If you've ever said, what's wrong with me? Why can't I keep up? If you've ever felt like you need to earn rest or you have to blow through your to-do list before you can finally take a break, then this episode is for you. It is an energetic reset. It is a shift in perspective. It is for my projectors, my manifestors, my reflectors, and...

people who are energy sensitive. So I cannot wait for you to hear this. You were meant to hear this episode. Let's go.

Hello, hello, hi. Welcome back to the Return Podcast. If you are new here, I am so thrilled to be listening, to be in your earbuds or your pods, whatever we're saying these days. And if you're watching on YouTube, hello, you can see me waving. I'm gonna update this space behind me at some point, so stay tuned for that. Today's episode is a really special one. It's near and dear to my heart. It's something that

I want to listen to as a projector in this world and it is for people who are trying to find success in our society, however you might define that, and are running up against the like container that is capitalism and hustle culture and also are aware of your unique energy sensitivities. So

I'm your host, Caitlin Segenthaler. I'm an energy sensitive girly. I'm a 4.6 projector in human design. I am trained in doing deep inner work for the last 10 years. And now I'm bringing that deep inner work to my clients so that you can really create a business that is sustainable and is energetically not burning you to the ground. So that's what we're doing. That's who I am.

Caitlan Siegenthaler (02:08.226)
Let's get into the episode. think that we cannot discount the context of which we find ourselves. So let me talk cultural context and then let's talk human design context, okay? Culturally, we, I, live in America right now. Also have lived in Europe.

in Switzerland and in Spain for about five months and I lived in Switzerland for almost three years. So I've experienced a lot of Western culture and in Western culture we have this fun little thing called capitalism where we live in a capitalistic society and productivity quote-unquote is been tied to value and worthiness for quite a long time.

And it can be problematic for any of us. So regardless of your energy type, you can experience burnout. And when I say energy type, I'm referring to human design energy type. If you've never heard of that before, I want you to pause and go to either one of the episode links in the show notes to like find out a little bit more about human design. This conversation is going to assume that you

have some level of awareness of human design. So if you don't, that's totally cool. You just need to be like in it to win it, you know, to understand what I'm talking about when I throw around words like projector and energy type and manifestor and all of those things. that's the first step, but let's talk about the culture that we or you most likely find yourself in, right? So culture schmulture.

Hustle culture. First I want to set some context in terms of human design and statistics. So in human design, there are five energy types, generators, manifesting generators, projectors, reflectors, and manifestors. The generators and manifesting generators of the world, congratulations, you have a defined sacral. So that.

Caitlan Siegenthaler (04:22.158)
is part of what makes you your design, a generator or a manifesting generator as opposed to a projector or reflector or a manifester, and you have access to consistent energy. What does that mean? So when you're living in your design, you go throughout the day, you use up all of your energy like a phone battery, and then at night, you plug yourself in, you get your sleep, and you're back to 100 % energy the next day.

Four, my people, my projectors, manifestors, and reflectors. We do not have that same operating system. We don't go to sleep and fully recharge and wake up with a fresh battery because we have nothing to plug into. What makes us part of our unique design is that our energy, our sacral center, isn't defined. So we don't have access to that consistent,

battery-like energy. And between the three of our energy types, we also operate in different ways, but our common ground is that we don't have access to that energy. And so to drop in some stats really quick, 70 % of the population, rough numbers here, but go with me, are consistent energy people, generators and manifesting generators, 70%.

That's the majority. 30 % of the people are non-consistent energy people. That's projectors, reflectors, and manifestors. And for anyone keeping score, in that 30%, 20 % are reflectors, about 7 to 9 % are manifestors, and then 1 %-ish are the beautiful, beautiful reflectors of the world.

