Part 1: An Unhealed Person V a Healed Person!

Tiffany Antoci

When we’re unhealed, we often find ourselves on high alert, interpreting the actions of others through a lens of personal offense. A casual comment, a missed invitation, or even a facial expression can feel like a direct attack. This sensitivity stems from our unresolved wounds, making us prone to take things personally. For example, if someone cancels plans, an unhealed person might think, “They don’t care about me,” while a healed person might understand that the other person has their own life and challenges, recognizing that their actions are more about them than about us.
