EP 1: What’s YOUR Next Level? The First Step to Create Exactly What You Want Starting Right Now

“You are made of limitless possibility and your calling is forward.”

What if you didn’t land here by accident? What if you auditioned for this life and won? In this first episode of HER NEXT LEVEL, I invite you into the design studio of your own life and ask you the one question that changes everything: What would you love? Not what’s logical. Not what’s responsible. Not what fits inside the old systems. But what you would actually love in your health, your relationships, your money, your career, your freedom. This episode marks the evolution from Girls Who Recover into a bold, unapologetic space where I support extraordinary women like you who are done playing small and ready to create your next level of personal and professional success.

In this kickoff conversation, we jump all the way in. What you can expect:

  • Zone of Excellence vs. Zone of Genius
You’ll learn how to tell the difference between being successful and being aligned, and how to recognize when it’s time for you to shift into the work and life that make you feel fully alive.

  • Dismantling the Patriarchal Playbook
You’ll hear how to stop climbing ladders that were never built for you and begin co-creating your success in a way that honors your power, your identity, and your desires.

  • The Four Core Areas of Your Next Level
You’ll walk through the four areas that shape your life including health, love, career and creative expression, and freedom around time, money, and identity, and you’ll see how one intentional shift can change everything.

  • The Question That Unlocks Everything

You’ll learn how asking “What would I love?” activates clarity, momentum, and manifestation, and begins collapsing the distance between where you are and what’s possible for you.

This episode is my invitation to you to stop postponing the life you are here to live. To stop medicating, numbing, shrinking, over-functioning, and over-proving. And to start remembering who you are and whose you are.

If you’re a founder, leader, entrepreneur, creative, or a woman who makes a difference and you are ready to break through your upper limits and glass ceilings, I’m personally inviting you to a complimentary Next Level 1:1 conversation with me.

With high-touch support, you’ll get clear on what your next level actually is, identify what’s in the way, and create aligned, powerful next steps tailored specifically to you and your next level of personal and professional success. You’ll leave with clarity, courage, and momentum designed around your vision and your capacity. Schedule our conversation here.

You are here on purpose.

You are here to expand into your next level.

And you have full permission and limitless possibility to create an extraordinary life that makes a difference for yourself, for others, and for the world.

Hey gorgeous.

I love you.

I'm so proud of you.

And I believe in your ability to create a next level life you love.

