Moving Away from Fear into Faith

Fear is a choice. And so is faith.

When fear takes over, your body goes into survival mode, cortisol spikes, your heart races, and stress eats away at your well-being. But here’s the truth: fear doesn’t serve you. It only keeps you stuck.

Imagine clinging to a heavy rock in the middle of a rushing river. You hold on so tightly, afraid to let go. But the moment you release, the river carries you, effortlessly.

You can replace fear with faith by doing just that, releasing. Breathe deeply. Feel the tension leave your body. Use tapping or meditation to reconnect with your inner peace. With every inhale, welcome faith. With every exhale, release fear.
You don’t have to control everything. Just trust. The current of life is always moving in your favor.
