From Boys to Men: A Journey Through Masculinity
From Boys to Men is a podcast about the embodied journey of masculinity.
Season 1, titled UNCUT, focused on the raw and often unspoken realities of male puberty — exploring shame, sexuality, and the body through a somatic lens.
Now, in Season 2, we expand the conversation. From grief and addiction to love, longing, and emotional intimacy, we explore the evolving terrain of manhood beyond adolescence.
Through storytelling, music, and honest reflection, this podcast is a space to unshame the masculine experience — not to define what a man should be, but to uncover what it means to be fully human in a male body.

[S2 E13] Turned On by the Ending: A Conversation with Relationship Death Doula Yana Rumi
In this episode, I’m joined by Relationship Death Doula Yana Rumi for a deep, honest conversation about the death of relationships—whether intentional or not—and what gets born in their wake.
We explore anger and jealousy, not as emotions to bypass or purify, but as powerful somatic experiences. We talk about the unexpected turn-on that can arise when imagining our lovers with others, and what happens when we let sensation move instead of moralizing it.
I also share two original songs in this episode:
“Shut the Fuck Up and Feel It” and “Bitch You’re Crazy.”
The second is dedicated to a relationship I’ve just ended—offered in all its beauty, expression, grief, and erotic charge that has been wanting to move through me.
Yana brings their sharp clarity and tenderness to the conversation, drawing from their work accompanying people through relational endings and transitions.