Welcome to her next level with Dana Hunter Fradella. Where founders, leaders, and women who make a difference go to create your next level of personal and professional success. I'm your host, Dana Hunter, Transformational success coach for exceptional women. And I'm on a mission to remind you of your limitless possibility and to show you how to create your next level so that it feels as good as it looks. Follow the show, my friend. Grab your iced coffee and turn up the volume to create her next level. Let's go. Well, hello, gorgeous. We're back. I have definitely put this off until the very last minute, and welcome to her Next Level podcast. It's happening and I am so excited that you are here as we transition from girls who recover to her next level. And today we are going to talk about four things. So I'm gonna give you a little bit of welcome because if you know, you know, many of you have transitioned from girls who recover and you're coming over for her next level. And many of you are new and I wanna welcome you, welcome home. Welcome to your next level. I'm so excited and thrilled that you are here. I'm grateful. I know that time is our most precious resource, and I wanna send you my biggest love and appreciation for spending some of yours with me. So the second thing is, what is this? What is this podcast? What is next level? What do you mean? The third thing is why we're shifting. And the fourth thing is what you can do to create your next level. And I'm flagging just like I used to do, wrote down my notes and my notebook. And may abandon them completely. But first things first. Hi. I am Dana Hunter. FI am your biggest fan. I'm so proud of you, and my biggest mission with her next level is to help you create yours, your next level of personal success, your next level of professional success, your success from the inside out. If you are a woman in this world, especially if you're here to make a difference for other women. Who am I and why are we here? You probably already know me. We're probably already Busies. I'm Dana Hunter Ella. I'm a leadership and transformational life coach for women who make a difference. I'm a mom of three wild girls, Ava, and at this recording is 10, Audrey is eight, and Alyssa Wild. Alyssa is five. I'm also a very hot wife to a man named Brent, and we have been married. We're still about to celebrate 12 years of marriage coming up in April. I'm very proud of us for that. We live in New Orleans, and I got here by a very interesting journey through being raised in Eastern Kentucky and going to school at Vanderbilt in Tennessee, and then taking the Teach for America trip to Baltimore. By the way, if any of this resembles your path, if we have anything in common. I want you to text me or DM me on Instagram that my text number is in the show notes and let me know what we have in common. I wanna hear from you. And then I went from Tennessee to Baltimore, Maryland, which is amazing. And then Baltimore to Europe, and then Europe to New Orleans. So it's what a long, strange, and beautiful trip that it's been. But I've been in New Orleans for set. Oh my gosh. June will be 17 years and it is my favorite. City in the world and what a blessing to be able to live in your favorite city in the world. Who gets to do that? Me. I do. Ha ha. Okay. What else? You heard? I did Teach for America and my career has been in education, so two things that maybe could be helpful for you to know is for a very long time, I've been a coach forever, especially, I'm the oldest of four. I was coaching my siblings, I'm coaching my friends, and I'm a board coach. I'm a board coach, and so that is my work in the world. That is my purpose and specifically. For women in the world, specifically for women who were here to make a difference. I hope I can say that loud enough and enough times for you to hear it, because if you're listening your assignment, your job here is to make a difference for yourself, your family, and other women in the world. My career until the last few years when I launched my coaching and speaking and podcasting business was in education and at Vanderbilt. Majored in Women's Studies and French and decided that I was gonna go Teach for America. I'm so grateful that I did. I taught high school French in the middle of Baltimore City, and I was an exceptional teacher. I like to say to people when they're like, what do you do? I'm a leadership and life coach for women, and I'm really good at what I do, and that's true because I'm gonna tell you in just a beat about some of the things my clients have done and they're pretty spectacular. Well, I was a spectacular teacher. It was an accident. I had no interest in being teach teacher. In fact, when I was applying for Teach for America. I was also the president of my sorority ad pi. Shout out, if you're an ad pi sister, let me know. And my sorority sisters were like, but Dana, what is happening right now? You don't even like kids. But I had to have a backup plan because I bombed my LSAT and I thought I was gonna go to law school, and that was the path. But my brain has never been logical. Or analytical or any of the things that are required by effective attorneys. I have many clients that are attorneys and we just, our brains are a little different, which is why I'm a great coach for them'cause I help them see things differently. But I could not get it together to pass the LSAT in a, in a, a steamable fashion. So my plan B was, we're gonna teach for America even though we didn't really like kids at the time. So I hope you're not here for logic. Or reasonability, because we're not gonna be talking about any of that. We're gonna be talking about how to trust