Dragon's Gold: The Magic of Mindset
Earn Your Stripes: Greg Fernando on Escaping the Cage and Prioritizing Results
Episode Summary:
Greg Fernando realized he was trading his time for someone else’s dream, and he felt caged in a job that used to be fun. He refused to accept the corporate grind and set out to build a business designed for freedom and focused entirely on results.
In this powerful episode, Greg shares the tactical moves he made to launch Merge Appraisal in a tough market. We dive deep into why relentless execution and a commitment to customer service—doing what others won't (like 5 a.m. inspections)—was the critical strategy for landing big accounts. Greg opens up about the "feast or famine" reality of early entrepreneurship, why focusing on results over effort is the key to getting a bigger piece of the pie, and how his vision for Merge Appraisal is his personal Dragon's Gold: a game he is mastering one inspection at a time.
Key Takeaways You’ll Hear:
• Why you must apply your strategy to results, not just effort or niceness (and how this scales).
• How a shameless, relentless approach to calling and emailing major accounts landed their biggest clients.
• The critical shift from feeling "caged up" in a job to building a dream that runs on your schedule.
• How focusing on fast turnaround time acts as the currency for scaling a service business quickly.
• The true meaning of building a "Simply the Best" legacy that honors your reputation through integrity.
Tools & Weapons:
• Dragon Mindset: Having to be a "dragon" (strong and powerful) to tackle difficult tasks, like early mornings.
• Make Your Own Luck: The philosophical reminder that luck is made, not waited for.
• Relentless Pursuit: The shameless commitment to pounding the phones until you get a call.
• The Eagle Analogy: Flying higher (ascent) instead of sinking to petty moments (crows).

Join Us on the Adventure:
relax. and gentlemen, welcome once again to another episode of Dragon's Gold, the magic of mindset. Today we have the great pleasure of having Greg Fernando, co-founder of Merge Appraisal, writing and inspecting hundreds of cars and opening their business three years ago in 2022, embarking on a journey all themself. I'm so excited to have you on the show. Thanks for joining us. Absolutely, my friend. Well, as I like to do, let's dive in. Where did it all begin for you? for you? huh? 2022, you know? The job market that I was in, very strong, which is the car industry, body shops, this and that, but I actually never worked inside a body shop. I was hired by a body shop to take care of dealerships. My job was to just make sure that when a customer came in, uh usually typically when a customer gets into a car accident, first thing they do is to call the dealership. Hey, where do I take my car? And that's when I step in. I bring the job in for the body shop. So I did that for about five years. uh It was fun. I had a great time. But, you know, I just felt caged up. You know, I wanted to do things always. Like my passion is to hang out with my brother and my cousins. We play golf, right? There's just been some weekends or some tournaments are during the week. By the way, I'm not a Very good golfer, I just enjoy the sport, okay? I mean, I'm no Tiger Woods, right? But just something was just missing, man. It's just, you know, the older you get, the harder it is. um I wouldn't say, not being coachable or nothing like that, uh it's just something just was missing, you know? I wasn't feeling myself anymore working for someone. You know, when you work for someone, that's their dream. I wanted my own dream. I wanted to do something for myself and for Trisha and for us to build something special. What makes us different? Our motto is we simply can do what others cannot. So if you need us to get to your place by 6 a.m., by golly, we're going to get there to meet with you. You know what I mean? The customer, the vehicle owner. Like today, I had an assignment yesterday. and this customer lives by Levi's Stadium in uh Santa Clara. And he said, hey, can you be here at 7 a.m.? We literally don't start working until eight, right? So I had to get up at five in the morning, which is fine, you know? Hopefully he writes me a Yelp review or something, but you know, not necessarily, but you know. But anyways, he had a huge meeting. He had to catch a flight. So I told him, look, Thank you for meeting with me. I'll be there by seven, because I know you got to catch your flight at nine, and you've got to go drop off with the kids to whatever you have to. But we do things like that. You know what I mean? And it feels good for me. Although I'm tired, you've got to do what's best for them. I mean, we don't need to have a website for our business, because we get our assignments from the insurance company. So we don't. It's not word of mouth or nothing like that. So you can't find me on any website. I don't have it, right? We don't need it. ask along the way and through the journey, through the automotive world and the experiences that you've had, seeing different facets or different viewpoints in the industry, what was it that made you choose writing insurance appraisals as the avenue or vehicle? Um, well it was, how do I say this? It was a natural, it was a natural way for me because I already knew the business, right? I mean, why go into something that you're not sure of going, you know what mean? I'm