So why is this context important? Because this is where conditioning comes in. We grow up in this society. We are expected to go to work, rinse, repeat, have this consistent ongoing energy. And that can be a challenge for someone who

Caitlan Siegenthaler (06:46.606)
is not in the 70 % who doesn't have access to that consistent energy. And so if you've ever felt like, why can I not just keep up? This is part of the reason why. It's understanding your unique energetic blueprint. A short story. I worked in the corporate world from the age of 22 until about 28.

And from 22 to 26, I was working at this company, trying to prove my worth, trying to hustle, trying to succeed, and I had a lot of quote unquote external success in forms of promotions and raises and all of those things. However, internally, I was burnt out, I was stressed out, my body was screaming, I was burnt out.

And I kept going with the messaging of what's wrong with me. This wasn't happening to all of my colleagues, even some of which were living a very similar lifestyle in their early 20s, were working similar hours to me. And so I was just so confused and I kept wondering what is going on with me, what is wrong with me? And...

It wasn't until years later, I learned about my human design and my energy type as a projector. And for the first time I felt truly, truly seen. And for me, that is the power of human design. And I still have parts that can sometimes get worried when I take a break and rest or feel concerned or think that something bad is going to happen. so that's knowing your design.

and then working with your parts. I still have to work with those parts to help them understand that I am uniquely designed differently. So this is the deconditioning that we do. I also wanna invite you to unhook from a concept that how much you produce, how much you do, how hard you work is directly equal

Caitlan Siegenthaler (09:11.488)
to your worthiness as a human being. And we've come a long way with this. Now there's all kinds of stuff floating around on the internet about rest is resistance and rest is not lazy. All of those things are incredibly helpful. And to give you a little trail head of where you need to go with this in your own system,

I'm going to invite you to notice what happens when I ask this question. What happens in your body? What happens in your thoughts? The question is, what would happen if you took a week off of work tomorrow? What would happen? What do you notice in your body? What do you notice in your thoughts? I know for me, my body is immediately like, there's this like,

like tension and there's panic in my thoughts. And then immediately it goes to other people like what about my clients? What about the podcast interviews I have scheduled? What about, what about, what about, what about? Those are the parts that show up when we think about, and this prompt obviously was like very broad, you know, but I think that that,

is really, really important to notice in our system because that's what's holding you back from an aligned life. That's where you are conditioned.

And this is when we start comparison as well. This is why the business advice of post three times a day on Instagram to grow your community. That is probably killer business advice for a generator who's going to have access to that battery and whose strategy is to respond. That is horrible business advice for a reflector.

Caitlan Siegenthaler (11:15.416)
who is mirroring the energy of the collective and whose strategy is to literally wait a full moon cycle. So, see the difference? And what I really wanna highlight is the meaning that we then make about ourselves. The meaning that I made about myself in the corporate world was that I was lazy. When I look at the evidence, it was very much far from that.

I was like, you know that saying in the corporate world, if you want something done, give it to the busiest person? I was the busiest person with other people, not like I was amazing. But I was so busy, but I felt like I was being lazy because my body was giving me signals that I needed to slow down and that truly the corporate world was not in alignment for me and for my energy.

And this is the real rub. This is why I combine human design and parts work is because you can know that your energy is different in your bones, in your soul. You can have the information from your human design chart, but what if there's still a part of you that believes that you're lazy or what if there's still a part of you that is comparing you to other people?

or what if there's a part of you that freaks out when you go to rest, even though as a projector or a manifester or anyone, like rest is good for anyone, okay? I'm not just saying like, well, if you're a generator, manifesting generator, sorry, you don't get to rest. Like this episode's not about that. It's just about reminding those of us that do not have access to consistent energy that we are living in a world.

that was designed for people with that access, right? So I wanna talk about how knowing your chart is step one, but living it is where the rub comes in, is where we have to do the parts work around deconditioning. What did we learn about rest? What did we learn from our family of origins as the therapist? What did we learn from society? What has been passed down in our

