same thing. I wouldn't the same thing.

SPEAKER_04

Mm-mm. I wouldn't. That's some bull just a flat out call. But like I said, it's only a handful of faceless ass troll comments that's even riding with her. I give us our our our little society a little credit because a lot of people just left, like didn't like, didn't laugh at that shit. You know what I'm saying? Even Trump took his chain off.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, that's that's yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I can see even even then, even if she was out there popping her shit. If you really bought it, call Obama into the ring. Yeah, say Barack, come out here in the ring. We got some scores to settle or something like that. Saying face to face to a man, yeah, you ain't gonna come at no woman, bro. Nah, but to do that.

SPEAKER_04

I wouldn't, and I ain't never honoring it, and I never, I never let it go. I would never let that shit go. Like you said, black or white, whatever, to call out a woman as a man to call a woman out like that is is is you a clown. Clown, you a clown, and I'm addressing the man. I ain't addressing no woman, I'm addressing the Joe Hulk or whatever the fuck his name is. I'm addressing him. I don't address women um in no disrespectful manner, but I disrespect Joe if he if he got a problem with it. I don't like that shit. And like I said, it wasn't even like something that made me get all bent out of shape, it was really like cringe, like and it's the principle behind like you on the fucking line of the White House doing that shit.

SPEAKER_01

I can see if you was on your private podcast, your private platform, and you just speaking your mind, exercising your first amendment. Okay, cool. But man, you on the White House line. Shit, like no, that ain't the place for that, right? It ain't no place for that, period. But motherfuckers gonna do what they do in the closet. So with that being said, keep that shit over there. If that's really how you feel about it, bro.

SPEAKER_04

Imagine if that was John Jones calling Melania uh come on, bro.

SPEAKER_01

That shit ain't gone. They would have tackled that motherfucker in the tackled the motherfucker right then.

SPEAKER_04

And it would have been, and he would have been wrong for doing it.

SPEAKER_01

Come on, exactly.

SPEAKER_04

But imagine if he would have done that. If John Jones would have been up there and was like, Melania Trump is a man. Yeah, that ain't cool, and it ain't never, it ain't, it ain't a it it's a joke that it wasn't funny and it was really put in poor taste. And like I said, I I would never, I will never sit up here and and uh uh justify any man disrespecting a woman in that manner. I would never do it ever in my life. I wouldn't have done it as a kid, I won't do it now. I won't do it in my as an old man. I will never do that. That's some bullshit, and I don't even understand who raised you. Who raised you? All these men around here that you can call out and joke with and and do all that about all of that, yet yet, yet you chose a woman. That's my point. You got all these men you can joke and do this about, but you chose a woman to disrespect, and then and then looking all stupid when everybody just kind of nobody he did not get the reaction he thought he was gonna get, and that was the thing I did like about it though. I like that he got that flat ass response where where you say something stupid and now you just looking stupid.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, we thought that shit was gonna connect. Yeah, he thought that shit was gonna connect. He should have stuck with punches and kicks, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, he thought that was great.

SPEAKER_01

That shit fell stuck with punches instead of punch lines. Don't don't quit your day job, motherfucker.

SPEAKER_04

That shit fell flat. Like like Denise said, this is if you ain't if you ain't from the culture or don't understand the culture, you won't understand it. But like she said, Michael Mack said, uh black black women are the most disrespected people on the planet, and every and we all know that. Like I said, that's why it's so many black women missing, me uh hundreds of thousands, and and more than any other race, and it ain't even as big of a deal. Yeah, ain't even a big deal. Um, and I ain't going for so so so like I said before, I'm not going for that. I would never afford nobody in the comments.

SPEAKER_01

Motherfuckers shouldn't even feel no type of way about how how we how we stepping about that shit. At the end of the day, Chinese motherfuckers ain't doing ain't going for our Asian community, ain't going for it. The Native American, they not going for it. Jewish people, Jewish people ain't going for it, white people ain't going, Indian ain't no other culture going for it. So no, we this this is this is the turn of the tide of how motherfuckers is supposed to be. That's what the fuck you supposed to do. That's what we do.

SPEAKER_04

We got a woman that made it a black woman who'd have made it all the way to be the fucking first lady and come on get no respect, and you think I ain't gonna say something. You think Duck ain't gonna say something?

SPEAKER_01

Got me fucked up.

SPEAKER_04

If we sit up here and let you disrespect our former first lady, what that say about the rest of the black women in the world?

SPEAKER_01

Nope.

SPEAKER_04

She can't even get respect. Second to the president, and we sit back here and let you disrespect her. In that way, what the hell did that say about the rest of the women? Uh-uh. Never would do it, never not doing it. Nope. All smoke. All smoke. Um, and that's that. You feel me? Like, I I I I I like I said, I wasn't even bent out of shape, but I was more cringe and more embarrassed for him, and more just like, no, like, uh-uh. You know, they did that shit with Serena V, yeah, call him a man. That shit is bullshit. Ain't flying no more. And I'm glad in that era, they was getting away with it. I don't know what done changes, but motherfuckers ain't ain't laughing and keep keying and ya yain about that no more. Yeah, y'all little whatever's in the comments who nobody knows who y'all are, y'all got no real platform. Them the only ones sneaking and trying to type, and it was just a joke, it ain't no big deal. But I don't see nobody stepping front and center, um, on no big platform or no celebrity or no person in power riding with that shit. You knew that was wrong. Yeah, Trump took that chain off immediately. Tried to slip it off on some smooth shit.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, no, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, uh uh Trump. Hey, look, he's talking about I want to thank uh shout out to Trump for being the only person that had balls to put this event on. I want to say Trump just looking at y'all as nine saying, I won't do this no more.

SPEAKER_01

You ain't getting booked again, motherfucker.

SPEAKER_04

Well one thing about it, Trump Trump will stand and start his own shit and stand 10 talls on his own shit, but he don't want nobody using it using him for they to clock chase they you know what I mean to talk shit on their behalf.

SPEAKER_01

Hell no.