not gonna start a restaurant. I mean, I know nothing about restaurants, right? So you gotta pick that avenue that you already know, right? And comfortable with and I just didn't jump into this. to say, one day, I'm going to do it. Obviously, Trisha and I, we talk to other independent appraisers. You know what I mean? um How to get established, how to get accounts, what's the everyday grind like? Some day she'll have 10 assignments, some day she'll have five, some day she'll have two. You know what I mean? It takes a while to be consistent. You know what I mean? Like today, we did six. tomorrow we'll have three and then assignments can come all day long. Just like a restaurant, it's feast or famines. Some months are gonna be busy, some months not. So I chose this because it was a natural path that I could take because I've already known the business. I've been in the car industry for 20 something years and doing appraisals or doing body shop work, I've done it for 10. So it was the right route to take. know what I mean? Yeah. just stacking that experience, finding and doing your own research, looking into understanding what it would be to embark upon this journey yourself with your, you and your partner and, being able to do it for yourself and have your own schedule, although chaotic as it may be, right. Never knowing quite which assignments will come and what time they'll be requested. But, and, and based on the commitment that you as a company have made to do what others won't to to go that extra mile when people say, well, we don't, we don't start till eight, you know, like I can't do the inspection then. Like you made it happen, right? You did the things that other people wouldn't, right? You were, pivoted and adjusted and you made it happen. And while the assignments may not come about from the person, it may come from the insurance company, being able to get that in and beat that timeline, that window to hit that clock quickly based on what the customer's requested versus when you follow up, like, those stats stack up, right? And then you start getting noticed and you start getting called on more, you get more jobs and it just is this cycle that feeds itself, right? right, so like with that guy today, like with that vehicle owner today, you know what I mean? So he was going on a business trip, right? So I have three days to get this thing done. That's industry standard for the insurance. I said, Mr. Crestner, when are you gonna be coming back? He goes, I'll be gone for a week. I said, okay, can we do a drive-by? Because you can do a drive-by also and take pictures of the car, right? But I prefer the owner being there so he can tell me what happened. I can get an insight, right? what happened to the car? I need a story here because I got to write the report. but I can't tell the insurance company, hey, this guy's gone for 10 days. You know what I mean? He's like, well, why don't you go see him? So I'd rather not go that route. I'd rather just, what's a couple of hours early, right? So just do it. It's a new account. just want to make sure that I'm doing what I'm supposed to do. Right? I mean, you know. account, you do it because you want to maintain the reputation you've created, right? This guy is going to remember me down the road, I hope. You know what I mean? Or maybe the insurance company will be like, hey, how did Greg do? Right? You know, they'll probably call him or send him an email, which they do. You know what I mean? I'm hoping that at least, hey, know, Greg worked around my schedule. It was great. You know, that's all I could ask. But if he doesn't do that, whatever, you know. Greg, that key right there, what you just said, exactly. Yeah, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if they give you the accolade or not, right? At the end of the day, you did a good job. You did a great job. You went the extra mile. You know, when you look at yourself in the mirror, that you did your best and that you're constantly taking the effort to move yourself forward, to do well for others, to advance your company, right? And whether it's received or, and whether they respond to that in any way, good or ill, the reality is you still did the right thing. And that it's a reward, right? well that's the thing that makes you feel good as a business owner. You're working for yourself, you know? I mean, that's my paycheck. I'm gonna go get it. You know what I mean? I mean, you know, yeah. I'm getting money, so I'm gonna go get it. You know what I mean? And that's the other thing. You you gotta stay hungry, man. You gotta stay hungry. There'll be days you don't feel like going to work. We're all human, dude, I'm gonna go get it. You know what I mean? I mean, you know, yeah. know what I mean? And that's the other thing. You you gotta stay hungry, man. You gotta stay hungry. There'll be days you don't feel like going to work. We're all human, dude, you know? Brown, just, it was a wonderful thing. Thank you for making me think of it. I love Les Brown. You got to stay hungry. You got to be hungry. You got to be hungry. Yeah. No, it's true. hunger or drive, I'm not gonna say I wake up every morning and go, yeah, I'm going to work, you know? Who does that? Maybe when you have a good, yeah, okay. I stand corrected, Mr. Justin. Yeah. uh, yeah, every day, man. Every day I drag. I'm let's go. Like I am excited to be here today, bro. ah not saying