Caitlan Siegenthaler (13:41.462)
epigenetics in our blood and let's not leave out the hormones or the cyclical nature to us as human beings. I've talked about these topics in differing settings before on the podcast, but the only viral video I've ever had on the internet was when I talked about how the corporate world and like that idea of the nine to five business world, which is now really like

longer than that, was designed based on the hormonal cycle of people who don't menstruate men, right? Because people who menstruate are on a 28 day hormonal cycle and people who don't menstruate are on a 24 hour hormonal cycle. And the same rises in hormones, et cetera, that kind of match or mimic a menstruation cycle.

condensed into a day. like ovulation is the creation of happy hour, right? And the more menstruation period is like dipping right into the evening where traditionally in like a 1950s movie, the guy comes home from work and like drinks with the boys and wants to like sit in his chair and decompress, right? And the working out in the morning is equivocal to

the follicular phase, the rising in energy, and the, what else? What's the middle one? Anyways, you get my point, you catch my drift, and we need to understand our unique energy and build our life around that first. I want you to take this in. I,

believe that alignment isn't about doing more or adding another thing or another training, but it's about being seen more clearly.

Caitlan Siegenthaler (15:53.974)
Period. Alignment isn't doing more. It's about being seen more clearly for who you are and for your gifts. Okay, so let's get into the human design of it all because the IFS piece is so unique to you. I can only give you a map or a trailhead to where your parts might be, but you have to discover them and that's where the work is, that's where the juice is.

I want to talk about each of these three unique energy types and common questions that I get in my work that I've been tracking for a while now. So for projectors, you projectors, you guides, you wise owls.

You gifted humans in seeing other people deeply. Something that I get asked a lot is how do I know when I received a real invitation? You are gonna get invitations all the time as a projector. Think about it. Like you're going to get invited to do this thing. You're going to get a nudge from the universe in this direction. A real invitation feels like recognition.

that it's not just a convenient thing. I want you to think about when someone invites you over for dinner and they call you up and they say, hey, I'm having a dinner party. I would love for you to come. This is the theme. Da da da da da da. I want you there. I would love for you to meet so and so. That's a real invitation. They're recognizing you. They're reaching out. They're inviting you. What?

Something that's more convenient is like, let's say you're in a group of friends and everyone's talking about their weekend plans and the person's like, I'm hosting a dinner party on Saturday and someone else is like, yeah, I can't wait. And you're standing there and they're like, Caitlin, do you want to come? Convenience. They're not really seeing me, my energy, my gifts. like, you're standing here and this is awkward. I'm just going to invite you. That's the difference.

Caitlan Siegenthaler (18:21.226)
are seen for your gifts, not just needed for your energy. It comes with clarity, it comes with timing, and there's a sense of rightness in your body. You also wanna pay attention to your decision-making authority, and usually you run it through that and it's like, yeah. If it feels like you're convincing yourself, that ain't it, boo. Another question I get for projectors a lot is,

How can I be successful? How can I be success? How can I find success without kind of that consistent like hustling, ugh, I hate that word, but I think just that consistent energy generation. When we think about a traditional business, it's like, yeah, show up on Instagram every day and.

niche down and talk to your ideal client and that probably feels more challenging for all of us non-sacral beings. But how I talk to clients about this question is we don't build through grind. We build through clarity and refinement and our energy that kind of magnetizes people to us.

And this is when things go off the rails a little bit because first and foremost, I am a strategy spreadsheet girly till the day I die. And so magnetism feels like one of those words that like circles around up here. But again, if we go back to my previous example about the invitation piece, it's like the, what's the energy behind that? The energy behind someone like creating a beautiful invitation for you to come to their dinner party with so much intention.

is totally different than the energy of like, yeah, having this thing, you should come. Not quite as magnetic, right? All you need to do as a projector is focus your energy on the right people, the right projects, the right energetics, the right situations for you. Say yes to aligned things.

Caitlan Siegenthaler (20:41.934)
And success becomes more about alignment than effort. And I have a really cool story that I will share on this probably in the late summer, early fall, once the thing has happened. But I have the perfect example of this. I have something really, really exciting going on in the back burner. And I'm not gonna talk about it publicly until it's over. But I have experienced this, so I know that it's possible.

