With over 120 employees in three Chicagoland locations, Jeffrey LaMorte focuses on service excellence. Jeffrey began his career in 1984. He opened the first Jeffrey LaMorte Salon & Day Spa in Frankfort in 1994, followed by his Orland Park salon in 2001. Lakeview, Chicago, opened in 2022. Each salon.

A Chicago native, Jeffrey received early training from his father, Robert, who he credits had the most significant influence on his career. Jeffrey got advanced training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London and additional training at TONI&GUY, Trevor Sorbie, Rusk, Eclipse, and many others. 

Karen Gordon, President of Karen Gordon Hair Loss Solutions, is a Certified Trichologist through the World Trichology Society 

In 2016, Karen created the Gordon Method of Hair & Scalp Analysis to more accurately uncover the underlying causes of hair loss and scalp conditions, and she teaches the Gordon Method to trichologists worldwide. She sees clients in her Chicago office and a global clientele she sees virtually. She is a sought-after speaker and educator on hair loss and scalp health.

Philip Wilson, recognized for styling the hair of celebrities and royalty, is the innovator behind the twin brush and twin comb cutting techniques. He has also acted as the artistic director for various brands. Wilson drew significant inspiration from Vidal Sassoon and Alexander De Paris.

Reginald Laws and Ian Duncan established a concept salon where everyone would have a stake in the direction of the salon. This is the reason for our company name, PARTNERS. The company quickly gained recognition for its emphasis on education, traveling the world, and disseminating knowledge at various venues, both large and small. After opening eight salons, a flagship salon was opened just off Berkeley Square in London. 

In 1990, Reg opened our first salon in the United States, located in the DC Metro area. We currently have 15 salons and recently opened our first barbering salon – PR Barbers.