like, it's boring, but no, you you gotta build your own excitement. You gotta build your own luck. You know what I mean? No such thing as luck. You make your own luck. uh My friend's dad, Mr. Cohen, rest in peace. He's the one that told me that a long time ago. He said, your own luck. And I'll forever remember that. I love it. So on this journey, it is a bumpy road and we do cross and have these uh trials and tribulations. We run the gauntlet. What are some of the things that you encountered along your journey that were bumpy. Gosh, the hardest part was in the beginning, still till today, because it's just trying to land more the bigger accounts, right? um That's the biggest thing. That's hard to do, right? I mean, we probably have 10 to 12 accounts now. um Three of those are heavy duty, I shouldn't say heavy hitting. um companies that give us assignments, right? I'm not going to name them. But, you know, we're starting to get... Yeah, yeah, yeah. We want to start... Well, I mean, I don't want my competition to know, right? Yeah. I mean, you know, they got to find it themselves like I did and Krisha did, right? Yeah. Go find it, guys. um So anyways... That was always the hardest part, know, starring, um not knowing, you know, when you're going to get the assignments. I I know the first year was really rough um trying to get accounts because I mean, in the beginning, you're going to get these smaller accounts, you know, that's going to give you not the best jobs. mean, I shouldn't be saying that, but you know, it's. Yeah. right? You gotta go through that system. like uh enough opportunity and also being able to help solve someone's problem. Right. I think that that is a gift that we have an opportunity that we have to be able to help someone. Right. And then when, when you do charge a premium for a service that you provide and you support and back that up, right. That is what allows you then to pay your employees and keep the power on and pay for the equipment and the specialized tools you need and the software and systems and all the other stuff that costs, right? Insurance, you know? Yeah. And so those, so being able to charge a fair rate for great work that you do and having pride in the work that you do, like that's powerful. And nobody wants to feel that their effort is wasted or squandered. And when you're investing that time and spinning your wheels, there's no real benefit or gain, ah it can be daunting, overwhelming. And you putting in all that work and effort in the beginning and dealing with the more difficult companies or the jobs that maybe didn't pay the bills the way you needed them to, it's putting in that time and effort and energy that you had to do to be able to create the relationships, to get in front of those other companies, to build the credibility that can get you into more doors and help other help other doors to open, right? yeah, you just you just got to do your assignments you have to get them done at a, the faster the better, I should say. You gotta get them done quickly, you know what mean? Yeah, yeah, you can't delay things, because they want it done. As a car owner yourself, most of these families, especially nowadays, most couples are sharing one car, moving to Redwood City. To get that accident, you gotta get that car going, The time is click. the faster we do things, the more assignments you're going to do. Turnaround time is the most important. You know what I mean? that's incredibly powerful. The idea when I hear you say that is it makes me think of the efficacy of your effort, right? How much effort you're putting in and what you're producing, what you're getting, right? Closing those out and being able to turn those inspections at a faster rate allows you then to do more inspections and the system feeds, right? So being efficient and being effective, uh in employing your time as a resource is incredibly powerful. Yeah, and what I've learned so far in my business is they don't care about effort. They don't care about how nice you are or your turnaround time. They just want results, period. You know what I mean? That's it, man. know? Just show me what you have and boom, you'll get more, right? You'll get more piece of the pie. Give me results. I don't care how nice you are, I don't care how fast you get it done, they just want results. If I'm gonna give you 20 assignments this week, I want them done. They already know that I'm gonna be doing it to my best with my ability, that, that, that. They know that because we've been interviewed, we were asked that. They want results, and that's what they tell you. You know what I mean? and when you can still get those results and be a good person at the same time, like that's incredibly powerful. you in the trenches, like you see these people, right. You see how it affects their life. You see, um, with a great amount of visibility, the impact that it has to their life and their family. And if you can be empathetic and you can genuinely do your best to help them within, within your control and, give good advice and help them to make a choice that is best for them. Like you're in, you're in a significant position of power and, one that has to be respected. this journey is not alone. We go along this quest with what we call the fellowship, right? uh Friends, mentors, allies, people that have helped you up or that you've brought with may ask, who would you consider