Another thing projectors ask me is, how do I make money as a projector if I'm supposed to wait? This is where positioning comes in over pushing or like efforting. You should share your perspective always. Build trust, nurture your network, put on your blinders. You're here to guide, you're not here to chase. I was in a business like group

and someone was sharing that they were working with a new business coach and the business coach's strategy, which is like a cool strategy, don't get me wrong, this is like not shitting on this strategy, the business coach's strategy was to have this person DM people directly and kind of start up conversations and then get them talking and then share their work. So cool, not a projector strategy.

The opposite actually of a projector strategy. The projector strategy is you are your storefront as a service provider, right? And you make your storefront look so cute, so inviting, so that people wanna be, they're like, my gosh, what is that? I wanna come into this store. That is your job. Your job is not to be the dude on the corner like with the windmill.

that like flails in the air to grab attention or to be like, you know when you're walking on a pedestrian mall and those people are like, come try this new sample and they rope you into their thing? That's not your strategy. You guide, you share your perspective, you build your trust, you make the most freaking awesome storefront ever and you just wait.

Caitlan Siegenthaler (23:10.144)
for people to show up, because they're going to show up. And the money is going to flow when you own your value and you work with people who already want what you offer. You're not convincing people, you're not selling them, you're not doing those things where...

Oh my gosh, have you guys ever been on a sales call with someone like you're buying their service? And they're like, okay, so we're gonna do the card right now. And you're like, well, I wanna think about it. And they're like, no, no, it has to be like scarcity. We don't do that as a projector. Like I hate coercive marketing anyways, but I'm a projector, so don't ask me. Okay, a few questions for reflectors that I get and the reflectors that I work with. And yes, I have worked with two reflectors.

And actually I have as like my clients, however, I've also work with two reflectors, one in an ongoing way, my mentor and supervisor, Chrissy Tingle from the IFS UK is a reflector and is probably the coolest person on planet earth. And Chelsea Reif, who has helped me so much with podcasting and pitching and

she's also a reflector. Incredible, incredible, incredible. so reflectors, like I get this question all the time. What does it mean to wait a lunar cycle? And is that realistic? I like to think of this as

Not being passive in the waiting, not just like sitting on your hands for 28 days, but sort of watching what's like holding over the test of time. As you ebb and flow throughout the month, what's that thing that kind of keeps circling the drain, what keeps coming back?

Caitlan Siegenthaler (25:09.184)
It's just really about feeling into all of the essences of the decision, particularly if your environment is shifting or who you're around is shifting. Think of it like this. If you're walking around with a mirror all the time and as you move, you're seeing different things in the mirror, we wanna make sure that what you're seeing within yourself is not just

like a reflection in the mirror. I don't think that metaphor landed. However, I hope you understand what I'm saying, which is your environment and the people that are influencing you are changing so much. We need more time to have the data to say like, yep, this thing holds up. So it doesn't have to be like exactly 20 days. It just needs to be the longevity that you need to get clarity.

Why do I feel so sensitive to people and environments as a reflector?

I hate to break it to you love, but your openness is a gift. It is not a flaw. You're going to absorb and reflect the energy around you. You need to protect your space. We all do. We all likely have at least one open center in human design and you have to be so cutthroat about who you spend your time with.

It is sacred to your gifts and your essence in this world, and it isn't selfish. And also reflectors, I think something that's coming through just now that I think is meant for you to hear is that remember that your chart is still extremely unique, even though you don't have quote unquote different centers to sort of play off of.