the universe and to put our action, our momentum, our alignment, our spirit, our energy forward so that we can create a light that we are obsessed with. A light that is extraordinary, that makes a difference for ourselves and our families and the women around us. So as a part of that education career. I was immediately advanced into leadership. So I'm coaching new teachers as a second year teacher, and then I'm in a leadership program to run a school, and then I'm running a school, a high school in the middle of Baltimore City, and all my dreams are coming true. So I've. LED students and teachers and school leaders. And then I was coaching principals and a superintendents and always be coaching. Always be coaching. I need a T, somebody send me a t-shirt that says hashtag Always be coaching. Because honestly, I cannot stop myself. My coach is like, Hey, listen, if someone doesn't ask you for coaching, you don't need to give it to them. So we're working on that always. It's progress, not perfection. And I've always honestly been obsessed with women. I love us. I think we're amazing. I have two incredible sisters. My mom is about the most badass woman you have ever met in your life. She is a trailblazer. She is a wild woman. She is brilliant. She is a surgeon. She created an incredible family for most of the time as a single parent, and she is one of my biggest role models. So thanks Mom. Dunno if you're listening, but if you are, I love you. And also you heard I was in a sorority, so I have an affinity. For amazing, incredible women, and I've always had really close girlfriends who are incredible, not many of them, but a few really powerful, intimate relationships with women who are just out of this world. Amazing. I love you all so much. And then I found as a teacher, I was very much drawn to supporting the girls in my classroom. And so. I coach debate. I love the girls that I coach, debate. I had a women's, uh, girls club. I had a women in social justice class that I taught. I was always really, really drawn to. And as of course, in education, guess what? Most teachers are women. So I got a chance to teach and coach lots of women throughout my day as specifically women in leadership who were advancing from teaching to leading and then leading to Empress. Women who were transitioning from school leadership to superintendentship and beyond. All that to say, by the way, God was like, oh, you like women, do you? Here's three girls. Good luck. So that, that's why I have three girls. We definitely tried for a boy. I try to convince my husband to have one more. Maybe we could do a boy, but honestly, we're so tired. We're just tired a lot. Okay. Anybody with kids, you know? And the next thing you should know about me and many of you do since we just left the podcast, girls Who Recover is on December the 18th of 2009, I got sober and it wasn't by choice. It was really because I had no other options. I was not sober, curious. I did not think sober. Hashtag sober is sexy, like this whole new movement, God bless you all who are sober, curious and who are sober is sexy. I was not sexy and I was not curious. I was literally on the verge of dying by suicide and uh, or homicide. Who knows? And I was saved by the recovery movement, which is why I feel so grateful to continue to be a part, very active part of that movement, and also to have supported that as a part of my previous podcast. Girls Who Recover. So Za, if anybody in the community is sober, let me know. I love you. If you're recovering from something else, let me know. I love you. But that is not what we're here to talk about. We're done talking about recovery. So what are we talking about? Her next level is an. Evolution that is mirroring my own growth in the world. What do you know? And it's the next level of what we started in The Girls Who Recover Movement. It's going to be and already is. So many of you have reached out to me in excitement like, when's it coming out? When's the podcast? When are you coming back live? When are you gonna be in the group? And I'm here to tell you what's today it's happening. And her next level is. Specifically a space for extraordinary women who make a difference. And you're not just in it to win it for yourself. You are in it to expand your own capacity to create, to receive, to become, to remember. So that other people can benefit. Maybe it's your own daughters, maybe it's your family, maybe it's your community. Maybe it's the people that you work with. Maybe it's the city that you live in, but you're here not just for yourself. You're here to make a difference for other humans in the world and specifically women.'cause that's who we love the most. You're probably gonna hear me say this a lot, uh, so I'm just gonna go ahead and get it on the first episode. Love men so much, but fuck the patriarchy. And what that means is I am so over women being caged in a system that was not built by or for them. And so the whole podcast, we're gonna be talking about feminism, we are gonna be talking about. Power. We're gonna be talking about identity, and we're going to be discussing what it means to be a woman in the modern day world with big dreams and big capacity and limitless possibility, and how to navigate that in a world bit built for and by men, specifically white men. Now I'm married to a white man. He's fabulous. So I'm not here to attack anybody individually that because A, that never works, don't attack each other. It's a no. We're a hard no on that. It works 0% of the time to attack somebody, somebody. So you're never gonna hear me or anybody in this community do that. If you're doing that, give yourself an invitation to stop because