SPEAKER_04

Trump, like, no, look, I talk my own shit.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I'm gonna go let this go, but so far, buddy.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, that because that shit just foul. Like I said, that just like if if somebody went up there and called Milani Trump a man, it would be foul. Like, what is you doing? Yeah, and what and what what where where do we where does it end? Like, like, like where does the joke where is it too far? Like, you know what I mean? Like, do we have any boundaries anymore?

SPEAKER_01

And like, how is like how is you willing to go why is you willing to go that fucking far just for a joke, right? Like, no, I mean, I I get a joke is a joke. A joke is a joke, but it's like a lot of times motherfuckers be really just stretching it out for real.

SPEAKER_04

Oh,

Missing Women And Who Gets Protected

SPEAKER_04

and at least, trust me, at least, I know about the Native American women. I've done many, plenty of stories on missing uh Native American women. I've done stories on mistreated Native American children who were adopted into American homes and treated like like toys instead of a real baby. So at least, trust me, I I know the indigenous and the Native American, I know the plight. They don't give a fuck nobody, the world don't care about them either.

SPEAKER_01

That should be crazy too. Even like back in the day, like a lot of native people was just like listed on the birth certificate as just black, just because they would that's the closest thing they can correlate their skin tone to. That's crazy.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I had a story where there was a Native American baby, like two years old, one, two, two years old, something like that. And um, she was basically taken away from her real Native American family and adopted by an American family. And the American family was like, when they was looking, when you looked at it on social media, the American family was like treating the Native American baby kind of like a toy, like a like, like a pet almost. You know, it was it was like so so the family was fighting to get the baby back to the real Native American family, and I helped help the story go viral and helped them eventually get the baby back um to the to the original Native American family. But it was just sad and ridiculous, like they was treating her like they would make a post and like say post the baby and say things like like the baby would be like the baby would be acting like she cleaning up or just playing with a towel and it did say something like getting her ready for her job or something, like something real racist, and like, but this was the their baby, you know what I mean? So it was it was sad, it was sad. So I know, trust me, at least I definitely know the the the the the plight of uh the native american and indigenous people. I've I've I've covered a lot of stories, um, especially early on in my career, uh, to help bring awareness to what's going on um in the in the indigenous community. So trust me, I know exactly what you're talking about, at least. I've been in there front and center. Breezy said attention seeking. But uh uh Denise say Miss Obama and other black women do not need to define womanhood to ignorant assholes, right? For real. Yeah, it ain't it ain't if you don't get it, you just don't get it. You ain't gonna never get it. Ain't nobody gonna waste time on you. You you ain't you just ain't disrespecting our black women or women in general. Not on our watch, like that's bullshit. Like I said, I call it him out, Joe O kid or whatever the fuck his name is. Call some men out. Yeah, call some men out. Call John, hey, look, call John Jones out. That's what I know who who who dominate that arena. Call him out, call him a woman.

SPEAKER_03

Yep, definitely stripped of the culture, pup pup ass again.

SPEAKER_04

Look at this ignorant people. I hey look, look at these ignorant people, man. But them the people like people like this, yeah, they don't even they don't even get my goat because you you you you you you sound childish, you might be a child, but um what ask Michelle Obama? This is the first lady of this country, former first lady, ask Michelle Obama what is a woman. I bet she could say why why is it when it comes to black women, it's just so much disrespect. Like, and it's like comfortable, like it's like no big deal to people, ignorant people like this. Like, she's literally a former first lady who has done what has she done to anybody? What has she said? Can somebody in the comments tell me something vulgar or disrespectful that she said in the comments to anybody, or some scandal that she's done? Can somebody tell me Michelle Obama ain't done nothing but just handle her business and and do her thing, but yet you get comments like this. That's why Malcolm X said the black black women are the most disrespected woman on earth. But his comment right here, y'all realize he's this comment is talking about a former first lady of the United States of America who hasn't done shit to nobody, who has not disrespected anybody uh uh publicly, who has not talked vulgar about nobody publicly, none of that. But just because you feel like you can, you just just disrespect that black woman, that's foul, man. Yeah, it's foul, it's foul, and it just proves what Malcolm X said and what we all say about it. It's it's really bad. So it takes people like me and C Tuck and other people with a platform to stand up, you know what I'm saying? Because as a as a country, we feel like it's something about something about black women that make people think you can just say whatever and do whatever is bullshit, but it is what it is. But to say this with no, this don't even make no what are you talking about?

SPEAKER_03

What are we doing? What are you talking about? Ask Michelle Obama what is a woman.

SPEAKER_04

I bet she couldn't tell you. That's also why they call her a man. Ain't got nothing to do with nothing. That that that that that statement don't even make no damn sense, but it just probably worded. It ain't at all. But that just lets you know, that's why I said I'm still proud of the society because um this is the only crowd who we who even really entertaining that it's the crowd that really peanut gallery. Yeah, the peanut gallery can't really even put sentences together, um, and can't even make sense. So, like I said, it ain't nobody with like no real intelligence or nobody with no real position and power, no real accomplishments. None of those people have really commented on it. So that's why I said I I gotta give us a little credit. I ain't gonna be I'm pretty hard on us as a society, but I'm I'm gonna give us credit for that because I ain't seen no no regular, normal, law-abiding citizen, you know, chime in um and bring more negativity to the situation, only people like this. So what what do you expect? Uh people who talk like this and and and can't form citizens. What do you expect?

SPEAKER_01

Exactly. You know what I'm saying? I'm scared to know how what treatment they accept for the for the women from for the women in their life shit.

SPEAKER_04

Mm-hmm. Yeah, exactly. You they got no protection. Well, you just let women get dogged and disrespected.

SPEAKER_01

At a cookout and said anything about anyone of mine. Any woman in my family. He would have had to use every fucking skill he got to get up. He'd been broke the fuck up. You feel me? It wasn't gonna be no hollow for him.

SPEAKER_04

Hell no. That that shit, that shit. Even hey, look, Trump got up. Trump took that chain off. Trump said, you know what, man, let me get the fuck out of here. Uh oh, uh, even even I think Shannon Shannon Sharp stood up. And Shannon, hey, look, Shannon Sharp and Ocho and them stood up for like and said so. Let me see if I could pull up that quote.

SPEAKER_01

You see that old bull jab in your own.