someone in your fellowship? probably, you know, my partner, mean, Krisha, right? I mean, without her, I'm being honest, you know, she gave me that extra boost to start doing this, right? She's the one that kind of pushed me and you know, my wife, my biggest cheerleader, my biggest support system, you know, without those two, I mean, I'm the lucky one, right? And I'm just a guy who's trying to get up every day and trying to build this thing, you know, uh what I mean? So it would be my wife and Tricia to bring along. those are my two cheerleaders, my biggest support system in this journey I'm going through, right? And it's going to stay that way. And I don't need an entourage. You know what I mean? You don't, you know, I'm just laser focused on what I have to do, you know? to build it. so that comment I really I want to build on a bit when you talk about being laser focused putting your attention and intention on something and Really going at it a thousand percent, right? so I mean the intention is to grind every day. That's what I mean by laser focus. Doesn't matter if you're sick, you're tired, or you want to go on a trip, but you can't. You know what I mean? Right now, I'm the only one, right? I'm the only one doing the inspections until, you know, our next step, hopefully in the next coming years to hire a couple of guys, right? To start doing for us. So, the more accounts, the more you're gonna drive. So that's what we're looking at to next. that's what I'm just, so my focus is to keep building, to keep getting more accounts and to get more employees down the road. And you just picture it, right? You just picture it. You dream about it, you think about it, and the only way to do it is again, you just gotta be mentally tough, laser focused, right? that. I love that. goal. So we've talked about some growing pains in life, but I'm curious, is there a uh moment that we call the darkest hour? Is there a moment where you were going to throw in the towel or quit the business or something even more dramatic? Is there a moment that you recall in your life that would resonate there? And how did you overcome it? Not yet. And I'm blessed to say that. That not yet. I mean, how can you give something up right now? I mean, a couple of years really isn't much, right? Starting a business, you're gonna fail over and over again, right? I mean, you can't think about that, right? You just gotta stay positive, And, you know, your time will come. Yeah, I mean, look, man, there's some dark days, absolutely, you know, when the paycheck's not that nice. Everybody knows that you know, but you know, you just can't be afraid. You just got to keep pushing man. You got to peel the onion start rolling that big Circle rock every month, you know, you got to get it. You got to get it going So I've been lucky so far, know, I haven't had a dark moment yet You know because because I know that this thing is still new five years from now when I see you then I do you know, I've known you for 20 years and Luckily we ran into each other. Here's another thing guys, you can't screw anybody in your business, whatever it may be. Can't do it. Always kill people with kindness. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's really gonna bite you in the butt, down the road. So if things didn't work out for you from another company, just take it in the chin and go. That's my best advice for that. You're not gonna stay in one company for a long time. Everything's a stepping stone, right? I've heard it uh referenced and of recent I've noticed it actually even more. But the idea of uh eagles and crows, right? As an eagle, the only bird that's brave enough to assault the eagle is the crow and it gets on the back and it pecks it repeatedly. But instead of responding or fighting it off or flapping it off or freaking out, the eagle just flies higher. Higher ascent, right? And then hit that altitude, those crows just gasp and fall off. And that idea about just being an eagle and soaring higher, right? And not allowing yourself to sink to the petty moments. And I think of that in response to the comment about like, even if something doesn't go right, right? Just acknowledging that and moving on, but not being spiteful or vindictive, right? Because it's such a waste. the wrong mindset. You have that, you know, it's not good. It's not good. Not good at all. Yeah. And that comes with age. You know what mean? You're really outside as you get older. Yeah. Yeah, it does. It does. The comment of that youth is wasted on the young. It rings more and more true as I get more and more gray. So I'm gonna, I want to ask dragons gold. This is anything that might be an award or accolade or even just a mindset that you've achieved in your experiences through life. What would you consider dragons gold in your life? Merge Appraisal would be my Dragon's Gold because it's something that we're still building, right? It's still a dream, right? It's still new, right? It's an infancy stage. So there's a lot more room to grow in this business, right? I mean, I have more room to grow, right? I mean, for me, I'd love, you know, my next would be learning how to write better. Right? Because when we hire new guys, I don't want to drive anymore. You know what I mean? It's like I want to get drivers, right? To start going to these inspections. So that way I could have more time for myself. Like if I decided, I don't know if