it's a waste of your energy and totally ineffective, even when you feel like it might be making a difference. It's not. So we're not here to attack people. We're here to question, investigate, interrogate, and get really curious about the systems, the beliefs, the mindsets that we've been operating in as women. So you'll hear, you'll hear me say like, oh, I'm maybe being an honorary man, or We're in a patriarchal system and just know the patriarchy is a set of systems and beliefs and ideas that are set up to favor men. Specifically white men, if I haven't said that enough. Okay. So we're going to work together to possibly dismantle those systems and definitely navigate our way through so that we can come here and be exactly who we were created to be. And you are created to be a difference maker. If you are a woman in the world right now, you have a purpose and an assignment, and it is. To make a difference difference for yourself and for other people. No particular order for that. It's a space. This podcast girl at her next level is for women to feel excited about expanding, to grow, to evolve into whatever your next level is in life and love and health and career and money and healing and sex and all the things. So her next level, my coach, my business coach is like, let's. General, and I said, yeah, that's great. That means we can talk about whatever we want. Are you excited? Because everything, including you, including your dreams, including every area of your life, has a next level. And if you're taking another breath right now, your calling is forward. Your calling is forward to create that next level. I do wanna say why a, a little bit more about why we shifted. Why am I shifting? Why did I, why did I decide? Okay, girls to recover was, I mean, she was slaying the day she was top 5%. We had these incredible ghost guests, almost said ghosts, probably ghosts. Every single day I was getting like 5, 6, 10 people pitching themselves to be on the podcast because you guys made that so successful. And just because something is successful doesn't mean that it's right, and it doesn't mean that it's aligned and it doesn't mean that we have to start keep doing it just because it's successful. Part of my. Uh, we're gonna also be talking about human design. I'm gonna out myself, it is my new favorite thing. I'm being educated to become a reader. All of my clients get human design support, and we're gonna be talking about human design all the time because it is a blueprint for how we are set up in the world. So if you do not know your human design, I want you to DM me or text me right now. We're gonna look it up together. It is so important if you are trying to create your next level, which if you're listening to this podcast, you are okay, but why did we leave girls who recover and why her next level? It's all about alignment. And listen, I've been in the personal development space for a long time and I've heard this word, alignment, alignment, alignment, and it never landed with me. The only thing I thought about when I heard alignment was I have a program with Goodyear and my tires because I live in New Orleans, just outside, and New Orleans is the best city in the world. But has really terrible roads and streets because of the infrastructure. That's a whole different podcast. Mayor of New Orleans, Helen Moreno, if you wanna come in to to the podcast and talk about the next level of you in New Orleans, you are welcome somebody at Helena on this show. Anyway, I have a really great. Auto policy on my tires. And my point that I'm making is I take my car into the Goodyear often to get my tires realigned, which means they're all moving in the same direction and I don't have to like hold the steering wheel at a weird angle to get the car to go straight. Has anybody ever done that? No. Just me. We're on the interstate and my husband is like, why is your wheel at such a weird angle? Okay, it's time for an alignment. And that is exactly what was happening. I love girls who recover and frankly went through a grieving and mourning period. I was crying on a walk with my podcast mastermind sisters. I'm like, I feel like I love lost someone. So important to me. And I was grieving because girls who Recover was so special to me, and I know it was for so many of you, and it was not in alignment with where I was going. It wasn't in alignment with the women that I was serving as clients, and it wasn't in alignment with what I wanted to be talking about anymore. So. Send me a DM or text me if you've ever heard of the book by Gail Gay Hendricks called The Upper Limit. We're gonna be talking about that book. I might even be starting a book study, so if you're interested in jumping in that, let me know. But Gay Hendricks talks about your zone of excellence and your zone of genius, and so wanna break that down for you. This is not on the script, but it's important. Your zone of excellence, which is. Is where I have lived most of my life, and maybe you have to. It's where you get into something and you're good at it. And you're, you might even win awards. You might make a bunch of money. You're really, really good at it and you kind of sort of like it because you're good at it and you've probably been doing it for a while, which is, wow, you got good at it. And that's me. I got, was really good at teaching Maybe. I might even argue now I'm reflecting on it. That could have been my zone of genius. Had I stayed more than three years, being a school leader was a zone of excellence. I was an excellent school leader, albeit very young and very, very, um, open to making mistakes and learning from them. And in my consultancy as a coach and in my career