As the host of Onwards To Victory, Magnus brings curiosity, humour and genuine insight to each conversation, creating space for guests to speak honestly about their careers, risks and defining moments. Justin Williams is an Australian live-entertainment director and performer with over 20 years of professional experience. He is the co-founder of Showmen Productions, one of Australia’s leading independent live-show companies, creating and touring original, multi-award-winning productions across festivals, theatres, touring venues, and large-scale events in Australia and internationally.

Justin is the winner of Channel 7’s Blow Up Australia, earning the title of Australia’s #1 Balloon Artist in 2023.

He is the producer, editor, and co-founder of the podcast Onwards To Victory, known for its honest in-depth conversations with performers and extraordinary people.

Brooke Cord Udy is an Australian content creator, editor and digital influencer, known online as Brooke Art Model, creating visually driven content across social media that blends creative direction, editing and storytelling around art, body confidence and creative expression.

She is also a professional art, life and fitness model, working in nude, fine art and fitness contexts, collaborating with artists, photographers and art institutions on life drawing, painting, photographic, and fitness-focused projects that highlight strength, form and movement.

Richard Sullivan

Richard Sullivan is a circus artist and juggler with over 15 years of professional performance experience across Australia and Europe. He is a core creative and performer with Showmen Productions, appearing in and contributing to a range of touring live shows.

Richard has completed two Bachelor’s degrees in Circus Arts, including training at the highly prestigious DOCH Circus School in Sweden, where he studied under renowned jugglers Jay Gilligan and Ben Richter. He graduated with a world-class juggling act known for its precision, refinement, and visual clarity.

Throughout his career, Richard has performed with leading companies including Circus Oz, Yummy, and Circus Trick Tease, presenting solo acts across Australia and Europe.

Richard continues to develop and perform original juggling work shaped by international training and extensive touring experience.

He edits this podcast like a boss.