I should say this, but if I decided to go play golf on a Tuesday. Yeah, right? And I have three heavy duty trucks that I have to do when I get home at three o'clock. I could spend the next three, four hours writing that estimate, right? So that's the goal. And for this business to run itself down the road, right? I mean, it's, I've only entered the tunnel. You know what I mean? So to speak. You know what I mean? I've just entered the tunnel, you know? So it's going to be a while till I get to the other side, but at least I got my foot in. So. But you're on the journey and you're moving forward and you, right? Your foot's on the gas and you're going, right? Good for you. you wake up at 5 a.m., some days you wake up at 8. Again, it all depends on the workload, the intake of assignments you get. That's what I like, right? I don't like working late. I never did. I mean, who does like working late? Especially, luckily for me, I don't have any, I'm gonna say this now, I don't have kids. I wasn't meant to have kids. And that's okay. You know, when my brothers got three, can borrow them and give them back, right? So that's cool. Get him hopped up on sugar and then send him home, right? Have a good time, make some good memories. Yeah, that's hilarious. Uncle Greg's awesome, Greg. Cool kids, have a good night. mean that's all I can be is the cool uncle and I'm good with that. I love it. So Greg, we talk about the, the legacy, the hall of heroes is what I call it. And if there was a massive statue of Greg Fernando and it could have a plaque that would say anything you want, what would you want it to say? Simply the best. That would be the motto. I've always liked that. um It's so simple. You could have been the best at anything. But I would say that being the best you earn. It could be at anything. um So you could have been just a good friend and used that as simply the best. Nobody cares how much money you made down the road, but were you a good guy doing it? you know um as far as statues goes um yeah i mean that's what would it say that's it that's that's the plaque you know nothing yeah yeah nothing too crazy you know I love the idea too about being a good person. That idea about simply best could be in different ways. Yeah, it works. love that. could be in different ways. Yeah, it works. love that. um I mean, easier said than done, right? Easier said than done. uh you rise to that challenge, right? That's where you become that eagle. That's where you, yeah, it's really strengthening and growing your character. So strengthening and growing your character. So thinking about that, then like recognizing what's the next quest for Greg Fernando and Merge Appraisal. Just keep building keep grinding. know, I mean you can only Grow so fast, you know what I mean? I mean, I've been how many appraisal companies are out there, you know, how many are in the Midwest? So I think within the next few years we get to pick and choose who we want to get to work with I'm excited about that but for now you take what you can get be grateful for it and you know, just cherish the that counts you have and do your best. I can't wait to say, hey, I don't need you anymore, you need me. That's the goal, right? How fun would it be to say that? I think about that. Yeah. Right. Yeah. and that you uh can feel comfortable and confident to support and work And what I told Trish was, you know, I mean, we can't abandon these companies that took us in, you know, in the future. But, you know, also, It also has something to do with how much intake of assignments they give you. But I will forever cherish these guys that took us in. I'll never forget them. I'll always work with them. I'll never forget them. I'll always work with them. m about the relationship, power relationship, recognizing who you know. So these companies that take you in, it's not just the company, it's the person that you met and talked to. Yeah. uh the CEOs I talked to with one of our accounts, and he happens to be a Chiefs fan. And then I was actually on a webinar with him, and foolishly enough, he saw the back of my phone. And he was like, don't know if I can, jokingly he said, I don't know if I could work with you. And I'm like, what do you mean? He goes, do you want to take that sticker on the back of your phone? I said, absolutely not. And then he showed me sweatshirts. So we had a good laugh about it. And then this is a guy who's in charge oh of the Midwest, the Midwest to West. It's like a regional president. He's the one who takes care of giving you assignments, right? So he was a big, yeah, he was a, I can't say his name, I can't ship that, but. uh itself is just about recognizing and making those relationships, realizing that we're all human, creating a connection. guy, called him, called him, pounded the phones, emailed, you know, until finally one day he's like, darn, I gotta see what these guys are all about. And that's how you get your foot in the door, Relentless. You gotta do it. You can't be embarrassed. You can't be ashamed. You gotta be shameless at times. But guess what? It's all about how bad you want it, And, you know, I bombarded the guy. And one day I get a call. Second day we got an email, hey we'd like to talk to you guys. You know? And this is what we expect out of you guys. And that's how we got one of the biggest accounts that we have now. You know? We just kept pounding the phones. You know? m