in corporate education, I was excellent at what I did. And there's a difference though, between your zone of excellence. Take your breath with me and your zone of genius. And I was not operating in my zone of genius. So your zone of genius is what you were built for. It's what you're made for, and you're not just excellent at it. It sends you out into the universe. You were so extraordinary. And it's also about the way that you're built. That's why I mentioned human design. It's about your purpose. Which is a sign to you. You feel it in your bones and it's where you are the most effective and the most successful and the most alive. I wanna say this again, your zone of genius. My zone of genius is where I feel most alive. I'm noticing that I'm in the zone of genius right now'cause I feel so alive with you right now. Thank you for that. I noticed though, that girls who recover, we did talk a lot about recovery. For good reason. I've been in recovery for 16 plus years and it's easy for me to talk about. I've been active in the recovery community for a very long time. It's easy for me, and because I've done it for so long and so steadily and so consistently, I would say I'm excellent at it. Not that there are any awards to be won in the recovery community. Except for being grateful that I get to have another day of life, which I was not on track for, but around October of last year, I realized I was not feeling fully alive. The other thing I realized is that I'm a, I'm a one-on-one high touch success coach for women, and none of my clients needed support and recovery from, first of all, I don't coach people that are just getting sober. There is a free movement for you that you should spend. Multiple years in before you can, you know, wanna work with me. I'm sure other coaches will take you, but I know that there's opportunity for you to get so much transformation and mentorship for free and I support that. Do that please. First. Um, and, but I was realizing that my first year plus in coaching, most of my clients were in recovery. Now. They were long-term recovery, two years, five years, 20 plus years. And as I grew as a coach, I realized I'm, we're not having conversations about recovery. We're having all of these conversations about how you're creating your next level and whatever it is that you came for. Supports that could be career, it could be health goals, it could be financial goals. Most of it is an internal experience that you want to manifest external results that look a little different than they are right now. You heard. And also, frankly, I do recovery work for fun and for free, and I do a lot of it. And I didn't feel good about mixing recovery with business. Just that didn't feel aligned for me. Recovery is free. It always has been. It always should be. So if you're paying someone to be a sober coach, just know. I think that's a little bit weird, especially since there is a free recovery movement with incredible people in it. And that's my opinion. And it doesn't have to be yours. So this. Is aligned. The women that I'm coaching and the women that I've been coaching for the last year or so, we've been talking, not about recovery, but we've been talking about creating businesses and actually creating them and starting podcasts and actually starting them and going for promotions and receiving them and manifesting. Huge amounts of money. One of my very first clients, she manifested and manifested. All that means is you get clear on what you would love and then you bring it into reality. Okay? People use the word woo. I need you to use the word metaphysics. Please don't let yourself use the word woo, and please correct other people who are using Woo because woo discounts the credibility of metaphysic of metaphysics. And the science and structure and energy behind how things are brought into reality. And if you don't like metaphysics, this probably is not the right podcast for you because we're gonna be talking about it a lot. This is not a podcast where we're gonna be talking about how to work the system and climb the ladder and do things the man's way, right? Very logical, very reasonable. We are going to be talking about how to work with the powers of the universe and your own personal desires in the center of your spirit, in the center of your heart, to create everything you've ever wanted, and then some so you can make a difference for yourself, your family, and your community and this world. Because right now, the world needs you to be a difference maker, and that is the purpose of this podcast. And so I'm shifting out of my zone of excellence, which happens to be recovery only because I've done it for a long time into the zone of genius, which is help women collapse time, recognize their power and limitless possibility, and then create it, and then go for it. And we do it arm in arm, high touch with support, with mentorship. Accountability with love, with remembering who you are so that my clients have been able to make an extra$70,000 or get the corner office in the law firm in the, in the French Quarter. Or take the trip and then take another trip to Australia. When before we met, you didn't even believe you could travel, and now you're a global traveler. Those are the kind of women that I get to work with. Now, we're not talking about setback to come back. We're talking about how to grow your business from$5,000 to. Six figures and then we're doing it. So this isn't talk therapy. My friends, God bless the therapist, I have many of them. This is transformation, which is taking you where you are now, which is a certain level of greatness, and creating your limitless possibility at the. Everything you've