SPEAKER_04

Uh that old bull jab. Here we go. Man, yeah, that's why I said man.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, I mean, oh, I mean, bro, I don't look, I I you didn't, and I'm glad I look, I didn't I didn't see it because I didn't have a sound on, but I I I was you know strolling through Twitter and then I saw that he they said I was like, Well, damn, he said that old thing, and then I got it and it ain't getting it, it didn't get the response that he hoped that it was gonna get. I mean, so you that's that's so now you take you take that, you take that platform. So I just want to make sure. I want to make sure there's a certain network that says athletes shouldn't, you know, don't bring sports into politics into sports. Yeah. I'm just I'm just saying she happened to be low-hanging fruit. They know that woman, she's not that, but it's good. Just like they know that man was born in America. And the man that they pushed that. Now they hate lies and they hate conspiracy theories, but they pushed one for over a decade. But that was cool. That was cool. You know what you should have done? President Obama Obama, when he got into office, he should have filed a defamation of uh uh uh defamation and for a hundred billion and didn't have his just the department of paying off. Y'all know what I'm talking about. Yeah. Oh, y'all say I wasn't born here. Y'all said my birth certificate bogus. Okay, here we go, right here. Boom. Y'all say my man, okay, here it is right here, boom. Now they're gonna cost you 100 billion. All right, just the department paid off. Oh, you know what? We don't think like that. Because it doesn't, each department's supposed to be separate. Legislative independent, judicial independent, executive independent. Talking about y'all, but it ruined a good look. He he won the fight. He beat Derrick Lewis. I thought the extra stuff at the end was unnecessary. Connor McGregor talks about the fighter that he's fighting. He don't go outside and try to take off some low-hanging fruit because ain't nothing that he said was entertaining about what he said. The one thing I can't say about Connor McGregor, he is entertaining. Do I think some of the things that he said to Floyd went over the line? Absolutely.

SPEAKER_04

When he goes at the Muhammad, I leave they even talked to talked about uh I think they brought up Chris Serena and uh Venus, too.

SPEAKER_00

We get in position, we don't do anything like that, we don't take no shots at nobody like that, but they do it all the time, and it's cool.

SPEAKER_03

It was very unnecessary.

SPEAKER_04

Hey, see Tug, I think sometimes also sometimes I wonder.

SPEAKER_00

Let's just say for the next 20 years the rules are reversed. Like the rules were for four hundred years, we just want forty. That ain't gonna happen. Just just hypothetical, just wake up, wake up one day like we get to this do stuff and oh well we get we get twelve, we get twelve people on the jury that look just like us, our same skin complexion. Oh, yeah, not guilty. I'm in there for the people in there filing in the house doing everything to want to do ADP teaching. You already know.

SPEAKER_07

Hey, shout out to Trump.

SPEAKER_04

Hey, look, even Ocho and Shannon was uh pissed off about that.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, that shit.

SPEAKER_04

Michelle never did nothing, only has in power as a black beautiful woman. That's all the racists hated. The fact that bombers did two turns without any bad drama. There you go, fire glory.

SPEAKER_01

No, for sure. For sure, they definitely don't like that.

SPEAKER_04

Mm-mm. Mm-mm. Not at all.

Diddy Release Date Moves Up

SPEAKER_04

Not at all. They moving Diddy's uh Diddy's uh uh moving on to Diddy though. Uh they're moving Diddy's uh Diddy's uh time up again. I don't know if y'all saw that. He up in February now. He keeps creeping up February, I think it's February 2028 now.

SPEAKER_01

Oh shit.

SPEAKER_04

They trying they slowly gething him up.

SPEAKER_01

He keep reeling it back.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, he keep he keep keep reeling it back, reeling it back. Uh where is that?

SPEAKER_01

This ass trying to get out next year.

SPEAKER_04

Uh so they uh yeah, they moved they moved that up. And then also uh Dawn Dawn uh Richardson or Richards, uh her her lawsuit was dropped because her lawsuit against Diddy was dropped because they say I think the statute of limitations. Uh statute of limitations is up.

SPEAKER_03

Thanks.

SPEAKER_04

So did so Diddy dodged another, diddy dodge another bullet. But let's talk about the the uh release date being moved up. Sean Diddy Combs, this is from Yahoo Entertainment, USA Today, actually. Um, Sean Diddy Combs' prison release date moves up again. Sean Diddy Combs has had his release date moved up once again amid his 50-month federal prison sentence. The rap music mogul, who is behind bars at New Jersey's uh FCI Fort Dix uh facility, um previously it was he was set to be freed at uh previously to this new date, he was set to be released April 25th, 2028, and of course now is February 23rd, 2028. Uh the Federal Bureau of Prisons declined to comment on the reason for the change. Nothing it does not to discuss the conditions of confinement. Um, I mean noting, I'm sorry, not nothing, noting it does not discuss the conditions of confinement for any individual, including release plans. However, the Bureau cited general reasons of release date will be moved up, including for good conduct time, time credits for approved programs and activities, and credit for time served before the sentencer. Uh USA Today, USA Today, uh USA Today. Hold on one second. USA Today has reached out for the lawyer for Diddy at Diddy's lawyer for comment. No comment. Combs' release date has been moved up uh at least twice in the last few months. A change to his release date in November saw the date push back to June 2028, days after Combs representative denied a report that claimed Bad Boy's founder uh created and consumed alcohol in prison. In a letter to the judge, ahead of his original sentencing, Combs said he got sober for the first time in 25 years. Um, and he had that he has been attending therapy and started a mentorship program. So that is the skinny and the update behind Diddy's time being moved up. But like I told y'all before, I feel like this is all a moot point because they about to bring down more charges for sure. I I'm pretty, I think, I think the fact that that thing done went up in, and I'm gonna be honest with what I think happened. I think those new cases or that those new cases that got pushed to the LA uh DA and they they trying to see if it's gonna be charges. I think because I definitely think somebody working behind the scenes that that that that didn't made an enemy. I think whoever it is, they they they might be all over that DA sending out messages and whatever and and and trying to help to get Diddy caught up. Like I literally think whether it's the the liquor company, somebody did pissed off is is is actively working behind the scenes to make sure his ass be held accountable too. I really believe that. Yeah, I yep, I believe that. I believe it's somebody because somebody is powerful as Diddy catching all like this flag with his money. If it wasn't another force behind it, I think he'd be squashing a lot of this stuff. But I really think it's somebody behind the scenes, somebody big and powerful, or a group that's big and powerful, that's making sure Diddy get held accountable. And with that thing being on the LA uh DA's desk, uh uh they definitely about to uh make sure they're gonna do everything they power to make sure that there's some charges come for that. I I watch. Yeah, and yeah, watch that shit gonna hit too.