Caitlan Siegenthaler (27:08.918)
You still have gates or gifts. You still have your inclination cross, which is your life purpose. You still have your profile line, which is, you know, those two numbers at the top that talk a lot about your personality. Like you're not just an empty mirror and the more detailed information you can get about your uniqueness and your gifts is going to really help you deepen into this practice. Another thing I get,

Asked a lot is how do I know what's mine versus what I'm reflecting? time and stillness and This goes for anyone who's not a sacred role So all three of us energy types the undefined if you will We need time to kind of empty out from others and generators and manifesting generators you can benefit from this too

in a way of like, where are your open centers and what are you picking up on? Okay, everyone listening right now, wherever you have an open center, that's where you're going to pick up energy from other people. That is where you need to like double click and kind of clear the energy at the end of the day because imagine that that center is like a Velcro.

sticky thing and people are just walking around throwing velcro balls on you all day long. This metaphor is, you wild, but here we are.

At the end of the day, you need to take all of those balls off. Because you...

Caitlan Siegenthaler (28:58.518)
Yeah, you just do. Otherwise, that energy is stuck with you. Those balls are not your balls and they're on you forever. That will be the quote for the top of this podcast. Those balls are not your balls, so get them off you. Reflectors, though, in particular, keeping track of what's yours versus what you're reflecting. Time, stillness, time away, journaling or finding your own process for

tracking your emotional shifts, your energies, what stays, what remains consistent across settings, that's your essence, you know? It's like capturing that and knowing that. So beautiful. My manifestor friends, I say this all the time, I'm a manifestor magnet. Even though...

Manifestors are about 7 % of the population. I am surrounded in the best way. I have several manifestor clients right now. My partner is a manifestor, my dad is a manifestor, my two best friends in Colorado are manifestors, another friend of mine in Colorado is a manifesto, like manifestor magnet, okay? Love you guys, for real, for real.

Caitlan Siegenthaler (30:23.722)
This question comes up, this is like probably the most, these two, these are the two for manifestors that are like, we gotta get this down, right? What does it actually mean to inform before I act? This is the biggest friction in my relationship before I knew about human design and then once I had the language, it's just now reminding my partner who's a manifester. So.

manifest as your strategy is to inform, right? This is where it gets a little bit confusing. You are not asking for permission. You're just telling the person that you're doing the thing.

When you do this, you're going to reduce the resistance and you're going to increase the support. it's like clearing your energetic runway before takeoff. It builds trust and it protects your peace. Manifestors, your signature of success is peace, peace, peace on earth. That's what you want to feel. And you're a very misunderstood energy type. And this strategy

feels sometimes like a rug because you're like, my gosh, I don't wanna tell people what I'm doing, because then they're just gonna get all up in my shit and I don't wanna have to deal with that. No, no, no, no, no, no. You're not asking permission. You are just simply saying, heads up, this is happening, like a little boop, and then you move on with your life. Let me give you an example. My husband and I, we love making things over. The way I said that, I don't know.

We're renovating our home and our yard and we have a child. So on the weekends we spend a lot of time like renovating, coming up with ideas, that's mostly me. He's executing, he's doing the thing, I'm guiding the project. Very much an energetic alignment. One morning, this was like our kiddo was pretty young. I wake up and we hadn't talked at all about

Caitlan Siegenthaler (32:36.75)
what we were gonna do on this weekend day, like what our weekend was gonna look like. I wake up, played with a kiddo, you know, maybe put him down for us for a snap, I can't remember. And I'm like, where's my husband? Where is my partner? What's going on? And he's outside, like knees deep in this huge physical project. And I'm like, hey, what are you doing? And he's like, oh, we just, we need to get this done. So I just thought I would do it.

Well, I had a totally different plan in my head, which I also had not communicated for the weekend. And he really wanted to focus and do this thing, and I really wanted to do something else, and it caused friction. And I was like, if you just would have said, and if I would have said, obviously too, but if you would have informed me before he acted,

he would have gotten my support instead he was met with resistance because I was like, what is happening? So it reminds me of an IFS when our parts get the opposite of what they're hoping for. Like he was hoping that he could just go off and do his thing. Therefore he didn't tell me cause he's like, I just really want to go do this. And I was hoping that I would know what was going on so I could support him. So manifestors.