ever wanted so that you can serve the world, so that you can make a difference, so that you can be a role model so that you can help women close things like the equity gap, the income gap, the healthcare gap, so that we can really get ourselves feeling good about what modern feminism sounds like, so that women have not just the same access and the same rights and the same opportunities, but a system and a world and of. Family and relationships and careers that are built by and for them with us in mind, by and for us. Woo. None of that's on the script. Okay. The other thing is I'm about help clients do build a real estate team. That has been super fun. Lose 30 pounds without ever talking about calories, because weight loss is an internal experience. It's never gonna happen on the external when you're chasing calorie counts and macros. I mean, you could do it that way, but we know that that's not sustainable. Everything that I do to support women is always an inside out game. So we're never gonna be going for it. We're never gonna be chasing it. We're going to be creating it internally, embodying the identity, and remembering who you are and what's possible for you. And then we're going to move into the world one beautiful, align, powerful action at a time so that it falls at your feet. And my favorite message to receive from clients is, Dana. You're never gonna believe what happened except for I do believe.'cause it happens all the time. There's a recipe for transformation. There's a recipe for manifestation, and it starts with knowing who and whose you are. You are connected to the spirit of the universe. You are not here by accident. You have an assignment, you have a purpose. A coach of mine this weekend sat us all down, looked us in the eyes and said, you know, I've often wondered what if. Before I came to this planet, before I came to this body, before I came to this experience, I, among infinite number of souls, had to audition for this life, had to audition for this experience, had to audition for this adventure. What would I do different? If you knew you had to audition before you even got here to play this role of the woman that you are, what would you be doing differently? What would you be doing less of? What would you be doing more of? Where would your ovaries be? Your bravery, your courage. Probably be a little more than that, right? Because you beat out a bunch of people to get here, and we need to start acting like we are on purpose. We need to start remembering the identity of who we are, what we came to, what we've come to create, and whose we are. A daughter of the divine, a piece of the master, a masterpiece, some of the one, you are the divine, you are connected, and we're gonna start acting like it together on her next level. So in a nutshell, her next level and I, we are here to help women remember who they are and to stand in their own permission to stand in their own presence. And to stand in their own power so that you can realize your limitless possibility. I didn't write any of that down. That just came from my soul. That is what we're here to do. Presence, permission, possibility, and power. The four Ps of her next level. So let's get into it. You have an assignment, you have a life work assignment. I'm a life leadership and success coach, and so I don't give homework. I give life work. You are here to live more fully. You're here to create your next level of life, both personally and professionally and everywhere that matters. And in order to do that, in order to create manifest. To receive, to become, to allow to welcome everything you've ever wanted. It all starts with one question in the design studio of your life. So I'm gonna ask you to take a deep breath in with me and then say it out. Ah. Oh, that feels so good. And I want you to imagine in your mind's eye and in your spirit's heart that you are taking a big step into the most beautiful design studio you've ever experienced. And it's the design studio of your life. And in that design studio, you have to answer one question, one question. And for today's episode, I want to invite you not to bring in your whole life. Although if you have lots of time or extra time, you can. But I want you to pick one area of your life that if and when it shifts, it will make a difference everywhere else. It'll make the biggest difference for you and everyone that you are here to serve. I'll give you some examples of areas in your life that might need a next level upgrade. Are you ready? So as I list these, I want you to be thinking about what is the one area in my life that if it shifted to next level, everything else could change? The first is health and wellness. You have heard health is wealth, and that is gold. And health means the health and the vitality and the excitement to live. In your body, in your mind, and in your spirit, and all of those three things are required. I'm not a mindset coach. I think the mind is boring. I think the mind is here so that we can train it with the spirit and the heart, and that our body is the same way to be trained with the spirit and the heart. I'm a transformation coach, so in order to transform, I hope that you don't want the step by step model because there isn't one Transformation collapses time and matches you with your limitless possibility so that you welcome in. A body that feels fully alive, a mind that's totally clear and unattached to things like mental illness or age and stage, and you aren't subscribing to diagnoses that people have given you that are temporary, but you've decided to take them on forever. We're gonna be done with that. I'm gonna get up on the box and tell you, I might as well