Charlie Dunne

Charlie trained at Trinity Laban in 2013. Charlie has worked with 2Faced Dance company as both education officer and company dancer, as well as company dancer for Hit The Ground Running Dance Theatre Company on the regional tour of ‘Macho’ 2018. 

Charlie is a fully qualified drone pilot and has used his skills with Badger Hill Academy to create landmark art for The Tour of Britain.

Charlie has a wealth of experience and knowledge surrounding teaching young people and has a drive to ensure all Meta4 classes are integrated.

Lily Horgan

Lily trained at Dance City on the Gateshead contemporary dance course before starting her training at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. 

Lily has worked with Lizzie Kew-Ross on art installation projects, Awake Dance company touring nationally. She has also worked with SHYPP (Supporting Housing for Young People Project) creating dance films for young homeless people. 

Lily is qualified in Level 4 British Sign Language with the future aim of becoming a performance interpreter. She has a strong desire to create accessible dance for everyone.

Eliot Smith

A critically acclaimed British dancer and choreographer, born in 1990 in Newcastle upon Tyne, Eliot Smith is the founder and creative director of Eliot Smith Dance (ESD).
Eliot was shortlisted for One Dance UK's People's Choice Award in 2018 and won The Green Dance Award in 2022 for ESD. Eliot was also nominated for their Dance Personality of The Year in 2019. He is continuously supported and commissioned by leading UK dance agencies, venues and funding organisations.
His artistic inspiration for his diverse portfolio of work is created using traditional techniques (Martha Graham based), and through his collaboration with award-winning composers, musicians, and designers, he aims to create works that are dynamic, diverse, and relevant.
His dance works, whether arranged for stage, outdoors, or non-traditional venues, have all toured extensively across the North of England and other parts of the UK, and further afield, with performances in Paris, New York and Rome.

Esther Huss

Esther is a dance artist and performance maker.

she has performed across galleries, hospitals, theatres including venues like the Royal Opera House London, The Barbican, Lilian Baylis Sadler’s Wells, Somerset House, MAO Gallery, Tate Britain, collaborating with choreographers and artists Kate Flatt, Aletta Collins, Jacky Lansley, Michael Keagan-Dolan, Bernadette Iglich and Groove Armada amongst others.
