Healthy Sleep Habits
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
I haven’t been sleeping. My creative brain flips on at 11 p.m., ideas start racing, and I chase them—then the next day I’m foggy, impatient, and not nearly as clear or magnetic.
Here’s the truth: sleep is nature’s healer. It repairs cells, restores muscles, reloads the immune system. Deep sleep files our memories, sparks creativity, and steadies our emotions so we meet life with clarity, not chaos.
So I set a boundary. Screens off, lights low, a few pages of a calming book. I keep the room cool and dark, stretch, breathe, and let the day go.
If your midnight mind spins too, you’re not broken—you’re brilliant and overstimulated….close the laptop, pick up a book, and let rest work its quiet magic. Your tomorrow will thank you.