say this in the very first episode, so you aren't confused about what I believe we are over. Medicated. We are overdiagnosed. We are over ill, we are over diseased. We are disconnected from our own health and vitality and from each other and our purpose in the world. And the next level of this is you remembering what is possible when you stop listening to what other people are saying and start listening to what your body is asking you for, and getting these cycles and rhythms connected to each other where your mind feels clear and your body feels good, and your spirit is. Fully alive. This podcast is all about creating your success from the inside out, which means we are gonna be talking about your soul and your spirit and the universe and God, and whatever you call it. She doesn't care. She doesn't mind what you call it. Her. Where are we going? I lost myself. We're over medicated. And so when we think about our next level in health and wellness, if you're taking a bunch of medications, maybe your next level could be. You are medication free and you have never felt better in your life. Now again, I'm not a doctor. My siblings are, I am not. My mom is, I'm not, I'm not qualified, and I'm not telling you to get off your meds without support, but I am making a systemic observation that we as a society and women in general are overmedicated. Every conversation that I've been having recently, women are talking about their antidepressants, their anxiety meds. They're talking about their. Ozempic or peptides or whatever the fuck they're ingesting, injecting in their face. And I'm noticing, and again, this isn't an individual judgment, this is a systemic issue. So if you are taking that or subscribing to that, I love you and that's wonderful, and that's a beautiful choice that you've been able to make for yourself. But if you knew that a set, I don't, again, I'm pulling this from the statistics, from no statistics except for my anecdotal. So somebody do the research or I'll do it myself, but almost a hundred percent of every woman that I know is taking some sort of medication. That seems to me that that's a problem. I mean, that seems problematic to me. Okay, I'm gonna keep moving. We'll do a whole episode on that. If you feel strongly about this, please hit. She's hit me up either way. If you hate it, that's fine. Let me know too. This is a safe space for us to disagree, but when we're thinking about our next level and you think about your mind and your body and your spirit, that could be a way that you might wanna create your next level. Maybe you have weight that you're ready to trade for wisdom, a client, one of my recent clients lost, I think she hit her. She lost almost 30 pounds. Through our conversations together, I'm not a weight loss coach. We did not talk about scale. We did not talk about. We did not talk about all the things that maybe your nutrition coach is talking about or whatever. We didn't talk about any of that. We asked one simple question, what are you holding onto that needs to be released? Because don't, please don't misunderstand. Our extra is just extra stuff we're holding onto our extra weight, our extra bad moods. All that extra stuff is inviting you to ask yourself the question, what is ready to be released, and then watch what happens. Okay. Totally separate episode. We'll do one promise and your wellness. So health and wellness. The second area is love and relationships. Love and relationships. So that's your partner, that's your husband, that's your girlfriend, that's your boyfriend, that's your wife. Maybe it's your mom and dad. Maybe it's your kids. Maybe it's your neighbors. Maybe it's your grandkids. It's the relationships that you love and care about the most if you have them. And if you don't have them and you're feeling disconnected or isolated. Then it's the ones that you are here to create. With people who love and adore you so deeply, you can barely even stand it, the kind of love that you absolutely are here to experience. The third area is your career and your creative expression. So what you're here to do in the world for work. Maybe it's you're a business owner, you're an entrepreneur, maybe you're an attorney, maybe you're a corporate, maybe you're a teacher, whatever you are, your career, and if you're retired or you don't work, like some of my clients. Then it's your creative expression in the world. It can also be that if you have a profession as well, what are you here to create in this world? Because you're not supposed to retire and then just be done with life. You're here to create. We're all here to create, be co-creators of our own experience. The last area, and I typically coach on four, is freedom and it's three types of freedom, time, freedom. Which means you get to do whatever you want for your calendar and your calendar's not bossing you around and no boss is bossing you around and you get to decide what your week looks like. The second is money freedom. Super important. We're always gonna be talking about money because money is power. Money is how you make a difference. Money is how you make even more of a difference. No, it doesn't buy happiness, but it's gonna buy some. It's gonna buy some opportunity, it's gonna buy some adventure. I'm not making any bones about money and wealth because I think we all deserve more of it. And we are here to talk about exactly how to create more money, freedom, financial freedom. And the third part of freedom is identity. This freedom to know exactly who you are and what you love, and what you stand for, and what you care about, and be totally unapologetic about it and how you move through the world. And I hope to be an example