SPEAKER_01

Like it's gonna be it's gonna be like I said, it's it's different because these are gonna be state charges, right?

SPEAKER_04

Yep, yeah, these gonna be state charges, you're right, C Tuck. These gonna be state charges, and um um so that's the update on Diddy's time. Now, also, uh, we're gonna get to Carmelo Anthony. We got a couple Carmelo Anthony updates coming up. Uh, let me let me uh update y'all on this quote unquote legal win. Diddy got two wins today. His time got moved up, but you know it is, it's the calm before the storm. Yeah, he got his time moved up to February. And also, uh, he got this case dismissed from Don Richards. So uh Diddy scores legal win. This is also uh USA Today uh under Yahoo Entertainment. Diddy scores legal win with Don Richards. Lawsuit tossed lawyers vowed to refile. Uh his legal team is also still trying to appeal his conviction after a bombshell trial in which he was convicted on charges related to transportation of prostitution. Uh Comb, who has denied all allegations of sexual. Misconduct is still facing upwards of 70 civil lawsuits across the country, including the most recently filed on June 9th from former child actor. From a former child actor who we don't know who that is yet. Like I said, Dawn Richardson is been it's been uh her case has been dismissed because of statute of limitations. Um, but I believe what they're saying she is trying to find uh a different whatever the lamentation like a loophole, huh?

SPEAKER_01

Like a loophole.

SPEAKER_04

Yep, yeah, unlike because she had multiple uh accusations or allegations. Um, and so I think they said one of them, let's see, it might say it in here. One of them was like was like uh not, I don't think the statute of limitations was possibly up through whatever loopholes. So I think that's what they're trying to refile. I think they're trying to take out whatever allegations or or or or uh whatever allegations were past the statute of limitations. I think they're trying to remove those and refile with only the ones who uh that are relevant. So this is from the South uh San Francisco Gate. Judge tosses out Don Richards' lawsuit to Sean Combs, says a federal judge has tossed out singer Don Richards' lawsuit against Sean Diddy Combs, saying most of her claims of emotional and physical abuse, included including groping, were not filed in the required year after the described events. Judge Katherine Polk, uh, in a ruling dated Friday and released publicly on Monday, said Richard can refile her claims in state court on one allegation against the hip-hop uh mogul, but cannot refile claims that have missed the deadline by which a lawsuit must be filed under New York law by over a decade. Basically, like I said, they they some of them some of hers do fall under it, but by them being all in one case, having a couple of them that fell outside of the statute of limitations just messed the whole or uh kind of messed her whole case up.

SPEAKER_01

And if they the stuff they're talking about is outside of the statute of limitations, why advise her to refile if it's outside the statute of limitations?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I think well, I think they taken out because she filed multiple accusations. So I think from what this even said, because I thought it, but this is kind of what this saying too. They saying that um that the uh I guess let me go back because it she cleared a ruling date fire. Let me see. Monday can refile her claims in the state court on one alley. See, okay, here it is, C Tuck. Judge Catherine Polk in a ruling dated Friday released publicly on Monday saying Dawn can refile her claims in state court on one allegation against the hip hop. Okay, but cannot refile claims that have missed the deadline. So, like I said, there's multiple claims in there, yeah. Basically saying she got to eliminate whatever claims missed the deadline and then refile the other ones. But you know, my thing is this who is her lawyer? Like, how you don't know, like how you don't know what the statute of limitations is exactly, especially if this shit been going on, how you don't know when to file the shit. Yeah, that's that's what I don't get. Like, who is your lawyer?

SPEAKER_01

Like, hey, your lawyer don't know her lawyer probably sent to her.

SPEAKER_04

Mm-hmm. Well, we talked about it, yeah, probably right recommended, uh and look, and and they probably already knew, not probably, they did already know that uh uh that that it was gonna get it was gonna be a lot of waste of time because look when they file it's like okay, well, some this is this is this is uh don't fall under the statute of limitations, this is this, but it's gonna take X amount of time for the judge to even get back to it. So that's gonna that's gonna buy us another year, two years. Yeah, this is it's a dirty game, but it's just like damn, cuz because think about it. What lawyer, what lawyer don't know the statute of limitations of some mysterious ass shit like that? Come on, in New York.

SPEAKER_01

It ain't no way you're about to have me believe that shit.

SPEAKER_04

I believe you could run it through an AI system and it'll tell you. Chat GPT that's yeah, you can run the paperwork through chat and say, are any of these uh claims uh outside the statute of limitations, it'll tell you. So something right, you know, that's that's a that's uh somebody bullshitting her around, ain't they C Tudd?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, that's what I think.

SPEAKER_04

Mm-hmm. Uh so her lawyer, uh Eric Fudali, um, that's her lawyer name, said the singer will refile her primary claim in state court under the Gender Motivated Violence Act. We certainly agree with the judge that the allegations in the in the case are are excitable. Uh uh Dawn's lawyer said in a statement sent by email, repeating uh extremely bad, uh saying that the case is extremely bad, and we intend to continue to fight for John for Dawn until justice is achieved. Lawyers for Combs did not immediately return request for comment. When the lawsuit was filed in September 2024, his representative said Combs was shocked and disappointed by the lawsuit in question why uh Dawn would work with him so long if he were so bad. Uh Don Richard, a singer of Bad Boy Records Group's Danny DeCain and Diddy Dirty Money from 2004 to 2012 testified at last year's New York trial, where Combs was convicted on prostitution-related charges but was acquitted of more serious sex trafficking charges. She told the jury in Manhattan Federal Court that she saw Combs beat his girlfriend in 2009 and that Combs later threatened her to remain silent about what she witnessed. In her lawsuit, Dawn alleged that during her eight-year association with Combs, she suffered abuse, manipulation, and violence and was subjected to Combs routinely using disparaging language to describe women. According to the lawsuit, Combs regularly deprived Dawn and her bandmates of food and sleep and made her feel embarrassed and powerless when he angrily responded to her request that he clothed himself when he held meetings in his underwear. Diddy always pull in the Diddy Diddy out. She claimed Combs regularly exploded in rage, hurling cellular phones, laptops, food, and studio equipment. At other times, the lawsuit said Richard witnessed him choking and strangling his protege and longtime girlfriend, uh Cassie Ventura. Ventura testified, and we know about all that. So, bottom line, Don't gonna have to refile and and and and we'll see where it goes from there. But like I said, and see Tuck agrees. What type of lawyer you got that don't know the fucking statute of limitations? I see, and that's the difference between money. Big you don't see that type of stuff happening with with big money attorney, like with people who got the right attorney, they don't miss shit like that.

