The Joy of Being You
Eva Nagy created The Joy of Being You to inspire women with stories of hope and transformation. After struggling to let go of the past, repeatedly trying to fix it and feeling stuck, she realized the key to change was focusing on the future she wanted to create. With the shift of her focus her life started to change as well.
Through the podcast, she share conversations with women who have turned their lives around, even when things felt hopeless.
These stories are here to remind you that no matter how hard life gets, there is always a way to find hope and rediscover joy of living and being true to yourself.
