Conscious But Grounded
Conscious but Grounded is a podcast about spirituality: high vibe living in the real world. I ask questions like: how do we connect to the magic, spirit, source, the universe - but with our feet firmly planted on the ground? How do we show up in a conscious way and harness that to make big paradigm-busting change in the day to day of our lives?
Conscious But Grounded
S1: Ep 3: Keep Going (a message to my female soul-led entrepreneurs)
A little bonus mini episode as I walk the dogs. I'd just got off a coaching call with a beautiful, female soul led entrepreneur. I resonated with everything she said and felt. I felt called to reflect on the wider themes that I see coming up again and again in this world (for my fellow female soul led entrepreneurs) - the feelings that we are all going through as lightworkers, healers, therapists, women who help others in a soul-led way. It's HARD. I wanted to vocalise my feelings in a mini episode. Also, I feel something coming to help us all collaborate and also be more successful. We are the change-makers, the paradigm busters.
I really hope you enjoy, relate - or that it provokes some food for thought?! Please leave me a review as it makes a big difference! Thanks so much.

I wanted to record a little short one, a little mini one, a little mini episode. I'm just on a dog walk and the river's flowing beside me and I'm like all in my head about my business so I need a place to let it out. So I just got off a coaching call. An embodiment coaching call with the most incredible woman going through some stuff and just not realizing probably how amazing she is, how talented she is, and how needed she is. And there are so many of us and I know it's the world that I live in so I'm bound to think there are so many of us, but there are, and I honestly believe as women, as spiritual spiritually tapped in women, yoga teachers, counsellors, art therapists, manifesting coaches, all of those types of things. A lot of the time we study different modalities and then we don't know where to land, right? Reiki practitioners. We draw, we get drawn to the things that we need, that we know are needed in the world and that we are drawn to because they match our energy types and they match our skills and our interests. And I just want to recognize and acknowledge if that's you and you're showing up right now and it's really hard and you're like struggling to make money from it and you're frustrated because you know deep down in your knowing that this is what you've incarnated here to do, to raise the vibration of the universe, to help people remember their true inner heart and their true self. And to elevate the collective consciousness, to take us forward into the next era, to drop the mask, to move into a new era, a new paradigm where the patriarchy doesn't exist in its current form, where there's a much fairer economic situation, and there are more peaceful resolutions, where there's a better solution. Where communities are more engaged, where there's more women leaders, all of those things all of those things. I really truly believe that women are here to step into those roles and I really believe, people talk about the next era is a conceptual era. And we're entering it now and we're that's why things feel shaky because there's A liminal space is like a transition between one era and the other from the kind of postmodern era, which is all about, rational science, evidence, rigorous scientific backing, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I'm not saying that those things aren't needed. They are needed, of course. And the middle road is always the way, right? We don't want to completely go backwards to, the ways of the shaman, the ways of The old ways, the old medicines, they're as beautiful as they are. We also acknowledge and are grateful for modern medicine, for modern healing, for all the progress that we've made. The internet isn't all bad. AI isn't all bad. There's a lot of beautiful things happening on social media. We don't want to throw out the baby with the bathwater. So I feel like the people, the women that are going to move the needle forward in society is the healers, it's the teachers, it's the visionaries, it's the connectors, it's the community leaders, it's heart led, right? It's not mind led, it's heart led and it's very feminine. But you also need the business skills, the, that kind of more male energy. You do need to shift into strategy sometimes. But I just want to acknowledge how hard it is to be both of those things at once. And just give a little message to anyone that's out there that's really struggling. And perhaps you're juggling a job, a real job, as it were, to pay bills so that you can support your family. And just acknowledging right now that's actually incredible. And also, two things can be true at the same time. It's a really good rule to live by. Two things can be true at the same time. It's amazing that you're doing that job to keep you going, but also, is there an escape plan? You are here to live your purpose and your dharma. Maybe it's not the job. Maybe it's the business, as a spiritual coach, as a yoga, as a leader. Maybe it's bringing your spirituality and your skills into more non spiritual type of places. Schools, the business place, the business, the workplace, private sector, public sector, whatever. You're here for a reason. I don't know what that is because it's all different for everyone. Just the words keep going. Every single journal entry over the past five years that I've written ends, not all of them, but pretty much all of them in keep going. So I just wanted to say to the female soulpreneur. Keep going. Please don't give up. You can put your tools down for a while and you can go, I'm just gonna do the real job thing for a year, for two years, whatever. But just don't let that go because you came here to do something really special. You know it, I know it. We're needed right now. And just before I finish this little mini episode, I just wanted to say that I definitely think That I've got a program coming up that people will be able to access for a really affordable price, like really affordable. I wrote it last year, and it's for the holistic, the spiritual, the soulful practitioner, who is female, and juggling other things. And it mixes the strategy, the marketing, all the rest of it, with the heart led issues, with the imposter syndrome. With the ancestral trauma, with the energetic mindset, all that stuff. And it's the most brilliant thing ever. And I was working hard on it and then life happened and I had to put it down. And this morning's session reminded me that That is something that needs to be out there in the world, helping women who are in this space bring their gifts to the world because it's so needed. So I'm going to leave it there. When the program is ready, I'll add the link to the show notes. And in the meantime, keep listening, leave a review, reach out to me at hello at rachelbradyyoga. com or follow me on Instagram at rachelbradyyoga. Love you. Bye.