SPEAKER_01

Nope.

SPEAKER_04

Like, huh?

SPEAKER_01

They be putting shit the other, they be pulling out shit the other lawyer ain't even heard of.

SPEAKER_04

Uh-huh. And you talking about just figure, you trying, you a woman, you trying to get justice because you feel like you were sexually assaulted or or harassed or violated, and it's already a long process, but you just made it two or three times longer, maybe even five times longer, by a simple ass uh statute of limitations. But another thing I'm gonna say too, though, and it's definitely the lawyer's fault. But as

Statute Of Limitations And Bad Lawyering

SPEAKER_04

people, we got too much technology out here. You got to check behind these motherfuckers, man.

SPEAKER_03

That's up.

SPEAKER_04

Because if I'm filing a lawsuit, I'm gonna make sure everything in that bitch is proper. So I don't waste time. You know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_01

You don't want to file a lawsuit, and two years later they like, oh, certain things you gotta hear is outside the statute of limitations, so now you got to refile it and start all over from scratch, and then next thing you know by you starting from scratch, you're gonna be exceeding another timeline that's gonna make the case null and void.

SPEAKER_04

Exactly, exactly. So, although it's the lawyer's fault, and and we know there's no way a lawyer is supposed to miss something like that, but we also gotta realize that we we it's too much technology out here, and some of that stuff we can check on ourselves and and and and make sure. Um, like I said, even if you got Chat GBT clawed or whatever, um, run that paperwork through there and say, uh, is anything in here uh outside of statute limitations? That thing will tell you this, this, this, this, and this. But this one is cool. And then even if you want to double check, you run that by your lawyer and say, Hey, um, my AI system saying that this, this, and this don't apply. But the days of having to sit back and just trust in the lawyer totally, like, I mean, you got to trust the lawyer to a certain extent, of course. But you still we do have technology that can help us give us a little fighting chance to catch shit that they should have caught because that's a that's that's a blunder, man.

SPEAKER_01

That's too big of a blunder at that for two, like all cases are important, but there's some real deal and important shit.

SPEAKER_04

Now you gotta refile and start all the way back over because of that. Crazy Island girl said, Good morning, see Tucker.

SPEAKER_01

Good morning, morning.

SPEAKER_04

Uh, what else we got?

Iran Peace Deal And Gas Prices

SPEAKER_04

What you got? Uh C Tucker, any any crazy?

SPEAKER_01

Nothing crazy. Uh we're gonna see how it's playing out. Uh on Friday, they're supposed to be meeting in Switzerland to sign a uh the peace deal between Iran and uh for the war. Okay. It's gonna open back, it's supposed to open back up the Strait of Hormas. I don't know how quickly it's gonna open it back up, but I know the thing that's gonna pretty much be immediate is the Iranians having access to their port for you. So that's something that's gonna be kind of like instantaneously. The rest of the shit gonna follow. I hope they they make good and and keep keep on with this with this deal and like get some type of normalcy back.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. What do you think? Uh what you think, how you think that's gonna affect the gas prices?

SPEAKER_01

I mean, shit, it should bring them back to normal too, man.

unknown

I don't think y'all understand.

SPEAKER_01

It definitely should bring them back down. And shit, he should it should revert that uh bill that he signed too for that that E-15. Oh, okay. Use that E-15 gas and shit, because that that shit trash.

SPEAKER_04

Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. So shit. So you think you think we're gonna get how far? This is a good question. How far back do you think do you predict the gas to go back eventually? I know I ain't gonna say no time frame. Uh what number you think is gonna go back to?

SPEAKER_01

I think I think it might go back to like at least the high threes. Oh, okay.

SPEAKER_04

So you don't think you think the twos is out of here?

SPEAKER_01

Hell yeah, bro. That's long gone.

SPEAKER_04

The high twos is gone, huh?

SPEAKER_01

I mean, shit, it ain't went. You remember when it was the gas was a dollar something, it ain't went back down to that. What was it before it blew up from all this shit?

SPEAKER_04

What before the Iran shit? What was it? Do you remember? Gee, it was in the threes. Okay, like what? High threes, middle threes? More so, more so mid to low. Mid to low? More so mid to mid low.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, it's gonna be high threes. Right, like it's gonna like round uh, it's gonna kind of like hover in between like 370, 390.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, yeah, it ain't hey look, that the twos is over with. That's a thing of the past.

SPEAKER_01

That's that's a thing of the past, but just like just like bread and egg prices, bro. That's it over with, bro. That shit done, huh? When you're done, you're done.

SPEAKER_03

Done. Done, done. They talking about.

Sportsmanship After A Tough Loss

SPEAKER_01

Man, one one thing about the finals that I that I didn't that I that I kind of like didn't like, I ain't like the fact Wimby ain't shaking nobody's hand when the game was over. Yeah. Like regard like I I get it. You you there's a big loss for you. It it hurt, I know all of that shit, but that don't excuse sportsmanship.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_01

Like, regardless, you you go shake them your opponent's hand, and you and you, you know, you you congratulate them on their win just like they would have done you. Right, right, right, right. Like when Wimby, I fuck with you, dog, but you gotta get that shit together.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I ain't like that either. I thought it it and it wasn't like they was dirty, it was just a it was a hard fought series. It's like you know what I'm saying? That's where you just shake hands, say, I'll get y'all next year or something. You know what I'm saying? It wasn't like they, it was like they was being extra dirty and and talking shit. Even Brunson, he like to me, that was a like it has some physicality, but for the most part, it was a sportsman, you know what I mean? It was it was carried out like a sportsman-like manner, you know what I'm saying? Yeah, so so for him, like you said, I agree. That was like that wasn't the time to just walk off.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so uh yeah, you gotta get his sportsmanship together.

