Ali von Paris is a dynamic entrepreneur with a deep-rooted passion for creativity, community, and heritage. Raised in a family with a rich legacy of entrepreneurship—her great-great-grandfather founded Von Paris Moving and Storage over a century ago—Ali learned from an early age the values of perseverance, dedication, and the importance of family. These principles have guided her throughout her life and career, inspiring her to carve out her own path while honoring the traditions of those who came before her.

Ali’s entrepreneurial spirit took flight when she founded Route One Apparel while still in college. However, her story is much more than just the success of her brand. Ali embodies the essence of a visionary leader who is not afraid to take risks, embrace challenges, and push boundaries. 

Rachel has worked as a home inspector for over a decade, and she loves educating herself and our clients through her work. She started inspecting because her Dad, who became an inspector when he got out of the Army, told her she’d love it, and she did! They worked together for over a decade until he retired. Outside of work, Rachel loves going on bike rides with her husband and taking their three rescue dogs on hikes in the woods. When she’s not inspecting, you’ll find her answering questions about homes and inspections at home buyer and seller seminars and teaching continuing education classes for Realtors around Maryland. She also serves on the Howard County Association of Realtors Board of Directors as Chair of the Education Committee, and is the Maryland Governor’s Appointee to the Commission of Appraisers and Home Inspectors.