of that. Your assignment is to pick one of those areas, the one that would make the most difference for you, and write down the question, what would I love? What would I love? What would I love? You may need to ask the question multiple times. What would I love? I like to close my eyes and put my hand on my heart and ask my heart space. What would I. Love. And remember, today you're picking one area, so we're not gonna do whole life. If you want support walking through a whole life audit, definitely reach out and we can get a complimentary conversation on the books. But for today, pick the area that will make the most difference in your life, in your career, in your health, and your relationships, and your time, and your money, and your identity. And then take a deep breath, hand on heart and ask your spirit, what would I love, what would I love? And then sit with it. I sometimes will sit with that question for three to five minutes. Just to notice what comes through in human design, I have splenic authority, which means it comes pretty quickly, comes through my emotional authority sisters. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer for it to come through, so there's no pressure, there's no rush, there's no hustle or grind. There's a simple, gentle, open question, what would I love? And give yourself permission not to just listen to this podcast and then ask yourself, and then move on to the next thing. But really whenever you're in car line or you have a little break at work or you're on your walk, you can write this down, you can put it in your notes section of your phone. You can voice record, which is one of my favorite things. Raise your hand if you've ever gotten a voice memo from me, they're my favorite. And just start talking. Just start writing and see what comes through. You want it to be down, first of all, out of your head and into the ether, and you want it to be specific, and you want it to be exciting, and you want it to be positive. So, for instance, I was coaching a client and she said, I wanna be out of pain. And remember, we get typically what we ask for, and our words are spells in many respects. And so instead of saying, I want out of pain. What might be the opposite of pain? What would you love instead? You wouldn't love pain for sure. You would love comfort, ease. To be able to move freely, to be able to live fully, to have plenty of energy, to have flexibility, to be able to go on that run. What would you love? And we'll get as specific as we can. We'll keep it as positive as we can, because remember, we're calling that in as we speak it. As we write it, we're welcoming it in, and we're clarifying for our mind, our body, and our spirit, what we would love. Now, there's a lot that comes after that. That's why we're having a whole podcast about this. For today, I wanna personally invite you to do the life work. Write it down, voice memo it, and bonus if you send it to, I would love to. Hold it with you and amplify its power, and then also send you some feedback and encouragement. And so I'm going to include text message number in the show notes. You can also DM me on Facebook or Instagram as as this recording is published, and I would love to message you back. I wanna hear your answer to the question, what would I love? Because. There's no question in my mind, this is where we start. So if you're thinking to yourself, I don't even know what my next level is, or I know what it is, but it's so big and I don't even know what to do to create it, we're all gonna start here with this simple question. What would I love? And we're gonna get super specific and we'll get it down on paper, in the phone, in the voice memo. So that we start to manifest, which remember is bringing something from nothing. And so we're pulling this out of the dream space, the design studio, the center of our spirits. The center of our heart and we're giving ourselves brave permission to get clear on what we would love. And I wanna say something else because I had a potential client come up to me and say, I really would love to work with you and I don't know what I would love. And I looked at her and I did my little head til to the left, and I said, I'm gonna challenge you on that. You do know what you love. Maybe you're just afraid to say it out loud. Maybe you're just afraid you'll never, never be able to create it. Maybe you're just afraid. We know what we would love, and if you want support with determining or clarifying what you would love, send me a dm. Let's get you a one-on-one complimentary conversation on the calendar so that you and I can clarify. For your spirit, for your mind, for your heart. The answer to the question, what would I love? Ladies and ladies, that's it for today. I'm so proud of you, proud of me, and I'm proud of me for doing what I support my clients to do and for getting the support that I needed to bust through the walls of doing something new and making a pivot and really going for what I know in my heart we are here to do. It's scary. It's scary to change. So I just wanna acknowledge that shifting and changing and upgrading and evolving and creating your next level is scary, and that's great news. So I'm reminding you and I'm reminding me at the same time, scary means we're on the edge of our comfort zone and we are positioning ourselves to grow, to expand, to evolve, to become, to remember who we are and whose we are and what the next level of limitless possibility can and will look like for us. So as I close out, I wanna appreciate you again for your time today. I wanna invite you to send me your answer to the question, what would I love? And if you are looking for. Hi, touch.