Jay-Z Target Deal Backlash

SPEAKER_04

Uh Jay Z in hot water again for partnering with Target.

SPEAKER_01

You know how we feel about man, come on, no, he didn't, bro.

SPEAKER_04

Jay-Z partners with Target to release exclusive reasonable doubt, 30th uh anniversary uh vinyl for 40. Stop stop uh everybody pissed off at everybody like fuck we boy, we still boycott Target and Jay-Z about to get boycotted in a minute. Um, I don't know, Jay-Z.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know if Jay-Z read the room on that, and now that really just show you how out of touch a lot of these motherfuckers is, bro. Out of all the motherfuckers, man, I would have dug up FYE and Sam Goody before like that, bro. Damn, remember Sam Goody? Come on, man.

SPEAKER_04

Remember Sam Goody? That's gonna get the meal.

CD Store Nostalgia And Old School Music

SPEAKER_04

I miss those days, bruh.

SPEAKER_01

Like you actually going somewhere, man, going to Nikki's on Buckeye. You remember Nikki's? Bruh, I remember one time I was like nine, ten years old. I spent a hundred dollars in it on my birthday. Oh my on almost all my birthday money. My mama was pissed off. Like, what the hell?

SPEAKER_04

Was it CDs?

SPEAKER_01

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, hey, cuz because CDs back in the day could uh it could get up to a hundred dollars because I used to my uncle, the one I always tell you about my uncle art, he he owned a nick, him and Nikki's was cool. They all he owned one of those up on Harvard, okay. Um, Harvard and Warren's when I used to work up there as a kid, so I used to ring up and sell music and tell people who the hottest shit was and all that. But I just say that to say if you was buying CDs in the CD era, you could get up to spending 60, 70, 80, 100 at the at the CD spot real quick.

SPEAKER_01

Man, my mama was pissed off, and and guess who she was pissed off at? My uncle D. He the one for real, he the one that took me up there. He's like, Man, go. I bought so many CDs in that motherfucker. They was giving me free shit for real. Up in Nikki, the nickies cool. They like, man, what they're like, oh no, here, go ahead, get this. This something new coming out. You get this new single, they just tossing me. I'm like, Yeah, I spent that man a hundred dollars.

SPEAKER_04

Man, you know, Nikki Nikki had a man a sad situation. Nikki was the always a good dude, man. And I felt sad. I knew his daughter, right? We was in the same grade. I knew her since we were kids. Um, we was in high school, and Nikki blood, like I think I think this was Nikki's only kid. Um, and matter of fact, I believe her name was Nikki. I think that's where the Nikki came from, I believe. I can't remember, but um, I think like her middle name was Nikki, but anyway, man, she died in a car, uh um tragic car accident in high school, man. Damn, we was like 16, 17, but I have been knowing his daughter and Nikki since we was probably like seven years old, like young. So I like Nikki, like the the own that shop that you went to, yeah. He was a good dad, he loved his daughter, man. So that was one of the saddest moments, man, when that happened, because it was like, damn, you know, I knew her, knew him, and like she was riding. I think she I don't even think she was driving, I think she was riding with somebody. And uh, this was in Cleveland, and it was just a tragic car accident, man, and she died. And it was just the saddest thing because Nikki, the dude on that shop you went to, he was just so cool and such a good dad, and just a like an uncle D type dude. You feel like what that dude is just a good dude, helped the community, help you out, like don't have nothing bad to say about nobody. Always was a successful entrepreneur, and um, always would give you game if you needed it, you know what I mean? Like he was just and so for him to lose his daughter like that, man. That was like that was one of the saddest. I'll never forget that, man. But but back to but but but back to the I didn't know you know Nikki's, you know. I used to run around that all because my uncle and him was cool. My uncle had they all had them businesses, so that was they lose.

SPEAKER_01

I think what was that joy of music was on Harvard.

SPEAKER_04

Joy of Music, yeah. Joy of Music was on Harvard, was was like was I think Lee in Harvard, right?

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

And so uh my uncle's spot was called uh it was two names with Hits Music, um, it was and then it was uh it was Hits Music, and then it was before that it was Value Video and Rapids. Okay, but it was up there on on uh Harvard and Warren'sville.

SPEAKER_09

Okay, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

So it was on Harvard and Warren'sville. Um but uh yeah, those were the times, man. Those was the times. I didn't know C Tuck was was hip to Nickies.

SPEAKER_09

Oh yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Going in there buying buying $100 worth of CDs, man. I remember because remember, remember it was at a time where like one CD could be like $15, $16. Then if you bought a double one, it was damn near 30. You know, people just dropping double this back then.

SPEAKER_05

Yep.

SPEAKER_04

So uh yeah, man, that's funny. That's that was my old stomping grounds, but yeah, man. What the the what did we what the the what we got on the CDs? What what was we what was our point? How did we get to the CDs?

SPEAKER_01

Man, I forgot. I got just draped off and into that, man.

SPEAKER_04

Just remembering that. Hey chat, when we start talking about the CDs, what was we talking about? Because that was a point you was we was making. What the fuck? This shit getting like nightcap now for real.

SPEAKER_01

Just started getting nostalgia and shit. I remember the CDs I bought. I'm like, damn. No, we talking about uh Diddy and a statue of limitations and shit.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, okay. Yeah, Diddy's statue of limitations, and then we went to oh no, no, no.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, Jay-Z, Jay-Z partnering with Target, Target instead of his album, yeah. Soody, and then we just went to the case.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, and then it just went to just uh reminiscing about music and CDs, and I missed that.

SPEAKER_01

Man, don't y'all miss that in the chat, like the days of when you just trying to hold the Crying to hold the CD Walkman skit still so that motherfucker don't skip.

