In today’s episode, Darian and Joey dive into the art of cueing during workouts. Too many cues can leave you confused and anxious. But having the right cues makes all the difference! 

For example, when performing an overhead press, here’s a cue to remember: "Straight knees, butt squeeze!" It helps maintain proper form and generate power. 

We also discuss common mistakes, like arching your back or improper wrist positioning. Keeping your wrist straight and your elbow stacked is essential! 

Remember, the goal is to create a strong foundation and make every movement count.
