You’re not alone when things go wrong

Escape, evade and avoidance? How are you confronting your missteps?

When stress creeps in, allow yourself to sit in discomfort and ask why

Blame happens. Who are we blaming and what it takes to course correct

Replacing negative emotions with something positive to do a 180 in your day

Where is your emotional home? When you numb out the good with the bad.

How the emotions behind the emotion are truly the problem

Metaperception, the root cause of most of our stress

Being too attached to an outcome. The stories in your head are strongholds to let go of

Can you really make everybody happy? How being a people pleaser is a recipe for disaster

Suffering is completely optional, going from a perpetual sufferer to reclaiming victory

The things you are running from will eventually catch you if you temporarily push them aside

Everything has a season. God has a plan that is at the perfect time and perfect place.

Are you being “self-helped” to death? Applying somebody else’s recipe for success rather than the divine order

Kicking dirt. Yelling at God asking why me? Why at this moment? We all have these moments, don’t throw in the towel.

There must be a discipline in what you do. You cant play God but you can listen to him

There is a physiological response to our thoughts and that is where it becomes dangerous

Detours will occur, trusting is other roads to get you where youre going

The “take it or leave it” attitude, why being stubborn about “who you are” can leave you feeling very alone at the end of the day

Is it just a moment? Or is this something that has been festering in you, chasing you down for a long time. Its time to finally do something about it.