SPEAKER_04

Skip, yeah. Hey, look, C D Walkman was the stupidest invention of all inventions because a CD was way too delicate to have on your hip while you're trying to do it, but they they eventually came out with the non skip ones, though. Yeah, they did. They they eventually came.

SPEAKER_01

Then man, I'm talking about I even remember the MP3 CDs.

SPEAKER_04

MP3 C D.

SPEAKER_01

Oh yeah. We got the thousand songs on C. Yeah, before the MP3 players, you put the CD in the computer, put a thousand on, delete songs off and shit. Hell yeah. Then after that, the MP3 players came out. There was the uh them zones.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Where it was a little box so you get to swirl the little circle around. Then motherfuckers start like iPods and shit start really flooding the streets.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, that's a good I forgot about that, bruh.

SPEAKER_01

Like I told you the 90s, baby, bro. We hybrids because shit, we I still was like still like vinyls and shit. I don't know, yeah. I done seen I didn't mess around with vinyls, cassettes, all all type, all type of shit. So 90s is like the the hybrid generation.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, it is though. No, you're right, because y'all, y'all young enough to to to be know about the new, but old enough to kind of have a little of the old shit. Yeah, man. Damn. Memories, memories, memories.

Carmelo Anthony Case Questions

SPEAKER_04

Let's see. Any Carmelo Anthony update before we get the fuck out. I know it gotta be something.

SPEAKER_03

I was talking about uh man.

SPEAKER_04

I hate these fake videos when they be talking about like a video was was released of something. Like they talking about they got the Carmelo Anthony and Austin Metcalf video released, and then it's some other shit.

SPEAKER_01

Like oh yeah, that clickbait shit.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. Clickbait ass shit. Let's see. Oh, hold on. This might be let me see what this one is. Video footage.

SPEAKER_04

This is the video footage of the Carmelo Park. The video was in 1K.

SPEAKER_01

This is not 4K. Man, how the fuck you even find 1K? You like yeah, I don't want it, I don't want it, I don't want it completely visible. Get me 1k. Like what the fuck?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_01

The least resolution is possible. Like fuck out of here. 1K. Yeah, he he he done filmed that with the rabbit ears. You gotta smack the back of the TV for that shit to come off.

SPEAKER_03

Damn. We got niggas.

SPEAKER_04

SPEAKER_01

Huh? You said that that was before the Austin Metcalf thing.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, no, uh, no, no, I think this was after. Carmelo Anthony case will be removed from the bench. Somebody

Judge Conduct And Jury Concerns

SPEAKER_04

was talking about now. I saw this, I don't know if y'all saw this, but this guy said the judge removed from the bench.

SPEAKER_06

He will be no longer a judge. This judge knew that there were red flags and did not allow evidence submitted that would have exonerated Carmelo Anthony. This judge kept evidence from being submitted, which is unlawful conduct, knowing unlawful conduct, let alone the fact that the judge did not raise red flags in such a high racially profile case when it was when he was aware that it was an all-white jury. This should have been a red flag immediately. This cannot happen in the United States of America. The racism that is running rampant in the court system is absolutely disgraceful. This judge knew that he himself was breaking the law and breaking the standards of ethics by there not being at least one person of color on that judge that jury. He is totally liable. The judge is Mr. Anthony was defending himself from five attackers. The parts of the video that people have not seen, and there are other videos out there from other kids that were recording, they will surface, believe you me. But there was enough there to prove that it was self-defense. God loves you. I love you now.

SPEAKER_04

And give them some credit, yeah, white people who sticking up for what's right, but for those who act like they don't understand what what about all the white people who are saying it too? That that they feel like it was self-defense, and that it's other videos out there, and it was railroaded, and there's no way that he should have had a judge. He was not judged by his peers.

SPEAKER_01

Man, everything that we said up there and said, bro. Everything that we said up there and said, Everything that we said, he was and I've been seeing a lot of stuff where they were saying a lot of shit was sealed or not admitted. I've been seeing multiple little posts and little videos where they've been saying that, but I'm like, uh, I'm like, all right, let me see some. I'm like, you know, just staying at bay until something else come up. But for the judge to be man, to be removed from the bench. Come on now. Come on now. I don't know. I don't see how if we playing cards, now come on, let's call the spade a spade.

SPEAKER_04

I don't see how you the people who don't understand uh the other side, I don't care what you what your opinion is, but if I don't understand how you can't understand the other side, just say, well, I can see why y'all feel that way, even if you feel differently. It's too many people speaking up, and like I say, it's a lot of white people, I get them credit, who are um taking a lot of heat, but just like this guy standing up and saying what saying, man, he was defending himself from five attackers, and you're talking about a young man with no history, no priors, and a damn near 4.0 student, first time get in any type of trouble, and and and and and you act like you can't figure out like like you think he was a just a straight cold blooded killer, right?

SPEAKER_01

Like he owed like he old dog out there bitches.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, and then if he was trying to kill dude, I every time we seen I've seen stabbings where somebody was either unalive somebody or was trying to unalive somebody, it's multiple poke. One poke. This dude ain't a ninja. Exactly.

SPEAKER_01

He don't know exactly. Yeah, he don't know what to like.

SPEAKER_04

He just a sniper with the knife, right? He never knew history at all. And it was only one poke, it's like it shows he wasn't his intent was to defend himself. His intent was not to kill nobody, like like that's another thing. Like, if the dude had like five, four, five, six pokes, you know. I mean, even three, like that's more or less somebody with the intent to unalive. One poke and running. You think he uh, like I said, a five-star ninja? Come on, you can just poke once, know that know that you unalive and like come on, man. It didn't make sense, it didn't, it don't make sense. That ain't like when we see somebody trying to unalive somebody, it'd be stabbed 10 times, 20 times, five times. Yeah, you getting shaked. You you you you you did that to get the hell and was gone. Like and and so to look at a kid like that to get that kind of time. I'm like I said, I I just thankful for the people who don't look like us that are actually speaking up because their their words that's who that's what that's what's gonna go.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, I wish I wish it was more influential people that look like us that were saying something, but it like shit, we ain't got time to really cry over spiel me.