This is something I really want you to slow down and nail. You gotta get this part integrated in. This question, I'm just laughing, because I'll take notes about what's coming up a lot. This one comes up a lot. How can I handle people trying to control or slow me down? Manifestors, lightning bolt emoji, you wanna go super fast, you wanna strike hard, and.

Most people do not understand your energy. It's fast, it's intense, it's independent. And remember that it is, can be repelling at times. So the key to this is informing early. Over-communicate, honey. Over-communicate. Setting clear boundaries.

Caitlan Siegenthaler (34:58.056)
And surrounding yourself with people who celebrate your autonomy and not fear it. One of the best things about my partnership is that I know that he is going to fully support me doing whatever independent work, friendship, project I wanna do and like vice versa. And that's something that's incredible. And so as a manifesto especially,

You need to be surrounded by people who are going to celebrate that autonomy in you and not try to control it or slow it down. That's the key is your surroundings are going to make a huge difference. Let's talk about each three energy types superpowers. Projectors, the guides, your superpower is seeing what others can't and creating better systems for it. You're going to take whatever thing and you're going to elevate it. You're going to improve it. You're going to

Optimize it You aren't here to build the machine. You're here to optimize it and tweak it. So the whole thing runs better Manifesters the fire starters your superpower is visionary bursts of energy that kind of ripple outward and You don't need permission But you do need space when you honor your rest cycles and you don't force consistency You become magnetic as hell

Reflectors, your superpower is amplifying, reflecting, and offering deep clarity when you are safe and supported. Reflectors, you are not here to keep up, you are here to tune in. So for all of us who are trying to be the square pegs in the round world, I wanna remind you that we together can redefine productivity and success.

Our value is not in our output, it's in our presence. Your energetic presence is a gift to everyone in this world. This is the thing I love about human design is that when all of us are showing up in alignment as our energy type, we benefit each other. When generators are in their joy and they're generating, you give us the energy

Caitlan Siegenthaler (37:22.474)
to do our projecting, our reflecting, our manifesting, right? So we all kind of work together and our presence is part of that energetic puzzle that we all need.

Caitlan Siegenthaler (37:40.974)
Us non-sacral types are often the most insightful mentors, innovators, and creators. Use that to your advantage. We need mentorship, we need innovation, we need creation, and if you find yourself in a role or a place where you're not getting to do that as much, maybe it's time to break out of that box for yourself. I would love to...

give you a nice permission slip to stop measuring your success by the amount of energy you used.

Let me say that again. Stop measuring your success. I'm saying this to myself as well, by the amount of energy you use. I'm so exhausted. I worked 12 hours today. Not a success. Let's stop using that yardstick. How about, wow. I'm so proud of myself. I made seven aligned decisions from my human design authority today and I felt so lit up.

As a manifester, I felt so much peace. As a projector, I saw so much success. As a reflector, I felt so surprised and secure. What about that? Like, the world does not need more people to hustle and be like, hashtag boss babes or what was that thing? Girl boss or I don't know, some kind of boss. It needs more wisdom and that's where you come in.

This is turning out to be a long episode, but I kind of love it because I have more to say. I want to talk about how to build a life or business around your energy type just like really quickly. Projectors, I want you to structure your rest, have recognition-based marketing, and have aligned containers. That means being very conscious about who gets access to your energy and who does not. Being

Caitlan Siegenthaler (39:47.082)
extremely intentional about structuring your rest. I'm still working this piece out all the time. And having really aligned containers where you can feel super, super seen for your gifts and making sure you're structuring that in your business. Manifestors, I want you to build your life and business around your energy type by launching when the urge strikes.