Greg, right? Like you didn't stop. You could have been all, didn't answer. Oh, yeah, sure. They didn't answer today, but that I got tomorrow too, baby. Like, right? Yeah. mean, I, you know, it was to the point where, you know, his assistant knew who we were, right? they're gonna, they're either gonna block your number or take your call, man. There's only one. uh I guess what? I'll find another number. You know what I mean? I'll hunt you down. You know, I just need 30 seconds of your time to sell myself. You know what I mean? Yeah. What I could do for you and how we could help each other out. Right? uh got to your foot in the door and then, then, and then also then your reputation, right? Because once you're into your like, and you've that reputation, then it starts to open doors for you. So. and what I told him was, my biggest fear is to let you down. You know, and I'm not going to do it. So, you know, just saying the right things that'll make them, you you talk to these people like they're your friends, right? I talk to them like I talk to you, Justin. You know what I mean? You know, you don't need to be anybody else. You don't need to be nervous. You know what I mean? You know? Yeah. you. Yeah, well I got lucky because he saw my Raider sticker and that was the icebreaker if could believe it or not. know, somebody was looking out. Yeah, I felt like it was gonna be weird. You know, I don't know why I was feeling that way. But and isn't it funny, sometimes we have the feeling or expectation that way and that it doesn't work out the way we thought it would and meaning that a good way, like meaning we create fears in our own mind sometimes that are fruitless. They didn't happen and we wasted all this time. Yep. going on a date, right? You're gonna be nervous? You're gonna be going home in five minutes. You know what I mean? You gotta have some personality, something redeeming. You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, was a bit nervous. But at the end of the day, I was gonna answer every question that he had to my best of my ability like I'm doing with you, right? I was sugar coating anything, uh So tools and weapons, any books or resources, things that you've used that have helped you along the way in your life, anything that jumps to mind. I read Bleacher Report, because I'm a big sports guy, yeah. I love that. I'm waiting for customers in my car or on the phone, I'm looking at Bleacher Report. That's what I read. Lots of sports and that's what gets me by. I'm happy that the Warrior season is starting here in the next week or so. I love it. I love it. Well, I'm glad that you have something that like that you enjoy and that gives you that that happiness, right? That passion that you enjoy. Love that. So. All right, I got one more question, and it's my favorite one to ask. If you could be any mythical creature, what would you be and why? All right. Uh, I, so my wife's Taiwanese, right? But you know, her uncle is a big Taiwanese guy who lives in Laguna Woods uh where we have a place ourselves. And when you go to their house, you know, they're very... Hard to it's traditional. And when you walk in, he's got sculptures of dragons. And it occurred to me, I'm like, hey, Uncle Tony, why do you have so many dragons over here? Well, he goes, well, you know, it symbolizes good fortune for us. You know, even when I was a kid, we, you know, we watched the shows where, you know, guys would go in, Chinese, you hear they do that. And, you know, to be honest, just like your company name, it's strength and power. Right? That's why you have the name. I mean, who doesn't want that? It's a great metaphor for life. I mean, do you get strength and power right away? No, you have to earn that, You know? Like, jumping into business, need to basically, A, for those of you who's probably gonna watch this, if you go on your own, make sure that you have some savings, and somebody that'll support you along the way because, you know... It's scary at times. It's still scary now. But working for your own, man, it opens up a whole new world, right? You don't have to. There's no schedules, right? You make your own schedules. You make your own luck. point you also You make your own luck. point you also have to hold yourself accountable, right? And that's the thing. You got to do it. If you don't, no one will. there are days when you feel like you're tired and you're sick, but guess what? It's your company, you go. It's go. If you're sick, you're dying, you gotta go. You know what I mean? No one's gonna feel bad for you. You know what I mean? You're not gonna get these jobs because they think you're nice. You know? You get it, you gotta earn your stripes, man. know? You get it, you gotta earn your stripes, man. If you bring that mindset every day to work, just to remind yourself, you go a long way. I mean, I'm not used to getting up at five in the morning. That was the first time in three years I've been in that job that I woke up that early for this one customer. So to me, yeah, exactly. I was a dragon this morning. I had to be. I that. I love that. to light a fire in my own self to go. Go help that guy out, He's already gotten in an accident. He's not feeling good about himself. Maybe you could help him out and just put him in the reminder frame before he goes through his business trip. Give him that power to go. yeah. Just help out, man. Best of your ability.