SPEAKER_04

And to be honest, the people that don't look like us speaking up hold more weight only because that part, um for several reasons, but one reason is because you can't say they biased, they look at us and they say, Oh, we just saying it because they black. Okay, so what about the white people that's saying it? A lot of them saying it too, with big platforms. So if we just saying it because we black, then why are they saying it then? I want to know that because they're not black, yeah. They actually white and saying the same thing that we are saying, and they're saying it, a lot of them are saying it. It ain't it ain't one here, it's a lot of them saying. So I just want to know if we're saying it, and the only reason we're saying it because we're black, then what the hell are these white people saying the exact same thing we saying with the same passion and sadness? Because right is right, wrong is wrong. They like, damn, because one thing I'll say about us as a community, as black and white, I'm just especially even the white community, they believe in being able to defend yourself. Now, I can say because that, like I said, there's been cases where uh black men have been unalived in some self-defense shit, and we don't quite you know think it was fair, but I do know that as a country, people they believe in a person being able to defend themselves, especially when it comes to stand your ground, defend yourself, whatever it takes for you to be safe and sound out of that situation. Yeah, so to me, this is more consistent of what they up, you know what I mean. They they're sad more or less because they know like you should have the right to defend yourself. That's why that's why they sad.

SPEAKER_01

Exactly. I mean, then why shouldn't you? Or why should only select few have that have that right to do so? If if we if we all equal according to everybody else, mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_04

And how you can't see that he feared for his life. I'll give you an example.

A Clear Example Of Self-Defense Fear

SPEAKER_04

We already said it, but I'm gonna I'm gonna get a little more descriptive with it. You had a predominantly black school. Paint, I'm painting a picture for y'all. I need everybody to just zone into this picture and and and give your honest thoughts. You don't even you might give them in the chat, you might just keep it to yourself. But let me let me uh um we're we're gonna let me let me give you this. We had imagine you had an all black school, predominantly black event, where it's mostly black people, I mean, yeah, mostly black people, and imagine you are a five, eight uh white boy, weigh 130 pounds, and four, five, and you go under a tent to get out of the rain, and then four or five, six, two, six feet, two hundred and forty-pound black dudes come over there threatening, pushing, telling you what to do. You mean to tell me you don't you you won't be on you won't be able to understand how that little five foot seven white boy could be in fear for his life? You got four, five, six, two black dudes at a predominantly black school pressing you and surrounding you and telling you where you can go and what you where you could be, you wouldn't be able to understand how that white boy would be in fear for his life. Don't tell me you wouldn't, you can't understand how a person would be in fear. I've been like I told you, I've been in similar situations where you realize, like shit, I'm outnumbered like a mug here. Yeah, but nobody pressed me. So imagine if I'm if you already fearing let you outnumber and then four people surround you who are bigger than you. I can't understand.

SPEAKER_01

It's fire flat at that point, huh? It's fire flat at that point, right?

SPEAKER_04

Even an attorney said I heard an attorney breaking it down and was like, you know, people talking about, oh, why'd he have a knife at a track meet? They like people who carry protection, which he had a right to carry protection, it wasn't long enough to say it was illegal, it was short enough to be legal. It's like people who carry protection carry it all the time. You know what I'm saying? Like they don't just have it one time. Like if you carry a knife or you conceal and carry a gun, you are gonna have that pretty much at all times. Because the minute you don't have it and something happened, it's like, why did you ever have it? You know what I'm saying? So an attorney broke that down. Like people acting like surprised because he had a weapon or had a knife, as long as it wasn't an illegal knife, it was it was legal bystanders of it was I think less than three and a half inches or whatever they said it needs to be, um, from Walmart. But um, if somebody carries protection, they're gonna carry it wherever they are, pretty much. It's not gonna, you're not gonna just say, oh, I'm just gonna carry it when I'm at the park, or I'm just gonna carry it when I go to the grocery store.

SPEAKER_01

Anyway, yeah, supposed to be there. Ain't nobody even talked about that. Come on, now anybody then like then even and then you know somebody, you know, some people might want to get them suspended from school. Anytime you get suspended from school, if you're a student athlete, you suspended from that from that program as well. If I got suspended from school, I couldn't play in my high school basketball game that weekend. Right.

SPEAKER_03

Period. Period, yeah, man.

SPEAKER_04

So Enoch says, I strongly believe is gonna do it, get gonna do a new trial, and he worked two jobs and from a decent family. He had an MS diploma. Um those twins were suspended, they weren't even supposed to be there. Yeah, man. Fire Glory said, wasn't he standing his ground and still got time? Yeah, they they they trying, they they they playing slick, they moved. Hey, look,

Why Stand Your Ground Feels Hollow

SPEAKER_04

they moving the goalpost so much of your ground. I don't even want to hear, I don't want to hear stand your ground no more.

SPEAKER_01

Nope.

SPEAKER_04

We need to abolish, like, figure out a whole new whatever.

SPEAKER_01

I don't want it, ain't stay it, it ain't stand your ground.

SPEAKER_04

Is defend your life and roll the dice. That's exactly. Yep, yeah, that's what it is. Yep, defend your life or roll the dice, right? Rice.

SPEAKER_01

That's it.

SPEAKER_04

I don't want to hear the stand your ground shit no more. Like, because stand your ground is just an excuse to say, well, we'll pick and choose who can stand their ground. You know what I mean? Like, I don't want to hear the standard ground. The standard ground shit is bullshit now, yeah at this point. Like I said, we had to take it on the chin in the past with all them other cases, including Trayvon Martin. But after this one, I'm done with stand your ground. I I ain't about to try to explain it or understand it. It's it it's just it's just a rule that um some people can take advantage of and some people can't. Yeah, it just it's really there for that. So I really it don't really serve a purpose. Like, I don't believe I can stand my ground. I mean and not in and and be and not have no type of consequence, had no and had no issues. I don't believe it. I believe I believe if if if if if if if I unalive the wrong person and and wrong in the wrong town, yeah, it's getting a hundred years, no matter if I was in fear for my life or not, they don't think we in fear for our life, but uh, but a black man could be one-on-one, and that person could say they was in fear for their life and get away with it. But but black man could be uh uh outnumbered, outsized, out everything, and we still don't believe that they could be in fear for their life. So fuck Stanley Brown at this point.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.
