Acknowledge them. Name them. Feel them. Don't judge yourself about the emotion then thank the emotion for serving you at this time and teaching you something. Then let it go with the deep exhale and listen to the message Remember you are not your feelings. You were just feeling them. Your feelings are trying to tell you something about yourself. Listen don't judge and learn then exhale deeply and let it go.