Put it out there. go at like 10x speed. want you to protect, just remember to inform people. Don't forget about that part. I want you to really protect your alone time. Like I'm talking Fort Knox or the Great Wall of China walls around your alone time. I really want you to look at systems that support your

bursts of energy. Reflectors, I want you to build a life and business by curating your environment. Who you are is where you are. So where you are matters and being so intentional about that for whatever you're needing, like leveraging that. If you want to feel more of this, go to this place, space, location.

I want you to really slow your decision making down. We are a society that emphasizes quick decisions and like, we do it all the time. Honor your own decision making strategy. And I want you to think about rhythm based offers. That there could be some kind of rhythmic offering.

for you that feels really good, that's going to move you into alignment. Here are some things, tough lessons that I've learned the hard way about pacing and invitations and burnout and visibility. So one thing I wanna say about invitations. When I accidentally started my business in Switzerland, I joke.

Caitlan Siegenthaler (42:08.768)
about that and I say I accidentally started my business because I moved to Switzerland with my partner who is Swiss and I wasn't like I'm going to become an entrepreneur. It was just like if I want to keep working in the way I was working in the US I have to start my own thing. There's just no other option. So when I first started I obviously was like starting from scratch in a new country.

and I wanted to get the clients. And so I was saying yes to any invitation from someone who wanted to work with me. And what I quickly found out was like, my energy is not for everyone as a projector. And it could dysregulate my nervous system to be working with someone who doesn't see me or understand me or just isn't in alignment. And

That's when I learned, like, even when someone is raising their hand and saying, yes, I wanna work with you, that's the same thing about dating, right? I said no to people who were not aligned for me in a relationship, and it is the same thing with my client work or with my business. So just a reminder that just because you get an invitation doesn't mean that you need to say yes to it.

The next thing I learned about burning out, and I'm still trying to learn this, is, and if you're anything like me, I have no doubt that you have parts of you that can push. Like, you want me to run a half marathon? I will do it.

Will something happen to my body? Probably yes. You might remember a boot knee and I fractured my foot and it was because I pushed myself to run five miles even though I hadn't ran since before I was pregnant, which like at the time was, I don't know, a year and some change before that. Just out here thinking I'm an athlete, used to be an athlete and...

Caitlan Siegenthaler (44:26.114)
Yeah, fractured my foot from overuse, stress fracture, shabam. So still learning this lesson around burnout. And I think one thing that's hard to navigate is I'm protective of not wanting to burn out, but I also don't wanna swing too far in the other direction of like never doing anything or going more into.

a downward hole, more depressed hole. And so it's a lot to navigate and to feel that as a projector, as probably anyone, as a human in this world.

I am so grateful for you. I hope that you can use this episode as a reframe, like a restart to remember that you're not behind, you're aligned. And I would love, love, love to sit down and look at your energetics with you in a deep dive session. I think that's the best place to start in the work with me. It's 90 minutes and we sit down.

We look at your chart, we look at what in your business, like your offers or your strategy or what little thing needs some tweaking, needs your human design energetics behind it. And then we look at the parts that are going to stop you from doing that, right? You can know all of the things you need to know about who you are and how you quote unquote should show up to be in alignment, but there's gonna be those parts that don't believe it. And that's where we do the magical work.

Or if you're ready to start making aligned decisions today, I created a next level decisions private podcast for you for free. It combines your decision-making type and human design. talks about intuition. It talks about making decisions from an aligned place. It talks about the parts of us that typically tend to show up in decision-making. Link is in the show notes. Go ahead and grab it. It is free. could be better. I am also going to do a little something of I can't tell you what's coming but there is something forming behind the scenes. A new rhythm, a space where rest is strategy and alignment that's not just a buzzword. I'm not ready to say much yet but if you've ever wished for a space that's matched your energy instead of drain it

You're gonna wanna stay close and I can't tell you exactly what's coming, but I can tell you this. It's small, it's intentional, and it's designed for you. So I'm very excited about that. Stay tuned, it's likely coming early fall. Thank you so much for being here. Thank you so much for listening. If you loved this episode, share it with a friend. Throw it in your newsletter.
