No clean takeaway in this one. Just an honest reflection on a time in our lives that most people have already moved on from.

In this episode, I’m talking about my experience during COVID. The fear, the uncertainty, the judgment… and how much of my thinking at the time was shaped by groupthink and a need to feel safe.

I share openly about:

  •  how quickly fear can override critical thinking 
  •  the judgment I carried toward others who made different choices 
  •  the pressure to conform and “do the right thing” 
  •  what it means to look back and admit: I got it wrong
  •  and the lasting impact that time had on our nervous systems, relationships, and sense of safety 

This isn’t about being right or wrong. It’s about being honest.

About recognizing how fear, belonging, and survival instincts shape our decisions  often without us realizing it.

And what it looks like to take responsibility for that… without shame.
